Location is dead center with tons of great pubs and restaurants close by. Staff was great and friendly. Amazing breakfast with lots of choice and high quality products. Room was comfortable and clean.

Hotel very easy to find just next to the Metro exit. On arrival, the staff were very welcoming. My room was located on the top floor and overlooked the inner courtyard. I did not hear any noise during the night. The room was large and very comfortable. I also had the opportunity to dine in the "private garden" which offers a nice setting and the food was excellent. The breakfast was also a delight with a machine to combine fruits and vegetables in order to make its own fruit juices.
Finally, the hotel is extremely well located in the center of Paris, essential point very convenient! I highly recommend!

The note was really salty and the benefits far from being related.
Technical problems with television (default on sound or cuts, clicks prevented until comprehension of conversations) the food is very basic.

Great location, right in the heart of paris and good hotel over all. The rooms are a bit small. Breakfast very basic. But many alternatives in walking distance. Right next to the central station of Le Halles that also contains a 4 story mall with a cinema. We walked to almost all famous spots from here.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is excellent. But the lack of a refrigerator is minus the big (at least for us) and water bring only on arrival. Rated 4. No, no, no, no. And so I advise very much even.

One of the worst Novotel I've been. We stayed at sixth floor under the big unit of air conditioning. All night with a vibration noise and engine noise. The rooms are small price Vs performance not so equal. Also surrounding area is not so nice and we asked for an good Italian restaurant to the concierge, I asked the guy maybe several times not a touristisc but nice one. At the end was sent to a place that looked like a pub rather than a restaurant, which is in horrible area. I thought it was the commission the concierge would get! not the satisfaction of the guests is important. Never try this hotel so disappointed.

Top experience at a meeting at the Novotel Paris Les Halles.
Their meeting rooms are all renovated and very pleasant. The gourmet breaks as well as the lunch are of great quality and homemade. And to this are added the kindness and great availability of all the staff. I really recommend!

Spacious rooms and cleanliness. Well-preserved furnishings. Very rich and varied breakfasts in an elegant and modern salon. Qualified and willing staff to follow the customer and to accept requests and solve problems. Quick check in and check out. Only downside, the room is a bit noisy for fans and aspirators. To go back again, also for the central location.

Beautiful hotel, extremely well located. Bathroom is cool. It has a clear glass wall so you can see completely through it, or at the touch of a button the glass becomes completely frosted and opaque. Use exit 1 from the metro to exit. One star removed because the air cond does not work properly. It is boiling hot inside when the temperatures are 10 degrees C outside. Many calls to the reception could not fix it. Finally they told us to just turn off the air cond. Fantastic, now we have to resort to windows for ventilation. Not good enough for a hotel of this standard.

Our hotel was located geographically well, in the center, in the 1th district, not far from Louvre, went out and the station RER (goes to the airport at once), near the Metro, everything is clear.

From the lounge, you can see the only entrance/exit from the children's playroom, so if you want to grab an espresso or something stronger, you can keep an eye on the children's playroom. If you do stop by, ask for Fares (Ferris), a very understanding bartender who doesn't bat an eyelash when you run to the playroom to see who's crying!

In the heart of Paris, a tastefully renovated hotel, a concept very far from the standards of the franchise. It feels good at the entrance. Music and a scent of ambience. Bright spaces including the restaurant and meeting rooms workshop H. Pleasant rooms with different views (Paris rooftops, shopping street, indoor garden). Little noise considering the neighborhood. Surprising!

Had a lovely stay here last week. I travelled with my teenage daughter and we had the best city break ever. The hotel is very modern and extremely clean. The reception area is very well run and the staff can not do enough to help you get to where you want to be. The buffet breakfast has plenty to meet everybody’s taste from continental to a hot platter and the juices are all freshly squeezed. The breakfast is of a good 4 star. We were upgraded room wise and it was newly decorated on floor 2 which was lovely. Very modern and the hotels location is just the icing on the cake. Walking Truthfully 5 minutes only to the Louvre Museum, the city your bus hop on hop off is there as well. 10 minutes to the Pompidou Centre and the hotel is in front of Les Halles the most modern shopping centre indoor and out we have ever been to. A great location with restaurants and bars immediately surrounding the hotel which we couldn’t believe how close everything was. Approx 20 minutes on and your at the L’Opera. A great hotel and location would definitely stay here again.

It is very near the Louvre. The metro stop Les Halles right in front of the entrance of the hotel. Friendly staff, nice and very attentive. Speak Spanish. Very recommendable for families with children.

Very welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, and a pleasant breakfast experience. Central location in the heart of old Paris close to many attractions like the Louvre, Notre Dame, the Conciergerie, and entrance the metro station is right out the front door. Shopping mall right accross the back alley, and plenty of cafe's and restaurants all around.

