Very comfortable and friendly hotel with good breakfast. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is well placed for local restaurants or local attractions and walk to the Seine river. My wife is French and we always have a great time staying here.

GREAT location. Great service. The metro is across the street and there are three really great restaurants right outside the door. The rooms are a great size for two people and plenty of storage. I would stay again!

Clean and quiet with small but perfectly adequate room. Not much common space. (We weren't allowed to being our lunch into the room with tables although there was no service at the time. ) Distant politeness of the staff wears thin, but that's the culture. I was irate that a breakfast promotion was available to new bookers on the website. Because we had booked earlier though Delta, we weren't eligible. We were there for two weeks but they had no interest in accommodating us. The hotel's best feature is its location, in St Germain but on the border of Montparnasse, so lots of dining choices and walkable to most sights.

We visited in April 2018. Just before busy tourist season. The staff was very pleasant, and greeted us every morning and every evening. The room was small but clean and decorated beautifully. We had a beautiful view of the city from the window. The beds were very comfortable, which was important after a long day of walking around the city. The metro stop was right outside our hotel. We had easy access to everything from this location without being in the middle of the craziness. We enjoyed our stay and would return the next time we are in Paris.

This is a very comfortable and friendly hotel with a great breakfast. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is well placed for exploring the Left Bank and its museums, the walks along the Seine and the Luxembourg Gardens and the Tuileries Gardens. We enjoyed our stay there very much and would stay at The Aramis Saint-Germain again when we next visit Paris.

Loved this hotel. Friendly staff, clean, and surrounding neighborhood was lovely. Across the street from metro and close to many good restaurants and shops.

The staff at the hotel was excellent! All were professional, friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel was very clean and up to date. Beds were comfortable. The room was a bit small for the three of us but we managed. The shower did not drain well and we had water on the floor often. The worst part of the stay was on Saturday night and Sunday night there was a party of some sort going on in the building connected to the hotel. The first night I did not complain but the second night I went to the front desk. The host told me he would call the police. Nothing was done about the noise. It got so unbearable that one of my daughters and myself had to move rooms for the night. The intense noise lasted until 5AM. I know this because when I left the room at 3 it was terrible and my oldest daughter stayed there and had to listen to it until 5. We were in room 46. The host was not surprised by my complaint, in fact, he was aware that parties go on there regularly. It is unfortunate that we had to pay for the room that night when in truth none of us slept. It made for a miserable day of sightseeing the following day. As I stated previously, the staff was gracious and tried to accommodate us but in reality could not. That room should not be rented on weekends if the parties in the next building continue. Thank you for your time and attention. Susan Torchia.

Everything is very good (room very clean, very good reception) apart from the fact that we hear a little too much neighbors. And the price of breakfast is too high.

Stayed there a few years ago clean breakfast was good central to everything under ground trains restaurants Eiffel Tower Cathedrale Notre Dame Arc deTriomphe and Av des Champs-Élysées good working distance to everything never ending one of my favourite places in the world.

Hotel very well located. We had chosen a comfort room and were not disappointed. Excellent bedding, beautiful bathroom, functional but it would be desirable that the shower be closed in order to avoid splashing everywhere; Very clean room and no noise. Friendly male staff but not the case for the female gente at the reception. Small downside for breakfast, a little light after 9am and no effort of friendliness for the person of this service.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. Very nice room, clean and comfortable bed, very good to rest after a day of sightseeing. The location is also excellent, in the centre of Paris, to walk everywhere. While it is on an avenue, you don't feel the sound from the room. Highly recommended!

Very good hotel, Wi-Fi picks up in the rooms, the shower jet is nickel and the beds comfortable.

We have stayed at Aramis before. We like the location and especially that it is so close to the metro station. All our needs were met and the staff are helpful and friendly.

It's located on one the best streets in the city, close to many eatries, bars, stores, metro and bus stations! The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. We had a great stay!

Clean and comfortable. Good location.

Tiny rooms. Ours had view of fire escape steps so no natural light in room. Walls very thin. We could hear people laughing till 1am and kids had guy snoring loudly all night so very little sleep. Parking is 25 euros if you get card from hotel but one staff member didn't know the system so only gave us one whereas you need one per night. So we paid full 35 euros for other night. Lady on reception who was efficient and friendly said sorry but didnt refund for their error.

Good location (close to 2 metro stations), not big but cozy room, great cleanliness, appreciated breakfast, helpful and courteous staff.

Fair pricing. Great location with bus and metro right outside the door, walking distance to many good restaurants and park. The rooms are small compared to American standards and were a bit dated however the baths in both rooms seemed newly renovated with deep shower/tubs in both rooms. Breakfast at the restaurant is a bit pricey and underwhelming. You are better off eating in the local neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Great location. It is right next to the metro station and close to all the major tourist attractions. We immediately saw the hotel sign after exiting the metro station. We arrived before noon and checked in to our rooms immediately. The front desk was very friendly. If you plan to visit Versailles, you can walk to the Montparnasse train station and the train ride is only about 20 minutes. The room is a bit small but very clean and comfortable.

