If you are in Paris and you like to be within walking distance to Moulin Rouge then you must stay at this quaint hotel. It is clean, quiet, friendly, and safe. Walking distance to Blanc subway which takes you to the Champs de Élysées or walk 3 minutes to see the Moulin Rouge. Lots of little store fronts along the way in which you can get lost in all there is to buy.
I highly recommend this hotel and it’s staff. Definitely a place I will be returning too.

Small hotel refined and cozy in all its aspects. Furnished with good taste and elegance. The room very nice, wide enough for Paris, with all the comfort. Unimpeachable cleaning.
At reception very nice and helpful people. Excellent location, in a quiet lane close to the metro and at the same time surrounded everywhere by restaurants of all kinds of cuisine, just as you would expect to find in Montmartre. In addition, a walk from the Sacre Coeur where the charm of Paris and its past are found in full.
I highly recommend it and hope to go back there.

Note: As a couple, two pairs of slippers would be appreciated (or none, but not just one pair)
Perhaps the reception's remark about the fact that, in the chosen room category, there were only communicating doors
and that therefore the "flower" that had been made to us could not be automatic, was superfluous.
We didn't ask for a favor, or we had to report it to us at the reservation. A little unpleasant.
But the rest was very very good, and it's just the details. We'll be back with pleasure. Kind regards.

Room was much smaller than expected. Bath tap was very loose and door on cupboard did not close properly. Staff very friendly and helpful, location good. Bathroom clean.

Great staff, great shower, great bed. Quiet area, close to corner market, restaurants, laundromat, pharmacy.

The hotel is cute and very well located a short walk from Rue Lepic (safe area in Montmartre) and the metros of Blanche and Place de Clichy. Breakfast is rich and good quality and with a good price, since outside a coffee costs about 3 euros. Our room (202) small but clean. Great aeration. The functional bathroom although a bit to review (the door closed badly and the sink unloading is not fluid). We haven't interacted much with the staff, so I can't comment.

This hotel was located in a lively neighbourhood but was so quiet at night. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was exceptionally clean. It was a very pleasant experience and if ever we returned to Paris again, we would stay here. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. An overall great stay.

Lovely hotel where we were made to feel very welcome and treated with courtesy every time we entered or left. Our room was small but comfortable and very clean. Hotel is in a great location, close to The Moulin Rouge theatre, metro, sightseeing tour bus stop and within easy walk of some excellent restaurants and bars. We couldn't have asked for anything better. We will most definitely recommend and return again. Thank you.

Lovely hotel with French feel. Larger room was really nice, very clean and beds comfy. Staff always friendly and helpful. Very nice breakfast area and food. A beautiful hotel in a quiet location. Staff excellent, especially the lady who met us on arrival, for whom nothing was too much trouble. We were delighted to be given a room upgrade. Excellent bedroom and extremely peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and do hope to return at some point.

We were pleased with our quiet room and actually spent a fair amount of time there because it was such a nice room. Enjoyed having the news in English and free Wi-Fi. Best thing of all was the welcoming and helpful staff who went above and beyond my expectations. You're definitely doing something right.

A charming little hotel tucked away in a quiet side street. Delightful, friendly reception staff and the room, although small, was very well furnished including comfortable beds and plenty of pillows! Very conveniently situated in an attractive part of Paris. We will be back!

Americans beware — there is only heater in this hotel. No cold ac. So if you're visiting during summer, beware! Other than that, excellent little boutique hotel.

The hotel is right in the heart of Montmartre, and a minute's walk away from the café in which Amelie was filmed, yet the street is quiet and we had no disturbance from other hotel guests. The room was clean and excellent value for money, and the staff allowed us to drop our bags and get breakfast prior to check in. Highly recommended location.

We stayed in for 2 nights and the experience was fantastic. Perfect location, very nice rooms equipped in everything you could possibly need. Definitely a place to recommend.