Excellent Hotel, flagship its central location, you can walk to the Louvre Museum, to Notre Dame, to the metro station of Led Halles crossroads of many lines. In the adjacent streets there are shops, restaurants, bistros. The international breakfast is luscious, the room is not too wide but comfortable and clean.

Rooms very large and bright. The location is excellent, right in the center and in front of a metro stop. The price is a little high, but in general hotels in Paris are expensive. Clean and nice staff.

Very good service and very helpful staff Only flaws do not strive to understand Italian despite being very frequented by Italians. But it is still a problem of all France. Very convenient to the subway and the RER you go down and you are directly in the station. Recommended.

A great class hotel and a staff with little care. The Christmas animation was just sublime. Jean-Christophe was a great help to advise us on Paris. I look forward to coming back to see you for lunch at the restaurant and have some new tips on the city light. A big thank you.

The Novotel des Halles!
I discovered this hotel in the best way it was. A big thank you to Jean-Christophe and to Alfredo for the high-end reception. The animation with Santa Claus was really at the top. My little one left with a dedicated Christmas ball filled with delicious biscuits. I will come back with great pleasure. Thank you.

For a hotel, it's not pretty, the rooms are not completely clean, the breakfast is quite dense. But if you compare with the usual hotels in Paris, the rooms are gorgeously spacious, the price level is high. The service personnel are very friendly, polite and tuned to communicate. In general, if there is money, then it is very convenient, there is a lot of transport: subway and railway, and if you like to walk, then near the Louvre and from it walking around the city. My family loved to be here! Recommend.

The staff is helpful and friendly and the breakfast is divine. We could not get our room to cool off, so it was super hot. Centrally located in Paris and within walking distance to lots of sights.

Great location The new metro station Kes Halles is right in front of YOU. A Stone's throw from the Centre Pompidou. Good the standard of the Rooms.
The area is very popular with young people, cafes and restaurants for all Tastes.
Very rich buffet for breakfast, which, in good season, is to enjoy in the beautiful Garden.

Worst hotel experience ever. I stayed there for a week and the experience was a nightmare, to say the least. There is massive construction going on right in front of the hotel so there's a lot of noise, dust, and road blocks. It's hard to make your way to the hotel with luggage because the taxi has to pick up/drop off at a remote location. Staff is unprofessional and they play the blame game when you ask for help. My keycard did not work everyday so I got locked out and had to get a new key. They messed up my reservation so I went back and forth between rooms. Housekeeping was not done properly and the room was not cleaned well. Stay away from this hotel.

I just visited a friend there, didn't stay for the night. The rooms are as classy as what the entrance seems to insinuate. Is located 20 meters away from one of the most important metro stations in France. Would recommend staying there if you are a tourist and can afford this hotel.

We stayed in a beautiful, fully renovated rooms. The hotel is gorgeous and the staff are very friendly. The morning buffet is delicious. They are very accommodating for my large group. I would highly recommend staying here!

The hotel is expensive and in the middle of a work area for years.
The bar is on the other hand very friendly: quiet, normal prices, comfortable. As it is very central, it is a good place to meet.

Novotel Paris les Halles is a wonderful hotel. The staff are all knowledgeable and extremely helpful and attentive. As soon as we entered the lobby, we were greeted and taken care of. The room was lovely, clean and spacious. Great location, at the center of everything and right next to the metro. The restaurant was also lovely with reasonably priced delicious food and a beautiful garden patio. Will for sure be staying here again!

Very nice and great location but… if you have children under 3 years of age, tips from Italy and Omogenizzati, because I paid in this hotel 2 dishes of pasta in white €48, in restaurants do not talk!

The location is excellent but the rooms are a bit small and spartan. A bathroom with only the toilet and separate a shower with sink are not standard for a 4 star hotel.

The service was excellent. We were tired from a long day of travel carrying tons of luggage and two tired and hungry kids, and as soon as we walked in the door they began to help us. They gave the kids small toys to distract them while we checked in, took our bags while we waited on our room to be ready (we arrived before check in), and then delivered them to our room as soon as it was ready. All is this just happened without having to ask, and it was a huge relief after a tiring morning of travel. The room was very comfortable and surprisingly spacious, particularly for a hotel in Paris.

The customer service has been the absolute best. We were bedraggled, attempting to carrying multiple children and suitcases, and so tired, when we walked in the door. We hadn't even fullyfully stepped in when our suitcases were taken to the desk for us. When our room wasn't ready, our suitcases disappeared and were in our room when we got inside. The front desk attendant could tell our small children were losing it and gave them gifts, talked to them while she walked us to the bar for lunch, and then personally came to find us there when our room was ready. Everything we've eaten has been amazing. This is the most comfortable bed I've ever laid on. We only had one night in Paris and I'm so glad I decided to go all out. The best.

