4 stelle come the Albergo. Personale estremamente Gentile, quasi servizievole. The camere sono puliti e signorili. La colazione ottima Ma non da 4 stelle.
Migliorerei solo il Reparto colazione.
4 stars like the hotel. Staff extremely friendly, almost obliging. The rooms are clean and majestic. The breakfast is excellent but not a 4 star.

The location is great. Repair is old. The hotel is very close to the hotel. Great Japanese restaurants nearby.

So overpriced for what you get. Lousy internet connection, smelly room, AC doesn't work, stinky bed sheets, and the list goes on.

I booked this hotel for 5 nights. It's my third day here and writing review earlier. I found this hotel very good in all expects. One of the best thing about hotel is its location. It's near to all main destinations and metro line. You can visit any place without much walk. Very good restaurants are present in the neighborhood. Carrefour market is one min walk. Literally opposite to the center. You can grab quick snacks or any thing you want. I strongly recommend to book this hotel. You can purchase fresh milk easily if you are travelling with kids like me. Second, I found the hotel clean and nicely decorated. Rooms are not small. Average size but having all important furniture. One important thing which is missing in the room is dustbin. Very small Dustin is present in washroom but no dustbin in the room. They should place one dustbin in the room. Third, I found room at the top floor. Very beautiful view from the window. I read a bad review about their Wi-Fi poor connection. They have fixed the issue I guess. No problem of Wi-Fi anymore. I am enjoying high speed full signals at top floor. Breakfast menu is limited. They should add omelette but overall it's not a big issue if you want to enjoy street food rather stuffing yourself in breakfast buffet. I give them 5/5 because I found it better than my expectations.

The Hotel splendido. Location was fantastic and the area is center to two steps from the Louvre and you can reach any monument of interest in a moment also walk. Rooms cared for in every detail, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. But it was clean. I will return for sure.

Excellent location, two minutes walk from the Louvre. I went with a small child and when I saw the decoration so neat, something reloaded maybe, and the tranquility that was breathing, I thought maybe it was a mistake. But nothing farther from reality. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Attentive and understanding at all times. The room quite spacious to be the centre of Paris. We took the option with breakfast and it was pretty good. Pastries and freshly made bread, jams and sausages. I would definitely choose it.

Comfortable and quiet room (at the back, nº 12). Kind and helpful staff at reception. Breakfast looks meagre but, if you eat it all, it's enough. There's little to no choice, though, on the cold cuts and pastries. The breakfast room feels decidedly cramped, even when you're on your own!

Nice hotel with a lot of history, polite staff, and very close to amenities, restaurants and various attractions. Not sure what the previous reviewer was talking about, the hotel was pretty quiet and I stayed for 3 nights. Room was comfortable and clean also. Only issue I can think of was the mediocre Wi-Fi, which let me look up websites but struggled to do much else.

To be honest it is close to the Louvre and the Opera. Staff is nice and friendly. Breakfast is no as good. Wi-Fi is ZERO in the rooms although it should be free and available. It works in the lobby only. Rooms are too small in compare to the US. It is in a very busy and noisy street.

Great location, staff friendly. Slightly tired rooms and bathroom but clean. Shower screen doesn't work so water everywhere after!

Fantastic location and reasonable prices for Paris. The rooms aren't huge, but they're clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast is excellent, with nice croissants, baguettes and various other pastries, plus a small selection of meats, cheese and jam. On the downside, you have to crawl around on the floor to find a plug to charge your phone and computer, and the elevator is almost as slow as the internet.

And the Internet connection is a hell of a slow… Nowadays, hotels, especially high-end, could make an effort above it seems to me.
Otherwise the rooms are spacious and nice (for what I could test obviously)

Decor was beautiful, staff was helpful and friendly, location was in a Japanese area so great if you like Japanese food, but also in walking distance to many other areas. Very close to the Louvre. Bathrooms were very clean and modern.

I paid in advance from November 2 to 6, and this hotel didn't respect the booking, they sent me to another hotel supposely better but the experience was a terrible one, the hotel was simply ugly one. At 1AM I had to looking for another hotel. Be careful wit this kind of hotels.

Great location for the Louvre. The rooms are small but the bathroom was nice. Maid service was good. Breakfast was fair. The A/C was fair. But the men at the front desk we're extremely helpful with restaurant suggestion, tourist ideas and directions.

Not a four star hotel — superior room with a king size bed = a small room with two separate beds — the toilet was dirty, had been left unwashed — the staff were passive and unhelpful — they claim to do room service all day (I called to ask) but once I arrived found out it is only between 7pm and 10pm and no lunch. — I left my bag at the reception to wander the streets of Paris and the receptionist gave my luggage to a cab driver with another woman leaving for the airport — I missed my trip home because of it! The hotel told the driver they would pay his fare once I retrieved the bag (the driver met me) but they refused (the driver called me afterwards furious). Not very classy. all in all, not worth my energy and time for a staff that seems bored at all times and are unhelpful. Not going back.
