Great location close to Montmartre. Fantastic view over Paris from the rooftop and the delicious breakfast area. Highly recommended!

The restaurant did not meet our expectations The beef rib very hard and really very disappointing. The cake meat lacked pep, even the coffee was not good. Only the dessert was ok. For this price there and the service we will not return. Not even a commercial gesture when we said the beef rib was mediocre. Don't go!

Magnificent design rooms, close to the beautiful montmartre cemetery with unlikely views of Paris. Qualitative service.

Our package included breakfast with our stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious! Our rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff were very polite and answered all of our questions readily. The staff here are wonderful. Especially Alexander on the front desk. So helpful and the hotel is fantastic. The rooftop terrace has superb views.

Exceptional evening and night in this superb hotel. A terasse with a view of Paris breathtaking. Probably one of the most beautiful in the capital. Impeccable service and very friendly staff to perfect the whole thing. We will have a very good memory of our time here.

Careful with the brunch! They accept bookings for 2.30 pm, but take away all the food at 3 sharp. When you go for brunch, you go for the ambiance and for the slow food: finishing eating in 30' is absurd! First time I went early, so gave them 4 stars. This new practice however is uncivilised and will not endorse it.

The prices of the place are held on the terrace, and the person in charge of the placement of the terrace is a c. You will be asked if you have booked to be able to place yourself on the only table without a shadow, on the phone you have been told that you cannot book for the terrace. The terrace is empty, but the manager promises that it will be complete, justifying that he can not give us 3 tables of 2 while we are 5. Given the other comments, I tell myself that all this is controlled and conscious. In short these people have too many customers, too many reviews that are made for the hotel and not the restaurant, and have no sense of hospitality. A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location and an equally dreamlike view over Paris from the restaurant of the same name. Without a reservation, however, it will be a bit difficult :-)
Great service and courteous staff as well as attention to detail leave no wish to be desired. Be sure to visit — not just for dinner.

Incredible rooftop bar. Will give 5 stars when the umbrella lights are dimmed. They’re too bright — it knocks out ones night vision making it harder to enjoy the amazing view. Food is fantastic.

Terrible hotel, I had the worst time ever. For 500 euros the night, I had a room (supposed to be with a view on the Eiffel Tower) facing a cemetery, and I won't even mention the awful decoration. Last but not least, the staff was very unpleasant. I truly do not recommend this hotel!

Lovely hotel, room was fabulous, roof top terrace was fantastic and staff were superb. Enjoyed sitting on our room balcony watching the world go by, so many fantastic restaurants around it too and close to the metro. Not a bad word to be said. Merci beaucoup vous avez rendu notre voyage mémorable.

Beautiful location and view. But the service, empty roof top restaurant Saturday brunch and they say fully booked. Only two tables set at noon and a few pax outside. Best to reserve ahead for the view and hope the service matches the great views but we won’t be back.

We were received very coldly on the roof and sent to the bar to wait for a table. Once a table was released we were denied the table because we were at the bar.
After asking for explanations, the person started to tutoyer us and become aggressive.
This plus the cocktails full of floats (mojitos with a quarter of lime, it will be remembered).
We will not return.

Totally disappointing experience!
An exorbitant price for a "lambda" Brunch Buffet (€42). We are charged the view for food little see not at all worked (shrimp placed on the counter…)
An equally disappointing service, the server preferring to place us on a table between two couples, with a person who can "enjoy" the view, while a table in window remained empty all along…
Reservation possible at 2.30 pm, it's nice, but in this case gentlemen, cater your hot dishes until the end! Some dishes were empty, and at 14h50 we were announced that they close the buffet appetizers and dishes… A customer booking at 2.30 pm must have the same services as a booking customer for 11:30!
Finally, a little return on the service, it is not because we do not dress in a suit tie of big brand on Sundays that should not be kept to the importance of the customer!
In short, I advise against, much more cosy, better and cheaper brunches are widely available in Paris! The view is not worth the price!

Great place for food and drinks with a view over Paris and of the Eiffel tower. A short walk from the Metro and near moulin rouge. We went for food and drinks — The food was beautiful and didn't fail to impress! Definitely recommended!

We had lunch in the panoramic restaurant of the Terrass hotel. The servers are very welcoming and attentive. The meal itself was incredibly good (the dessert is sumptuous) for a more than reasonable price. The only downside comes from the toilets in the restaurant which are not very clean.

Amazing views and incredible food. We didn't book but they managed to fit us in — the staff were very friendly and gave great service.

My comment will be short and concise as my experience at the cafe Terrace that sits on the roof of the hotel.
There is certainly a nice view of Paris, pleas at hand or a warm atmosphere but it is quickly cooled by the exorbitant prices. I have not seen a glass of wine (I precise) at less than €10. And having moved me to drink a hot drink (suitable in winter) I was very disappointed to learn that they no longer served from 4pm! I would add that at 15h50 I had called to find out if it was possible to have coffee and the person had told me that yes "it was done for it" without, of course, clarifying to me that 10minutes later it would no longer be possible.
Anyway, I quickly came down to get a coffee at a decent price on the mainland.

Very good location and very nice hotel. The decor is modern, very nice view of Paris, nice staff. A negative remark on the restaurant, the dishes are very good just like the wines but the tables are without tablecloths, the towels are in paper which was not up to my expectations for the prices charged.

