Beautiful rooms and great shower! Views were beautiful in our “Eiffel tour side view” room. Breakfast was good and a nice view as well! Staff was helpful and kind!

My husband and I were lucky enough to stay there February 2020, we’re absolutely amazed at everything. Reception, Management, the room, the view were simply amazing. We just can’t wait to go back. The best decision we made.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was nicely appointed and the staff was very attentive and friendly. We loved the balcony and the view of the Eiffel Tower was spectacular!

We had a two night stay in March 2019 and it was nothing short of perfect! A beautiful boutique hotel in a fantastic location. The decor is clean, crisp and colourful and the little additions of personalised notepaper alongside the usual water and toiletries was a cool touch. The beds were comfy also, a must after travelling and exploring all day. The breakfast was ideal too offering a choice of express breakfast (croissant etc) or full continental ☕️

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved this hotel! Very comfortable and the staff there were so kind and helpful! During our trip we ended up back at the hotel two times — and each time we went back they were welcoming and so kind. We also got to try a few different rooms and each of them had wonderful things to offer! I would totally recommend this hotel and would 100% stay here again! The hotel is beautiful, clean, the views are amazing and the rooms are comfortable! This felt like our home away from home and if you’re looking for a hotel that has lots to offer — this is it! ❤️

This is the first time I'm staying in a small boutique hotel and I love this place. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are a little small but nice and the beds are very comfortable.

Its within walking distance to the Eiffel tower the room is small but neat we had a small balcony which was nice. It was our anniversary and they knew that but didn't have anything for us overall it's quite good for location.

We never asked for an early check in, were in fact told our room would be ready at 130 (early check in is guaranteed at 12) and only checked in at 2, yet we were erroneously billed for an early check in. We would have been happy to pay the small charge that we were willing to attribute to a misunderstanding had the hotel director not blatant…ly made up lies. Despite not being at the counter when we were checking in, he claimed that we asked twice for an early check in (why would we ask for this twice? ) and that he was ‘100% sure’ that we had checked in at 12 despite us having photo evidence otherwise. He also claimed that though there was no evidence we ever asked for an early check in, it was vocal and that he remembered it. Throughout the exchange he was belligerent and extremely rude. Be very careful when checking in to this hotel and make sure to distinguish between asking for an early check in and being allowed to check in early for free as per norm most good hotels do allow their guests to do so once their room is ready. The hotel also does not provide unpaid room service — my partner asked for a bucket of ice and was told to go downstairs to get it. In all, a pretty disappointing experience solely due to their hotel director.

Very clean rooms, awesome breakfast, great location and the staff is amazingly friendly, I only wish most other service businesses in town were as nice as they are here but unfortunately that is not the case in Paris, this place however is highly recommended. Little piece of advice to everybody, please read the reviews, they are 100 accurate this is why I ended up making a reservation at this great hotel and I am so happy my experience was just as positive as the rest.

I had such a lovely stay at this hotel. The view from my room was amazing. The staff was extremely helpful and assisted us with anything we needed. The location was great. Close to transportation and easy access to everything. Including a supermarket right across the street. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Paris.

Location was great, staff was great and very nice breakfast. The mean problem was room was to small, really small! Is written that is Eiffel view, it is but you need to take your head outside the window to see it! Anyway was ok.

A lovely hotel in the shadow of the Eiffel Tower. The property is very nice, but it was the staff that made our stay truly amazing. At every turn they went above and beyond to make our stay more magical. Can’t wait to go back.

The hotel has a great ambiance with hervorrander views of the Eiffel Tower. The service as well as the rooms are completely fine. The rooms are very nicely designed (from the style). The hotel is top! The nights are great and the staff is very friendly. The buffet for breakfast is very large and there is something for everyone. Just a recommendation for people who want to see Paris. The location is great. The Metro is not far and so you are quickly where you want to be!

Perfect! I recommend every man for a marriage proposal. Very clean, super staff, hammer view of the Eiffel Tower. Price is very good and the breakfast just fantastic! Quite small rooms, but very charming and romantic!

