Great location and beautiful place.

We recently visited Paris for a family getaway with our eight year old daughter. Our experience at the Hotel Juliana was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived we knew we had made the right decision to stay at this spectacular hotel. Upon arrival we immediately noticed the most beautiful flowers and topiaries surrounding the entrance and were greeted by Tanner with a smile and a helping hand. We arrived several hours before check-in time and we were able to …leave our luggage at the hotel while we spent the day exploring Paris. The location is amazing and within walking distance to major attractions like the Baton Mouches, the Le Claire neighborhood, and the Eiffel Tower. We booked the family room which was perfect for us and included two bathrooms — one that had both a shower and a bathtub making it the ideal setup for a family traveling with a child. The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean, and extremely quiet. We absolutely loved the accommodations. In addition every morning we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast and a workout in the fitness facility. This review would not be complete without highlighting the awesome staff at Hotel Juliana. Tanner was the best concierge we have ever had the pleasure of meeting and went above and beyond to help us coordinate activities during our stay. We found all of the staff to be incredibly
warm and approachable. Truly can’t say enough about this absolute gem of a hotel.

We had a fantastic stay on our short visit to Paris. The location was very convenient, rooms clean and comfortable, and the staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. A special thanks to Terry Durgun who entertained us and made us feel very special. When we come back to Paris, we will stay here for sure!

Very nice and new rooms, good breakfasts, everything is there and everything is fresh, the design also deserves attention, only there are some rooms in which can be dark, is a kind of design of the interior, but it is possible to choose other rooms;

I’ve been to this hotel couple times. I had a good experience till my last visit in January 2018. If you leave one of your belongings in your room, expect that you might not find it. I checked out and after two hours I called the hotel asking for my belonging that I left behind in the room. They were insisting that there was nothing and of course it was gone. It was a very disappointing experience were you pay premium money for dishonest service. Kept calling for two days and I am very positive I left it in the room. I will never go back again and I do not recommend it to anyone if you have valuable belongings.

Rooms were a good size and service was excellent. Couldn't complain about anything.

Very raised hotel, very clean, of course costs accordingly, attention the Baar is a bit too expensive, otherwise perfect for 2 nights to look at Paris.

We stayed here in August of 2017. Besides the absolute beautiful decor, the staff was genuinely nice and helpful! We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to all our friends and family!

Super Small hotel with sumptuous breakfast.

The hotel absolutely does not deserve to be rated 5 stars. Staff need to be better trained to become professional. The waiting time at the start exceeds the reasonable, plus you are emailed an invoice with consumptions that you have not made. Never seen in a 5-star hotel. The breakfast is best worth a 4 star way. On the other hand, the hotel is well located, the bedding and the bed sheets are very nice.

Great hotel with great staff. They were very helpful in recovering my wallet with id and credit cards from a cab.

Wife and I stayed here for a week as part of our hobeymoon. Staff is very accommodating and spoke both English and French. Hotel is very clean, modern, and would certainly stay here again.

It's our first visit to Paris. We were transferred to another hotel Le 5 Codet due to technical problem in Juliana. This hotel is much better but their room are small. The Overall experience was good but the breakfast buffet was poor for a 5 stars hotel.

I stayed at the hotel for 9 nights and I can say this is an honest review of every aspect of the hotel. In general the staff was friendly and welcoming with the exception of one person. We came to our room one day to find the cover on the lock was removed. I let the front desk know it was missing and they sent a woman up with two other men and they barged in our room after we said to give us a minute since we weren't fully dressed. The lady accused us of taking the plastic cover and said it was impossible for it to go missing. I don't know what kind of value she thought it had or what the reason would be for us to take the cover! We left the room that night and when we came back the cover was hidden under some clothes on the desk. Very strange! The next morning we had their breakfast (which is the same every day) and I had the eggs. I ended up getting food poisoning off the eggs and it ruined a full day for us. When I called the front to let them know I got sick they were really casual about it and didn't seem sympathetic at all. A true four star hotel would've done better than that. This review would've been a two star review but because the actual room and bathroom itself and location was good, I added a star. I hope they make some changes based off this review!

High class service is what this place is about. They are very helpful in getting everything set up for you. The room has a large bed and a larger bathroom that doesnt make you feel cramped. The fitness center is lacking a little but they do have a sauna and steam room. And if you are too sweaty to head up to your room, you can shower off there before going up.

Perfect service and multi lingual staff. They are so incredibly helpful and can answer all your questions. They have a great concierge service you can use. The decor and room layout is just stunning. They have a great luxurious bathroom as well as the bed.

We stayed here last October. It was tucked away on a quaint Parisian street. Room was small but very nice. Bathroom was nice size with separate shower and tub. Staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating. Entrance and sitting area with bar was elegant.
Location was awesome! Short walking distance to the Seine River for evening strolling, restaurants and the Eiffel Tower.
We loved it and would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Wonderful hotel and staff! We enjoyed our recent stay immensely, and will definitely book this property at the next opportunity. Beds are incredibly comfortable, rooms immaculately clean and service personal and kind (uncommon among many prior experiences at Paris Hotels). The breakfasts was delicious and the evening bar scene was relaxing. It could not have been more accommodating, thank you to all the kind staff of Hôtel Juliana!
