My parents & I stayed here in November 2019 — we had rooms next to each other both with a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower from the window. (You must request the room with the view). Bathrooms were recently updated & very clean. Staff was very friendly. Location was great — just a few minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower, restaurants, shops & the metro. Staff gave maps of the arrondissement & nearby attractions & circled the hotel to ensure we knew how to get back. The lift is very small — only 1 person & suitcase can fit at a time but there’s a beautiful spiral staircase surrounding it.

We had a great stay here. Our room was on the 6th floor and the lift was very small (my suitcase was sent up in the lift while we took the stairs). The hotel is very near The Eiffel Tower (you can see it from the room) and also L'Arc De Triomphe and other attractions. The hotel manager was very good and recommended a restaurant for our wedding anniversary dinner and it was very good. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved staying here on my own in January 2019. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here with my husband and kids another time. Close to metro and 5 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. Excellent breakfast.

Certainly it is a stone's throw from the Eiffel tower but I do not recommend it for a number of reasons. First: Lift not suitable for a hotel structure that defines itself. (You're struggling to get in and if you can get your bags waiting for the next round). Second: The carpeting in the rooms! Soft certain… But it should also be washed sometimes… In the room assigned to us once you open the entrance door you immediately felt a strong smell of closed. Really embarrassing. Third and most important we found the day after me and my co-worker covered with small bites of insects. And you wonder (bha there will have been mosquitoes) but turning back in Italy we realized that these bites itches a or a lot and swells, at which we went to show them and we were told that they were bitten by insects that live in the mattresses not sanctified! Cortisonic Cream AE Antihistamines! Perfect no?

Last minute reservation bc my Airbnb fell through. They were super nice and accommodating. Everyone is nice and welcoming. Small but good for two people traveling on a budget.

Good location next to the Eiffel Tower, with lots of restaurants nearby. Room was very clean. The toilet was inside a tiny closet, separated from the sink and shower. Would book again.

The rooms are basic but comfortable. The art deco style is fun. The location is nice and the staff are welcoming and helpful. I would likely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Great room with a very central location. Offers typical French breakfast for 10 euro each time. Staff was all very helpful.

All good but no parking and the elevator is tiny.

Very nice hotel at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. I had a very good stay at the Eber Hotel in March with a great breakfast! I highly recommend.

I made a last minute booking, but was treated as a special guest nevertheless. The staff were courteous and welcoming as well as being multilingual. I had to surrender my key every time I went out, but that wasn't a problem as reception was manned 24/7. The receptionist still asked me if I wanted breakfast the next morning when I got in at 11. The Eiffel Tower was about 15 minutes away on foot. The street the hotel is on was quite quiet at night, but I felt safe walking back from the Eiffel Tower relatively late by myself. The room had a separate shower and toilet, but the shower and the lift were quite small. Having said that I really enjoyed my time at the hotel and would stay there again.

I was there with my wife for mariage day celebration and It was really an amazing hotel friendly staff and helpful and everything is clean and the eiffel view is absolutely magical
And everything is near eiffel maximum 5 min by walk also shops and restaurants and metro and bus station we are really happy for this experience.
And we will really come back.

Nice location, near eiffel tower. The only thing I would say is that their elevator is too small only enough for one person. Their breakfast is too expensive.

Hotel Eber Mars was a wonderful place to stay while experiencing Paris for the first time. The rooms were wonderful and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful with freshly made Parisian croissants and yogurt and wonderful coffee. Mr Eber has great taste in food and we had fun following his recommendations of where to eat, and places to go. The front desk staff (Etienne) was amazing at helping us make reservations and map out our destinations. Hotel Eber made Paris feel like a second home, thank you.

The room was clean and well provisioned. All of the staff we interacted with could speak English and were helpful and courteous. I thought we got a great value for what we spent here. Lots of interesting sights and shops in walking distance. This experience will cause me to take a closer look at non-chain hotels in the future.

The rooms are rather small and moderately clean, but the biggest pro is the location. It's a short 10 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, and there are a number of supermarkets and restaurants in the area. Staff are friendly. It is rather pricey though.

Me and my twin daughters stayed at the hotel in January 2016. We throughly enjoyed the stay. The staff was just fantastic, they were extremely accommodating to our needs and wants. I would highly recommend this place.

Nullity or greed… Or both?
A room at 135 degrees without hot water… And without compensation.
… But on the other hand with the used soap of the previous customer, a leper ceiling (that's where the hot water? ) a chandelier detached from the ceiling that hangs at the end of his electric wire (sequel of the last suicide by hanging or prevention of the next? …).
Mr. Eber was happy. He judged that he was leaving his performance by offering a breakfast at 10 euros.
It's Mr. Eber, your employees should be proud to work for you.

Bastille Day 2015. Staff were warm, friendly and very helpful. Everything was clean and in very good working order. Air conditioning worked really well. Wifi signal throughout hotel with strong signal. Lift was perfect. Lovely decorating in common areas. We had a gorgeous view on our balconies. The bathroom was adorned in lovely tile and fixtures. Monsieur Eber was especially helpful, welcoming and kind. Arrived tired and early and he was able to get our room ready immediately. While we waited he gave us maps and information and insight.

We (myself, my daughter 24, my son 21) stayed at this wonderful Hotel in June 2015. From the minute we arrived we were in love with this Hotel and the staff. My daughter and I got very sick on the second day of our stay. The owner, who we affectionately called "Baguette", went out of his way to make sure we were ok. From going to the store to buy and make us rice, giving us extra blankets to calling a Doctor for us. Every single person on staff at this Hotel were always friendly, smiling and very, very helpful. We were on the second floor facing the street and had no problems with noise. The room was wonderful and the bathroom was to die for. Very large shower and tub, newly remodeled. The 'lift' was small but very unique. The spiral staircase wrapped around the lift. Baguette was very helpful with all the maps and brochures on what to see around the city. He even marked the hotel on every map so we knew how to get 'home' whenever we went out. The Eiffel Tower is right down the street and the Metro and Taxi stand is around the corner. I am so happy that we chose this Hotel for our first trip to Paris. We stayed 8 nights and every one of them were fantastic (well, maybe not the sick days LOL). I would HIGHLY recommend this Hotel to all!

Two not the Eiffel Tower, the field of Mars, the Invalides and the street Cler, the hotel Eber March is a nice hotel Art Deco, very clean, beautifully decorated and headed by Mr facetious, Eber. A character out of the ordinary, friendly and humorous and who knows Paris as his pocket. It will show you the best restaurants and shops in the district according to your budget.
The location of the hotel is exceptional and very well served by public transport. I would recommend Eiffel rooms with a beautiful view on the iron lady… and this for a very reasonable price (150 euros the night in December). In short a hotel full of charm that really worth ;)

For my first time in Paris, I was given a special treat — to stay in this wonderful hotel a block down from the Eiffel Tower! This hotel is very clean and tidy, the staff were very friendly and helpful (despite me not knowing much French). My girl friend and I really enjoyed the hospitality that the hotel staff brought to each person, I was very pleased with everything. The food in the morning was great! Our rooms were cleaned each day — it looked like the sheets from the previous night were stripped and replaced, which is such a huge important thing for me in the cleanliness of a room. For the price and the location; I don't think we could have gotten a better place to stay! I will be coming back to stay with the Eber Mars again for sure!

I have stayed there twice. Wonderful. Great Value. Clean rooms and well situated. When I go back next year — I will stay there again.

Stayed there years ago. Eber was there. Very wonderful stay in a great location.

Can't wait to visit it again. Awesome! Clean! Not too expensive!