A hidden terrace that is not really anymore… The view is splendid, but at any exceptional setting, exceptional price… I still recommend to go there once.

The service at this place is top-notch. They treat you like family because they are a family owned business. The place is a great mix of old and new. I've been staying at the Melia hotel but I highly recommend this hotel over anything.

Amazing. Agnesca is such a hard worker and very professional. She made our stay utterly pleasant. The hotel is fabulous and the view is amazing from the top floors. Totally recommend.

All OK, had an exclusive suite, but on the first floor to the street and with very thin house walls so you had to get used to the noise of the cars. In one night we were awakened (and kept awake) at 3 o'clock in the morning due to road construction. The cleaning staff has escaped an empty champagne bottle while cleaning and my request to empty and clean a plastic tin with leftover food has been rejected. This was also in Paris not my expectation of a €220 hotel.
On the other hand, the location, the rooftop terrace and the design of the lobby are of course super!

Modern boutique hotel setting offering LARGE, spacious rooms. Good location in Monmarte, a nice neighborhood district. Comfortable bed. Unbelievably large bathroom with separate compartments for toilet, shower, and a modern bathtub. Spacious setting with a work desk and a coffee table set. Thoughtful amenities (L'occitane, Dammann tea). Friendly staffs.

Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… The location is fantastic — next to many bus stations & close to the metro. The staff is quick to help and pushed to give us early check in when we arrived at hour and a half ahead of the scheduled time. Our room was spacious and clean. Additionally, the room service was quick to bring food/drink when we called down. We will be staying here the next time we're in Paris! PS: there's a few cafes down the street that are absolutely delicious!

For Parisian conditions normal-large rooms (i. E. Smaller rooms) but everything clean. The décor is stylish but always practical. The front desk is very helpful. Shopping facilities and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, and the way to the Métro and thus into the city is short.

Exceptional setting but unpleasant staff, it ruins everything.
The place is beautiful, the view is impregnable from their terrace. Too bad that some employees of the bar forget the clientele and become contemptuous! We were particularly disappointed by the bald who sent us to the payment and threatened if we did not give him our card right away! What a pity to spoil this moment and to be pressed and despite our multiple orders…
This employee does not deserve his place in a hotel.

Nuxe care very well, nice, I highly recommend (I had the program 45 minutes of massage and 45 minutes of facial care) I loved it.

A nice hotel, modernized and chic. Lots to do close by. Friendly folks at reception. Rooms can be small, but still are quite comfortable. Very good breakfast.

I'll just give a list for those of you who are in a hurry but need insight. 1. The hotel is placed in the middle of many bars, resturants, bakeries and other commercial shops. There's alot to do around the area. 2. The hotel itself is beautiful. Clean and very very stylish. 3. The hotel employees are great and very helpful 4. The roof bar is to die for. It has a beautful view and awesome drinks. Ask for enzo and his brother. 5. There's a spa and a resturant in tbe buildind.

For a discovery it was a discovery! Wait… Wait… and then get up, place your order at the bar to an unpleasant bartender… Wait… Wait… well wisely admiring this splendid view of the sacred heart … then get up to get your cocktails tasteless and unreased! Ask for a service and you will be denied … What a pity! If it's a concept it's just missed see very very bad, I had two other clients by my side who simply hallucinated the welcome we are given in this place! We won't come back unless it changes quickly…? a very disappointed Montmartroise!

Wonderful discovery. Great location, good fresh sizable rooms with good shower in bathroom. Wonderful terrace at the top with beautiful views over Paris for breakfast, drinks and live entertainment. A real gem.

An excellent stay at this hotel. View from our room was a breathtaking cityscape, including a nice view of the Eiffel Tower. Room was large for downtown Paris and everything was clean and modern. Very good service.

We really enjoyed our time here at the hotel. The rooms are nicely furnished and clean. The French windows are a nice touch as well. The hotel has a very cute lobby area and nice restaurant/bar on the 7th floor where you can see the Eiffel Tower. It is very close to nearby restaurants and cafes, as well as the famous Moulin Rouge. Easy access to public transportation, while also only being 20-30 minutes away from landmarks the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower. However, the rooms don't come with an iron/ironing board, so you have to call the front desk for one, to which they have a limited amount for everyone in the hotel to share.

It was a very nice hotel. It is close to two metro stops and in a very livable area with various restaurants and clubs for the evening.

I do not understand the principle of the bar/restaurant in the hotel, we wanted to go have a drink Sunday afternoon, the terrace was crowded but a large indoor room with table and pretty view also was empty! How to say…?! The bar refused a dozen customer within 15 minutes… Seriously? Do not launch into a project of the sort if the organization does not follow behind… So pity to spoil a nice place with friendly staff and a non-existent management.

Lived in it for 6 days. Like the exotic décor, comfortable beds here, seamless Wi-Fi and it looked magnificent from the room Eiffel Tower. All the staff were very attentive and helpful. Breakfast not worth the price. Even so, must be to the Observatory on the roof for a drink at sunset. Advice? The property is on a bustling street corner. Weather warm and comfortable. We have opened the window. Traffic noise does not bother us, but if someone is sleeping easier to wake up may …

Views, but beware of the world, difficult to get a table!

This hotel has excellent staff. We are two nights at the hotel's restaurant, restaurant food was delicious, the price is reasonable. The location of the hotel is near the Metro, which is very convenient. Rooms functional, very neat and clean. We will not hesitate to visit again.