UPDATE — the hotel reduced my room rate make up for the construction the week of my stay. Lesson learned, ask everyone about remodeling, construction, etc. Prior to confirming reservation. ORIGINAL — Unfortunately, there is construction this week of my stay in Paris. And, Le Relais Montmarte is not posting advance notice nor are they reducing their rate for staying at their property during this time. You will be awaken every morning to drilling that echoes throughout their small, intimate establishment. In addition, you will be shaken awake from the sledge hammering that, again, reverberates through the intimate hotel. Love the small hotel, love the location, love the staff … hate their lack of consideration for my vacationing investment 1000s of miles away from home. This isn't what I purchases. No rest in the mornings.

The reception is always excellent in this hotel. The location is also excellent. Thank you for another stay always pleasant at home!

This small hotel is a gem tucked away in Montmartre with easy access by foot to the most charming and authentic places in the area. The staff are extremely helpful. The rooms are charming, and quiet. The breakfast is outstanding, and well worth the extra charge. This hotel has made me love Montmartre!

This is my second visit to this hotel and I find it so pleasant as my first visit.
Two small reviews, but really small — the rug in my room was a little stain, giving a dirty look, yet I'm sure it was clean; The coffeemaker did not work properly, but I found the trick to make it work. That said, I love this charming hotel.

I wish I could give more than 10 for staff, concierge, reception and service, and cleanliness. You made our stay very special. I would recommend you to anyone I know, from the most well-traveled to the ones like us looking for a luxurious treat. Thank you for your very kind, personalized, professional reception.

We had a great weekend in Montmartre and enjoyed the hotel as well as the friendliness of the staff. We will return!

This hotel is an absolute gem! We booked it for a special Wedding Anniversary trip, and we couldn't have chosen better. From the moment we walked through the door we were charmed by the decor, and warmly welcomed by the staff. Our room was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and very comfortable. We had windows overlooking the courtyard, which meant that we could have them open but it was still quiet. Breakfast is fabulous, the setting is pretty, and the selection was huge. The 'breakfast ladies' are lovely and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is perfectly located, close to the Metro station and lots of bus stops (we found the bus system in Paris extremely easy to use and less tiring that the Metro), close enough to be able to explore everywhere that we wanted. The fact that it is located in a quiet road means that it actually feels as though you are staying in a peaceful village, and if you walk up the hill there are loads of lovely places to eat without needing to go down to the busier and more 'touristy' area surrounding the Moulin Rouge. We are so glad that we chose this hotel, having already decided that we would like to return to Paris, we very much hope to be able to stay there again.

The staff in the hotel are lovely and helpful rooms very nice I can recommend the superior especially.

Piping noise or constant boiler room on the first floor for two days. Room and bathroom very small. To park by car we will not give you any good plan. When you put a "Do Not Disturb" flyer It is of course not to be disturbed. Other than that very charming and very well located.

Excellent Hotel in all respects. Great staff and breakfast and rooms are spotless and well cared for. It is very well located in the centre of Montmartre very close to the Moulin Rouge and Cafe Deux Moulins where scenes for the feature film 'Amelie' were shot.

12 Walt Disney lived, felt the room in Hong Kong, is very large, so it feels good. In August this year to Hong Kong by plane and booked a night transit, a car directly to the airport, good. Is the reason CHECK IN time because of the crowd, a little longer, others are quite good.

This hotel was beautifully finished physically down to the built in USB adapters throughout the room, shiny new shower and sink fixtures. The staff was also pleasant. We had one incident that soured out stay. After we had paid what we were told was the "total cost" of the stay online, upon checking we were informed that we were obligated to pay city tax. This was not a lot but for the principle we protested. The staff insisted that we pay this tax that was not originally disclosed. When we checked out of the hotel the person we spoke with finally agreed to wave the undisclosed fee. Later we found that our credit card had been charged. We again took up the issue with management, who refused to credit us this tax. For this issue I felt it necessary to lower my rating of the hotel by one star.

If you Google Map and use the on ground feature you can explore the hotel. What you see is what you get. This place is clean, quaint, and romantic. It's close to the Moulin Rouge and there are lots of places to eat and shop. The staff was excellent and very helpful. If I visit Paris again, this is where I will stay.