This is my "go to" place in Paris. It's central. It's one RER ride from CDG. It's one RER ride from La Defense. It's surrounded by shopping, restaurants, and walking distance from many tourist places in Paris. And price is correct (for Paris). Service always nice.

Shame on you. No hospitality even during the terrorist attacks. Yesterday my sister, 25 years old, was in a bar next to "Les Halles" during the attacks in Paris with two other friends. After spending four hours locked in the basement of a bar in the dark and without the possibility to make a call while outside the shots were fired, at 3 am I was possible to finally get out, but they could not reach their home. They looked for a hotel, but many were already full. The one they found was the Novohotel Les Halles. At 4 am they arrived desperate and crying, but the hotel staff did not even asked them how they were. This morning at 9 the wake and have had to leave the hotel having to pay the full price of € 200 for a few hours of rest. It is not a question of money, it is a matter of principle. You should be ashamed of yourself. I will tell everyone I know to avoid your hotels and I hope not to be the only one.

The food and Bar are a disaster. The staff is super friendly.

Great hotel. Great, welcoming, contemporary decor in the hotel lobby and nice bar. There is outdoor sitting also in garden type of setting. The staff was very warm and helpful and made our stay very comfortable. They allow 3 free Wi-Fi per room. We were 4 people in the room since it was a family vacation, we had our two teenagers and they gave free Wi-Fi access to the 4th person too. Very close to metro and surrounded by all kinds of restaurants, cafe and bars. 5 minute walk from Louvre and 15 minutes on foot from Notre Dame. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Lobby is very relaxing and the hotel staff is great!

The price is a little high, but haha bed is super comfortable we have too dig on all my date she became crazy.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the RER and Metro, and within walking distance to Notre Dame and the Louvre. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were first given a room which had not been refurbished, but changed to room on one of the refurbished floors. The main letdown was the kitchen. We ate dinner at the hotel one evening but were disappointed by the food.

The Hotel Is Very Good And Well Located But The Surrondings Are In Great Transformations Very Noisy even In The Room.

I find it scandalous that the hotel does not mention on his website that there is work in the face. From Monday to Friday, it is a Jackhammer awakening provided at 8:00 in the morning and the sound continues throughout the day. Impossible to relax between sightseeing.
During the weekend, it is a good address. Good location. Cleaning should be more neat (I found rooms towels in my bathroom at check-in). The breakfast staff is really great and the buffet very correct.

It was worth it, the business meeting but still to extend, and the whole weekend to Paris in it to hang. The Novotel was for both purposes a pleasant home. Modern and cool, but not cold, because the Service was fine.

First, about the location. Yes, it's convenient to the subway and RER. Unfortunately, it's also in a SLUM. This is a lousy part of town, and if your room overlooks the Forum Les Halles you'll probably be awakened four times a night by drunks outside like I was. Second, this is no four-star hotel. The place is ugly, inside and out. There's no concierge, no fitness center. The air conditioning couldn't blow out a candle and didn't lower the temperature in my room one degree over four days. In fact, three of those four days I had no hot water whatsoever in my room. You can look at this as a glass-half-full kind of thing and say this hotel is relatively inexpensive through Priceline. Yeah, okay — — but it's still very sad. You'll get a sad room in a sad hotel, and though the staff is friendly, there's nothing they can do about that. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Nobody goes to Paris to stay at a dump like this.

I have stayed in the Novotel at Les Halles in Paris many times. I stay there when on business and also when on holiday or passing through Paris on my way to other areas. The hotel is in a most interesting area with so many places to visit — you can walk easily round the centre of Paris from the hotel and locally by the hotel there are may places of interest including a Chinese restaurant which has a medieval chapel in its basement! This is where pilgrims going to St Jacques de Compostella used to meet! Nearby is the spot where Henri IV was murdered in his carriage and the hotel is on the doorstep of the Marais. Rooms are always very clean and staff could not be more helpful and efficient. Rooms are large compared to little traditional Paris hotels (a lot with lots of wood and beams) and safety standards are high at the hotel, which is most important. Yes, there is building work going on outside but it didn't affect any of my stays there and I wouldn't hesitate but to recommend the Novotel des Halles — roll on my next stay.

As any 4* hotel in France is a little seedy to what we are used to in Spain, of all ways approved with note by their services and staff. The room was ok but no frills and I personally had things that needed improvement, such as the TOILET, came out the water out of the tub and the water was poorly fixed to the ground, otherwise no problem.
