Good accommodation, would stay there again: Clean, nice staff, good breakfast The 3p room was quite big, quiet, and comfortable. Also just nearby the underground!

This hotel is complete joke, everything is bare bones, and it’s in the worst part of Paris, it smells like pee outside and the staff is very rude, and sarcastic. When I went there a lady got her stuff stolen out of her room and they didn’t do anything about it and told her to contact the police, as if it wasn’t there fault. The room is bare no paintings no pictures, the bed are not comfortable I wish I could give no stars because that’s what it deserves. If you’re visiting paris do not get this hotel since it is extremely far from all the attractions. Don’t be cheap on living or get an AirBnB close to everything because it will make your stay much better. You have to be in the hotel before dark since it is such a sketchy area and at night it’s a whole new world of drunks, scary people, and homeless people who are doing drugs. Never again will I stay here, also I will never recommend this hotel to anyone I know.

I stayed for two nights at this hotel for professional reasons. In view of the price of the rooms posted I found the quality of the mattresses unacceptable, I was obliged to put a duvet under my back. Likewise there is not all the necessary hygiene in the bathroom (toothpaste for example) and one of the shampoos had the label "safety label" but was almost empty.
For the positive points: the breakfast, the staff and the room as a whole is not bad.

This hotel is the only one that cant supply hot water for a shower. There is no option to change rooms as all the hotel is the same. The only place in the world that thinks customer service (they have none) is a cold shower. Find a better hotel that has hot running water.

Reception and services of very good quality, the rooms are large and clean, the catches in sufficient number even if little convenient access. Badge readers at the gates deserve a serious overhaul, big bémols: same closed window, very noisy exterior, and the 4 elevators are stormed by cohorts of Asian in organized travel. The period 7h 8.30 am to avoid, allow 15 min minimum before you can descend…

Bad Hotel with micro bedded rooms with a mattress that looked like stone; Uneatable food never ate so bad. More than four stars for me was zero stars. To avoid.

Convenient access to metro line 7. Takes about 25mins to the centre, though. Rooms are small (as is common in Paris), the breakfast is overpriced and definitely not suitable for jews or muslims (besides bread and pastry). Room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. When I pointed this out at the reception they said "well, there is a sign for no smoking", but didn't promise to cleanse the room. So, beware of room 350. The service at the hotel was mediocre and only normal level of arrogant for Paris. There was air conditioning in the room and the rooms didn't get too hot. However, the smells (smoke & young lads) and moisture from the bathroom were not evacuated by the air conditioning. Neighborhood is dominated by Oriental and Middle Eastern shops and restaurants.

Good. If you don't want to sleep, there are Forest Hill hotels! Between the street side tram, the Chinese who scream and the room that is poorly insulated, the ventilation that is noisy (and yet I am hearing impaired) They upgraded me from the start… It was starting well… Damage.

Elegant 4-star Hotel clean with rich breakfast.

The room was very small.

The double-bedded room is too small for two persons, but location is good and easily accessible to metro.

4 star Impossible, small room, noisy cote tram, attention to the bill minibar and especially the smile of gripsoult starting 3, €5 for a small bottle of water a shame to price you with 2 packs of water of 6 litre.
Very disappointed.

We had a good stay at this hotel. Warm welcome. Breakfast Very warm housekeeping women.

3 times I come to this Hotel ideally placed when you have a Congress in the city of Science. The breakfast is plentiful (do not hesitate to go in the annex room which is quieter when there are groups:) )

Check in was simple, hotel very well located within 30 seconds from metro exit. Room facilities basic but not bad for price we paid. Only marked down because shower and bath had poor water temperature. It was either too cold for a nice bath or when having a shower, would burst out scalding water a few seconds every 1 minute, making it a very uncomfortable affair…

Good location Quality Service. Very good reception. Clean room.
Medium quality bedding = back pain. Moderately isolated. Hair dryer a little old very expensive Parking. Very expensive breakfast for what it is.

Overall very correct equipment, only one plug usable in the room, very noisy air conditioning even in standby and very poorly insulated window (cold and street noises). But overall much better than many hotels I have been able to test.

PTA children I wanted to go to Vienna, you fucking Burguesitos ethnic.

The only good thing about this hotel is the bathroom… What about the rest we were offered a double bed and we ended up with 2 single beds glued that did not stop slipping all night.
Not to mention our evening meal at the restaurant where we waited 30 minutes between each dish (finished) because we forgot! I do not recomande it under any circumstances.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location — not good, but Metro Connections ok Unfortunately the Cleaning Lady (blonde) was very unkind and did not make the Room well clean? Not even wiped over the Washing Table.
Breakfast was delicious and enough of everything there, hence the good Rating too.
It's very noisy at night there when you have the Window open and the Location is really not good unfortunately. Staff at the Reception (Lady blonde) not friendly!

