Charming boutique hotel located right in the centre of shopping haven… walking distance from the Louvre and metro stations. Helpful staff.

Perfect hotel for a detour to Paris. The rooms are quite small but the hotel is located in the middle of the city center. Sights and shopping mile can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The breakfast is completely sufficient.

Great place to stay with good quality services. Location was strategic with many restaurants and bars (a very good Chinese noodle store is nearby). There is also a metro station just 2mins walk away. Room was clean and comfortable, and their breakfast was pretty good and many food to choose from. It was a little unfortunate to experience chaos and noise coming from the window all day after France won the world Cup, we can hear people shouting and yelling even when all windows are properly shut. Try to avoid staying here whenever there is a big occasion and festival.

The hotel is very well located, but it is the only thing… Small rooms, carpeted floor, mini bath, breakfast with very little variety to choose from, the heating does not work well (at least in our room when we were…) and it was an unbearable warmth inside, ridiculous hallways, the elevator was spoilt several Times, our room faced an inner courtyard… I do not understand how they have given four stars to that hotel… If I had 3 and was cheaper it would be OK but the value for money leaves a lot to be desired…

Very central and well located. It has many restaurants around, train and subway. You can walk to the Louvre and to almost any important tourist point (Eiffel Tower, Notre Damme, Latin Quarter, etc. ). Tiny rooms and little care bathroom. A lot of fuss at night because it is the area where they leave the party although not bad soundproof. Recommended if you get offer and hire cheap.

The location is excellent and the breakfast is good.
The room is very small, plus we had an interior room overlooking a tiny and dark courtyard eye, the elevator is also tiny. The price is a bit high for the quality of the hotel but what you pay for is the situation. Another thing we did not like anything is that we had to pay twice the tourist tax of 2, 53 per person and day, as I paid when booking the hotel with booking (as you can see in the picture attached) and then made me return to pay when checking Out.

Comfortable Hotel for the center of Paris. The rooms are small but we are in the center anyway and the cost is not disproportionate for one who has to travel for work (shower, bedtime and breakfast). Sure if I was here for a week with the wife I wouldn't know where to put my suitcases. The elevator is tiny, small so I had never seen them. The room is clean and the bathroom as well. Tiny but clean.

The hotel it is top location, but nothing more. If you do care only about the location and time and if you are going to use the subway very often — the Chatelet it is only 30seconds walking distance from the entrance of the hotel. The staff at the reception I can say are "retarded". Can not help you dealing with any issues. We called a taxi to come and pick us up at 7 0'clock in the morning and first of all we had 30 minutes discussion about the price which it wasn't the same that the hotel promise to us, afterwords we have certain requirements about the way that it should look the final receipt that the driver supposed to give us and finally we were not happy. The rooms were cleaned very late around 3-4pm in the afternoon. I think the hotel does not correspondence to a four star hotel.

The attention we got was very good, we attended very well, I really liked the dining room, its rooms are nice but like everything in Paris they are small.

Very welcoming, availability at the last moment at half price. Room quiet and fairly spacious as the bathroom. Very clean. Breakfast with choice.

The hotel is clean and the staff was friendly. Another positive to this hotel is the distance to tourist attractions. The down side is the bathroom feels dated. The room itself is very small and the bathroom, well, TINY. For the sole purpose of its size and completely uncomfortable bathroom, I wouldn’t recommend it. I’m aware accommodations are generally limited in size in Europe but, this was VERY small even at European standards.

Perfect spot and if the penthouse is available, it is very worth it. Views are amazing and private rooftop in Paris, I mean come on, I didnt know that existed at a hotel! Hotel and rooms need updating but the location and the view made up for a lack of proper heating, freezing cold floors and unreasonably hot shower water. Did I mention the private the rooftop?

Great location right in the middle of Paris ideal for shopping and all that is museum visit.

The location was great the room was amazing the staff very helpful if we are ever back in Paris I will stay with them agian.

For me, it is for me to stay through the classic wine shop, and wine shop in Coral Sea location, very cool! Hotel Facilities, restaurant, staff all very high standard, you don't need to do anything, just need to wholeheartedly enjoy the holidays.

Small rooms but clean and it's in the Middle of the Paris friendly people I advice it.

It's absolutely beautiful here. Perfect location for Paris. Métro is right in front of the door! Service is amazing and friendly. I hope to come back as soon as possible.

The customer service at this hotel is terrible. When we missed our connecting flight to Paris and the airline was unable to reschedule us so we missed our entire stay in Paris, the hotel still charged us the full reservation, despite telling us when we called to cancel that they would issue a refund. When I tried to contact management, they told me management was on vacation for 2 weeks and that no one could authorize the refund they told us we would get. Now they refuse to give us even a partial refund. Do not stay here. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Stayed one night in a €410 suite (priced at €230 not incl breakfast! ) — bath but no shower; standing room in the bath was about 3 foot (1m). Otherwise the suite was well appointed with 2 TV, living room, bedroom, nice views of the Pompideu Center. Friendly staff, free Wi-Fi. Breakfast very disappointing for €14 extra. Skip it and go to one of hte local cafes.

Location is excellent for the room price, very close to Rue de Rivoli and Chatelet Metro station. Staff very nice. Free Wi-Fi. Lots of food choices & shopping close by. Room was OK, but not more. Room's "window" looked out on an interior stairwell (open to the sky, as the pouring rain proved) — — and this was supposed to be the nicer of the two rooms I was offered. Bedding clean, no bugs, room kept clean. TV had minimal options, few channels. Elevator small — I barely fit with one overseas bag and laptop case. Still, if you want a room you're only going to sleep in while going out to see Paris, it was good enough.

We have been completely seduced!
The decoration, which was apparently restored very recently by people of taste, is unique of its kind we are sure! The staff is friendly and ready to serve. The room, although small in size, is very cosy and quiet. The breakfast buffet is excellent. As a bonus, we're two steps from public transport and museums. Really ideal, we recommend! As for us, our next visit to the Dukes of Anjou is already reserved!

Stayed in this hotel for only one night, but I found it to be very nice for the price of being in the middle of the city. Steps from the Chatelet station which has multiple metro lines and RER trains running through, making it very easy to get to CDG. The room I stayed in had no view and was small. It did have a shower but oddly set up which sprayed water all over the floor. Otherwise it was very modern. Staff I dealt with spoke decent English.