Staff was very rude and disrespectful because we decided to eat our take outs in the hotel room… There is a way to nicely communicate with your guests but the hotel manager decided to be very mean to us and made a whole scene about us eating our food in our room… I have traveled the world and never heard such rules … after a long day of visiting Paris everybody likes to chill in their room and enjoy food while watching TV no? Huge lack of communication between the staff because the night staff had no problems with us ordering food. Despite that I have to admit that the night staff of the hotel were very nice and respectful to us, the hotel is in a very good location, the view was great and the room were spacious.

Everything done right! Our room is really nice and very clean, for a city hotel also quite large. Breakfast is typical French and the café Delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful. Price-performance is given Eindeuig. I can only recommend it to anyone!

Buffet varied and very good; well settled in a cosy atmosphere.

I love this hotel so very much! Each time I visit Paris, I stay here. I loved the balcony, and I could see the Eiffel Tower from my window each night. I had a wonderful experience here. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff is very friendly and helpful. J'aime Paris! I studied abroad in France back in 2011. J'adore la ville de lumiere! All you need is some champagne and to play "La Vie en Rose" by Edith Piaf and perhaps "le chat noir" nearby for company! I adore Paris and this hotel! Merci beaucoup!

What an amazing experience… The hotel room was amazing… The views, the service, the staff, everything was well above par! We enjoyed visiting with the hotel staff and guests. The location was perfect. There is an ATM directly across the street. (At a bank). There was a small grocery store directly across the street as well, which was perfect for getting our picnic supplies for our picnic at the foot of the Eiffel tour, at Champs de Mars. Shopping and cafes nearby were all very reasonably priced. We will definitely be back… James and Rhonda from Missouri.

We spent some of the best nights of our Summer at La Comtesse Paris Tour Eiffel. The accommodations were beautifully appointed and the obliging staff were some of the friendliest we have encountered in all our travels. A truly magnificent experience.

Spent four nights in Room 206 (front facing with balcony) and had the most memorable experience! The view is amazing, the hotel is gorgeous and the location is perfect. The staff is professional, friendly, and very accepting of those making poor attempts at speaking in French. Cannot recommend this gem of a hotel enough. Fantastique!

Great place for English speaking folks. The front desk clerks were a great help in finding information on museums and ways to get to them. Thank you Vincent! Close to great food places. A laundry place is right across the street. They have a lift.

Extremely small, old and noisy rooms. Totally different from the pictures they have posted. I went to another hotel the second night for the same price in Champs Elysee. Much nicer.

I have been here once and I’m pretty sure I’m going to book this hotel for my future visits of Paris. I was in a room with such a romantic view of the Eiffel Tower that I couldn’t stop stay at the window. That’s the reason I can’t say anything particular about the room … I was hypnotized by the stunning view.

Excellent location extremely close to Eiffell Tower and a metro station. Staff very helpful and room was good quality, ideal if you're out and about all day sightseeing. Not ideal for people wanting to stay in the room all day, but why would you want to?

This is not a top-of-the-line, full facilities 5 star hotel. It's a GREAT little hotel. The location is excellent — we could see the Eiffel Tower from our windows, those big double casement windows that open up on both sides. It is very close to a Metro stop and several bus stops, and there are a number of nice restaurants in the neighborhood, a couple of sandwich shops, a grocery store, and laundromat just across the street. The rooms are decent, good sized (for Europe), huge tub. Very clean. The staff is the absolute jewel of this hotel. Without exception, they were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast people would remember what I had previously and would bring me my coffee and cocoa mix without being asked. The concierges were amazing. They were helpful, they were knowledgeable, they were kind. They were unexpectedly kind to our students and unfailingly courteous to all of us. They were friendly and even playful. They made our stay the best we have had in our many study abroad trips. If we go to Paris again, I would love to stay there again.

Hello everyone, the hotel is very convenient for those who want to be in the center of Paris and in a few minutes move to the most important points. It costs enough but from the window you see the Tower…
Near there is rue de clergy which is beautiful for breakfast.

My wife and I stayed six nights here for our honeymoon in September 08 and had a terrific experience. The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood with a grocery store, metro station, pharmacy, restaurants, bike rentals and a Starbucks near bye. We easliy walked to our sight seeing destinations, passing the famous Rue Clare that is just two streets down. The hotel rooms are spacious, very clean and always well taken care of. The english speaking staff was always very nice, polite and ready to help with any questions or arrangments that needed to be made. I highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed.