Stayed for 8 nights. Would not stay here again. Wi-Fi was spotty and nowhere near hi speed. The speed averaged at 3Mbps. I couldn’t even watch a YouTube video or efficiently check my email due to it logging me out every 5-15 minutes. The service was not good as well. The staff forgot who checked my family in and tried to charge us more for their mistake after we’ve already been there a few days. The “American-Style” breakfast was terrible it was only bread and sausage. Only had orange juice too. Not kid friendly at all. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I didn’t get a single good nights rest. The weight room is always locked, so you can’t even go in on your own volition. They restaurant attached was ok at best. Mostly meats which I don’t eat so vegetarians should avoid this place. The staff was not very multi-lingual as advertised. Only a little English was spoken. The staff was rude as well and has no idea what good customer service is. Paris is lovely but avoid this place. So many other better options that I wish I considered. Not a true 4 Star hotel at all!

Booked room for 10 nights through a 3rd party for 2 adults and 2 children. All four of us checked in at the same time. On the 4th night of our stay after finding our key cards didn't work, the attendants at the counter tell us we have been locked out because the standard double room we had was not accommodating for all of us. They told us they could not refund our prepaid amount, but also that we had to pay a deposit for a new room that "was accommodating" and our tab that was due at check out whilst still keeping our belongings locked away. To add insult to injury the Wi-Fi is terrible, the maintenance of the room is terrible. And the beds were cushioned with multiple comforters to hide the dip in the worn out beds. They had no solution for what to do as far as the room and payment went so I offered to leave early and move to the room they thought we should be in. It was not a clean room, the mini bar had items missing from it and at checkout the charge was half the amount they said it would be appearing as if they were trying to take advantage of us. This place was definitely the worst part of our stay in France!

This Hotel Forest Hill was better than other Hotel Forest Hills around Paris. But Wi-Fi was low end and kept logging out requiring re-logins. So annoying.

The rooms are not very big but they are according to the size they usually have in Paris. It's all very clean and the staff is very friendly. The hotel restaurant (Hipopotamus) is fine but it is a bit pricey. On the sidewalk opposite there are many great places to eat/dine and at a better price.

Not bad though the price is too high for the rooms. The bathroom was spotless and by putting some glue the beds made a bit of noise.

Flee… Family room not very clean and small, sofa bed of pietre quality for adult. Noisy because of the trains and the heating… I advise against.

Located in a dirty corner of Paris.
At the check-out, the staff were inept and unkind.
The hotel has no parking, the car parking costs 60EUR per day in nearby car park.
Our room was so mega small no storage for bags, no closet we had to partially clear our luggage in the bathroom and in the morning then on bed because no place was There is very noisy in the room directly a train terminal From the arrogant staff was no help to erwa You still have to pay about 3 EUR City Tax.

The hotel and around me thoroughly kinky the desire for Paris we wanted to stay two days but left disappointed at the first.

Room quite noisy with the RER which passes just next door and that always honks even at night!

Very nice rooms, their bathrooms are great. And the hotel is in an Awesome area. Right next to a mall and museum.

For the most part clean. Had a heating towel rack which was amazing. The completmentary shampoo and lotion smelled nice. The pillow was dirty.

Good location, 2 min from the metro, 5 min from the parking lot of the City of Sciences, restaurant in the hotel. The staff were very helpful.

Very noisy Hotel (tram métro RER woman making bcp noise of 7 H 30) deposit of 200 euro asked for the arrival in case of theft but there is nothing in the room no bathrobe just two small towels if not clean room but the bathroom that stinks the Égou TS woke up in full night by the smell without counted the rats in the vicinity of the hotel quite disappointed with the stay.

The hotel sucks… you really should be careful if you want to go there. The hotel employee just came in to the room without knocking or anything. That's really cheeky. And besides, we should pay city tax per day 2, €5 approximately and it took for four days 50, — €.
I do not write this around the hotel, but there is a lot of things happening that I almost saw naked is enough for me but really.

As part of an annual seminar with catering for 85 people. Very good reception and catering. Staff available and listening. Very well equipped room.

After giving me his agreement not to charge a late check out at 13.00 (instead of 12 h 00), without notifying me the reception then debited my bank card of €30.
When I called the receptionist Thibault refused to give me the name of his manager and pass it to me.

Be wary of the three single bed rooms. They mean 2 single beds and a sofa bed. The room also looks awful compared to pictures.

The hotel is very good, but it is not a very good location, but it is not noisy, breakfast is little, and there is an interesting entrance to the roof with a stunning view of Paris:)

It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had! •The staff have no people skills and give no care to how you really feel. •Small rooms with no kettle or tea! •No smoking area! •Cleaning ladies walk into your room even if you say no! •They did not tell us about an extra charge until we where checking out! •Me and my friend got verbally insulted by the reception staff as we checked out DO NOT BOOK! It's not a 4 star hotel at all and I will never be going there again.

Meeting room comfortable, breakfast generous welcome, pleasant hostesses, clear indications, easy access, close to the metro, bright.

Rooms are comfortable and modern. Good service and breakfast buffet. It is well connected with the center. There are restaurants nearby where you can eat very well. It is recommended a change of carpets are worn and faded.