Location is excellent. Near two different lines subways. One of the subway station is less than 5 mins away. The other subway station is also where the hop on and hop off bus stops which is very convenient for me. Can also walk to some popular tourist attractions from the hotel. Twice, the hop on and hop bus ended the trips at one of the stops and I could walk back to the hotel. Hotel staff very polite and helpful. Room is spacious. Bed is wide and comfortable. There is a kettle in the room which was great.

Hotel near Subway, small but comfortable room, board.

Great location small boutique hotel in the heart of the St Germain quarter. Staff ever so helpful, great English assistance. Breakfast not taken so I cannot comment but it is well situated for all meals very close by. I noticed that the breakfast area was popular. Rooms are typically small but with quality fittings and in excellent condition — especially the bathroom, very cleverly redecorated and elegant.

A Cosi hotel, no noise, good location.

We stayed at this hotel for five nights. Very quiet area, staff at the reception very nice, cleanliness of the room and the maniacal bathroom, good breakfast served by very courteous staff. Strategic location: In front of the hotel bus stop with two lines that take you to the Louvre, and to Montmartre (95) or Notre Dame (96). Metro stop Line 4 in front of the hotel. Metro Stop Line 12 (x Musée d'orsay) at 50 meters. At three hundred meters there is the Gare Montparnasse from where they pass the metro lines 9 and 13 and Piazza 14 June 1940 from where passes the bus 82 to the Eiffel Tower.
It would be long to thank every coworker of the Hotel Aramis; For all, I thank Mr. Andrea, manager of the property, made us feel better than at home.

2 or more stars because we believe there is a big problem:
The ventilation is stopped during the night because of the noise, and as the rooms are not very large, we slept very poorly the first two nights (the time to identify the problem) because of the lack of air.
"Solution" (if you want) : open the window to get some air, but to make it manageable you need a room that overlooks the courtyard and not the noisy streets. And if it's "cold" request extra blankets at the reception.
Otherwise: Staff friendly and attentive. Quite nice; equipment good and sufficient; place a bit "dated" and spaces very small but clean and cozy; very well located.

Not only is the hotel staff intelligent and friendly but the hotel is kept immaculate! My wife and I received better service at the Best Western Aramis than the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Philadelphia and our stay in London. As an American Project / Program Manager, I can easily say the French are definitely giving us Americans a good run when it comes to customer service. Aside from the perfect hotel stay, the neighborhood is loaded with very friendly and helpful people. We're planning our trip for next year and will be staying at the Best Western Aramis Saint-Germain again. — Sean Kelly.

The hotel is well located, close to all the mouths of subway.
The bedding is quality.
However personal very limited I find, any kind Manager, receptionists little reagents and also d a very limited (not all of course…).
room service limited l scam for my part €16 penne was the tomato, Caesar salad € 23 in plastics and cold dishes for the penne.
More in 1 hour and 15 minutes of time…
I'm told that people are satisfied normally… sorry but you are the pigeons then!

Finally as you told me "you summers in a hotel Paris Mr", I apologize for the poor provincial which comes very often to paris for work is that your hotel for a best western of addition don't merit not of is y stop… many other hotels surpass you on plenty of areas.
ex: holliday inn in front in any case in this area.

The multi-lingual staff was very friendly, courteous and knowledgable. It's also a very convenient location (directly across from the Saint-Placide metro station). The room and bathroom were a little small, but I was only sleeping there, so that wasn't a problem. And while the bathroom was a bit small, the quality of the bathroom was great: a solid shower that was adjustable for a tall man (I'm 2 meters), with a modern look.

The Director and his team tressssssss nice lovely hotel. Don't know what to do to satisfy all requests of the customer. You can go down there with your eyes closed. Thank you again for your welcome.

It is very well located close to Montparnasse station, the service is good, the staff is friendly. Only that the room was a little small (just), otherwise everything pretty well.

The truth the Hotel Aramis is excellent, location very good, the care received a thank you, all neat, the breakfast good without being wonderful because we prefer the worldly life of the cafés of paris, all outstanding and pending back.

Lovely, charming rooms and very helpful and friendly staff. We loved the romantic little balcony that came with our room — great place to unwind for a bit after a day of sight-seeing. Also a huge plus in the hot weather we had during our stay: amazing AC.

Excellent location on the Rue de Rennes, with bus stops and metro in front and three tearooms with movement until late. Acoustic insulation in the room. Modern, clean, impeccable. To return and recommend.

I have just spent 4 nights at this lovely hotel. My room was absolutely spotless and everyone at the front desk was as lovely, friendly and helpful as could be. If they didn't happen to know the answer to one of my questions, they checked it out and got back to me. They could not have been more helpful. And to be greeted with their smiling faces meant everything in the world to me, since I had come from a foreign county. I happen to be a walker, so the entire city was within reach of my two feet; however, when I did get caught in the rain, I hopped on a Metro that dropped me right at the corner of the hotel. Like many hotels in Paris, the bedroom might be considered small by most standards. But, being 4'11" tall, it did not phase me in the least. The large bathroom more than compensated as did the cleanliness of the entire place. I require three things out of a hotel: clean, safe and friendly. This one was over the top in all three categories. It was a wonderful experience.

Great service, location, facilities and staff. Expensive, but what isn't in Paris. Recommended.
