Get one of their rooms with a view for an unforgettable experience. Nice little hotel, very friendly service, beautiful rooms, and a very nice (and quiet! ) part of Paris to explore with lots of good restaurants and bakeries.

Very good location, you could make everything from walking. The breakfast room seemed a bit miserable, but not included in the rating as we have always eaten away. The rooms are relatively new and in my opinion nicely decorated, the bathrooms are new and have large showers with waterfall shower head. It is a bit noisy but of course it is also the other guests.

Good place to stay clean and warm lacks a little no coffee making in rooms and the hotel needs bit more tourist advice assistance. But I would stay here again and I do recommend it.

Right in front of "Invalides", not very touristy but quiet area. The hotel is very nice and the attention is good.

Be careful what they offer you at the front desk. Because there are some managers Q do not want to recognize the offerings then.

Great hotel with friendly staff. Room was quite small but very nicely decorated and had a great view of the Army museum. Cosy and clean. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as it was much cheaper to grab a baguette and coffee at any boulangerie.

Great boutique hotel and excelent service. Lovely receptionist and the best scrambled eggs.

In the early evening (sometime between 5-7pm), a fuse blew in our room. We were using the proper converters, but somehow it blew anyway. We informed the man at the front desk, who asked if we needed it taken care of right away. I told him that we were heading out to Montmartre for the evening and wouldn't be back until midnight-ish. He assured me it would be fixed by midnight. When we returned to our room around midnight, it was not fixed. The same front desk clerk was there, and he told me there was nothing to be done since it was now so late. I would have understood that if I hadn't had already told him several hours prior, when it *was* a reasonable hour to fix the issue. To make matters worse, we were leaving for an early flight the next morning and desparately needed to charge our devices. The first solution the clerk gave me was that I could bring all my devices (phone, ipad, etc) down to the lobby and he would charge them for me overnight. I was obviously uncomfortable with this. He seemed incredulous, and said he was offended that I didn't trust him with my belongings. He said that because I "find him untrustworthy", his second solution was to use an outlet in the hallway of the hotel near my room to charge my devices. Obviously leaving my phone completely unattended in the hallway of a hotel in a foreign country was not an acceptable solution to me, so I politely asked if we could switch rooms within the hotel.

The hotel is very good, the Jejfilevoj tower is very good.

We have stayed here three times. It is our go to hotel in Paris. It is convenient to a Metro stop. Its very quiet and affordable. Breakfast is served in the am and is very good. I would recommend this three star hotel.

Nice bathrooms. Solid Wi-Fi. Definitely has the most ruggedly handsome guests in Paris.

Great location, very nice room, huge modern bathroom. A little weird that they ask you to leave your room key card at the front desk when you go out, but otherwise very good. Recommended.

Beautiful room with a view of Invalides and the military museum. Great location near metro stop and easy walking distance to many sites. Quiet in evenings. Many good restaurants close by. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel breakfast was a little pricey if you only want a simple breakfast but many other spots nearby for tradtional breakfast.

Who stayed at the hotel for one night, but the hotel is very convenient for visiting all the main attractions: the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, and so on.

+Nice non touristy area but near an historic military museum and short walk to The Rodin museum which was nice. Close to metro stations. If you like to take strolls its not too far to the Eiffel tower (15? — 20min? ), 20 min to the Champs E. Also not far from Grand Place. And a metro 4 min walk from hotel. Plenty of corner cafes on the next street over, one right next door as well. Also nearby (8 min walk? ) to a supermarket or two and a few pharmacies. Yes has elevator. +friendly staff. Room was very clean, seems new. Extra pillows which I appreciate. Nice french decor. Comfortable bed. Windows open. Breakfast was 13€ (? ) and basic boiled eggs, granolas and yogurts, croissants. Not sure anyone cooks an actual warm breakfast. Which is fine. I ate my own food in our room. I bought yogurts and super fruits, Flax seeds, cheese, salami, and kept cold things on the window sill since temps were nice and cold. +Room was cleaned daily but personally I dont find that necessary, so after the 2nd day I told our maid all we need is a new roll of TP and a clean towel and she really appreciated having one less room to clean. It can be a nice break for their backs ya know. — halls at 6:00 am were dark as I think the automatic lights are timed to turn off until later in the morning.

I chose this hotel due to good ratings on various Internet sites. I confirm these good evaluations. Nobody smiling, welcoming. Nickel room. Very clean.

Luxury – that’s the right word. Hotel de l’Empereur has the typical Parisian spirit. The interior, the rooms, the lobby – everything shout PAAARIS :) It’s not cheap that’s way we stayed here only 2 nights but it definitely worth the money.

Did feel safe and that's the most important thing. Its a law that you give them your room key whenever you leave. This would be fine, but when we returned to the hotel they asked us what room number and then just handed us the key. They asked for no identification and the person behind the desk at this point had never seen us. Not once were we asked for identification when we returned from a day of site seeing. Any one could have walked in off the street said room 12 and they would have handed our key over and let them climb up the stairs and clean out our room no questions asked. The safe in the room was attached to a small piece of wood in the closet with what appears to be wing nuts so we didn't feel safe leaving anything in the safe or room which left us packing around Paris with all of our important belonging. The Location of the hotel is wonderful close to a subway stop and lots of great places to eat close by. It was well furnished and very clean, but the staff cared nothing for our concern about them not asking for identification for the key. We would not stay here again.

I have stayed in the hotel many times during 2012, I was never disapointed neither by the very friemdly staff nor by the facilities.

I had previously stayed at Hotel Muguet but it was sold out. I absolutely LOVED Hotel L'Empereur! It was beautifully renovated. The staff was very kind. I will stay there again and and again!
