Nice cozy place. Great location, quiet area, and very convenient. Very helpful staff, great customer service. Clean rooms and spacious enough for 2 (type: superior room) Tiny elevator enough for 2 people max. No bell boy to help out carrying luggage. Few small touches will make it even a better hotel, such as adding tissue papers small coffee/tea/hot water machine, small fridge in the room, etc… all of those will make the hotel more convenien and practical. I still like it and will go back again.

Nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again!

I had to cancel my reservation due to the traffic accident I had a few days before my trip in November 2017. The hotel offered me an option to use the reservation until June 2018 but they never replied to my emails that I sent in May and June. Very impolite and not professional.

Nicely located hotel within easy reach of sights and restaurants, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean with friendly, helpful staff. Checkout was at 11:30 and hotel was happy to hold luggage until we were ready to get the taxi which was a few hours later.

5 star rating for location, very close to Metro, point of interest, several restaurants around. Small but clean room. Friendly staff.

Excellent central location and helpful and friendly staff. Our room was bigger than other hotels I have stayed in in Paris with very comfortable beds and nice decor. There is an M&S very close by which is really handy for snacks and drinks. Would definitely stay there again but would bring my own hairdryer as the one in the bathroom was very slow. A very minor point though which certainly did not detract from a very enjoyable stay in this hotel. I was also impressed by a questionnaire from the Manager before our stay and an e mail during our stay to check that we were happy.

Location is amazing. Clean, good service, friendly employees. Lots of hot water with good pressure, comfy bed with extra pillows and blankets in room for us to use. Small elevator was a bonus! Decore was dated. I'd stay here again. Overall great for price point.

Excellent quality / price ratio to be one of the most beautiful areas of Paris! clean welcoming and polite staff. The rooms are a Bit small but is perfect for a weekend in Paris.

Freindly staff, clean and functional. Historic building results in small rooms, small one person elevator, and narrow stairway typical of most central Paris hotels. Has all the amenities needed for a stay in Paris. Also close to two metro staitions.

Fantastic staff, very friendly. Book online, not through a third party site. I am normally very careful about leaving belongings out when I leave. Though I must have left my money envelop out by accident. When I came back the envelop was placed on my pillow and all my Euros were still in tact! Very ethical which says a lot about their customer service!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet of very good quality and very friendly service, worth 14 Euros. Last night I brought a bottle of champagne and asked Mr Del Frontdesk if he could cool it. He gave me a bucket of ice and icy water with 2 glasses!
Very quiet and noiseless, somewhat small rooms for those who travel with large suitcases.

The location within the city is wonderful, the staff is friendly, but the rooms are VERY small with zero extras. If you don't plan to spend much time in your room, it's a legitimate option as the prices are very reasonable but if were to go back, we may spring for a larger room or a different location. The proximity to the Mabillon metro station and some great restaurants as well as the fact that the hotel is within walking distance of great shopping, the Louve, etc. Are a plus.

My partner and I stayed for a weekend staying at this hotel. It is a very good hotel. The staff at the Hotel are very friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast buffet is the most varied and good quality. It is perfect for its location to spend a few days in Madrid. It is located near the Ifema fairgrounds. With free airport shuttle service and 24 hours.
And best of all its price.
We'll repeat for sure!
