Stayed several nights this week!
Super nice hotel both by its location (both near Montmartre but in a quieter street) and by its conviviality! Very professional and very pleasant welcome from all the staff and management! No fake rating! Varied breakfast with quality products, little attentions, (a little coffee to take away and a madeleine qd your schedules prevent you from staying to have breakfast), bedding on top, decoration of the rooms sober and well thought out), impeccable cleanliness, toiletries of very good quality! no really go there without hesitation!

Perfect for one All the ingredients were there to have a bad weekend: Covid, bad weather and the impression that this epidemic will know no end.
This was without counting on the hospitality, skill and human warmth of all those we had the pleasure of meeting this weekend in Paris.
Modern, nice and functional room / impeccable Wifi/ open lounge including those who have not booked lunch or breakfast: we will be back!

I have been staying regularly at this hotel since 2006.
Having recently undergone extensive renovation it is now beautifully appointed,
spotlessly clean and very quiet.
The front desk is open 24 hours a day and although over the years, staff have changed, the standard is exemplary and you will always find a warm and friendly welcome.
Breakfast is not included but is available.
Free coffee, tea and soft drinks are offered from 3pm until 11pm.
A very welcome bonus after a hard day's walking.
Metro Blanche and Abesses are within a few minutes walking distance providing easy access to the city.
If you are new to Paris, the staff will be more than helpful with advice and suggestions.
Look no further, Hôtel des Arts is the perfect place to stay.

Staff very helpful, very clean rooms generally very nice hotel.

The walk up the hill from the subway station was a bit far. However, the hotel did not disappoint. English was good and the hotel had very warm water. The bed was soft and comfortable. My suggestion would be to get rid of the old style keys that one has to turn in when leaving the hotel. A magnetic key system is needed or a lock one can open with an Apple watch to be futuristic.

Close to the address of Sacre Coeur temple and Van Gogh's old residence but it was disappointing that l could not see the scenery in Paris from the window.

Second time we've stayed here and we still love it. We had a beautiful, immaculately clean ground floor room off a tiny courtyard. Continental breakfast is extra but worth the €12, and tea, coffee and cold drinks are served free of charge 3pm-11pm Only 30 minutes walk from the Seine, and close to the metro. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Great location, but lacks air conditioning. Beware in the hot months! The rooms are small and sometimes you get the impression that it is used even at hours… but maybe it's just an impression. The staff are really nice. We had a great time!

I love the quirky local area and at night it seems to be mostly real locals. I like the unpretentious and traditional style of the hotel. My rooms have always been clean even though it's not a sumptuous place.

This lovely Hotel is very close to the Abesses Metro, in the middle of Montmartre; The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room at my disposal was small, but welcoming, and always tidy.
In the morning you can have a great breakfast in the basement, just communicate your room number to the room.
The hotel is literally surrounded by brasseries, restaurants and shops of all kinds, for me it was a great general quarier to explore Paris.

Stayed 3 nights in room 43. The hotel is small but cozy. Great location. It is a 10 min walk to the Metro or the Sacre-Coeur. In the room shower, bathroom, safe, comfortable little creaking bed. Clean room every day. Very clean. From 15 to 23 free tea coffee juices are croissants and pepsiola. The staff really tried hard. Communication by mail and in live satisfied. Very good English speaking. Really try for the guests.

A great deal for the price, I was surprised to see the place that good with such bad rating.

I was with my wife. A small hotel that embodies all the charm of Montmartre. Friendly and efficient staff. Comfortable rooms. Ours had a great view of Paris at the foot of the hill. Breakfast Good croissants. Convenient location in the heart of Montmartre, a stone's throw from the Abesses metro station. Very convenient value for money in my opinion. A point of reference.

The hotel is very well located. The staff are friendly and friendly. The room we had was very clean and well appointed despite its small area. A closet and a safe were present. The Wifi is free, the code is in the room, no need to ask at the reception. A private car park is available a little further in the same area if you are driving there. I recommend it without any problem!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lacks however professionalism side maid. (Forgetting products, speak loudly in front of the rooms while there is a "do not disturb" sign, turn on the heater while we cut it…)

Very nice hotel, 5 mn (walk) from the sacred heart. The team was nice. The rooms are cute (not very large but normal for Paris and the neighborhood).
Each room has an artist name on the door and the elevator is decorated as well.
It's really good. The neighborhood is lively too, with a fish market next door.
And the Moulin Rouge is a 4-minute walk away! The price is also reasonable (95 euros in January)!

This hotel is clean, stylish, quiet, welcoming and great value. We will definitely visit again. Although our room tariff was the most basic double it was of generous size, the shower room adequate and the bed, king-size, the most comfortable I have slept in in a hotel! Breakfast, although not included was a good range and unlimited with the added bonus of unlimited free drinks available all day until 23:00. The Montmartre area is literally on the doorstep and all links to transport easy to access. Lunch and evening meals in this traditional district of Paris are available from some of the highest rated restaurants, bistros and cafes in the city. What's not to love? Come here, you won't be disappointed!

Lovely stay at this hotel in the heart of Montmatre. Staff were super friendly and helpful, room was a reasonable size (for Paris…), clean and nice decor. Based on a nice quiet street with no significant traffic noise.

The room of a very modern décor, in the courtyard, was very friendly with its whirlpool bathtub. But the breakfast room in the basement was a little less.

A small family stay with the children, two very clean and welcoming rooms, a staff at the top, smiling attentive and even attentive; for sure our future pied-à-terre in Paris for our next family visits! Thank you so much for your human warmth.

Very quaint Hotel cared for in the smallest details, spacious rooms by the Parisian standards of the category, extremely clean and personal at height and very helpful.

Stayed for one night only but our room was comfortable by French standards (rooms are small city wide) on the fourth floor were had roof top views. Close walking to bar restaurants metro sacred coeur and around Montmartre. If back n Paris I would definitely return. Staff were friendly and most helpful.

Wonderfully kind, helpful, fun staff & clean, roses in foyer, delicious fresh breakfast & complimentary tea/ hot chocolate & crossiants in afternoons. Cosy, very Parisian, creative feel. Well located in centre of Montmartre, Abbesses closest Metro. Aromatherapy toiletries in shower & felt very at home. Reminded me of childhood holidays to Brittany & Normandy (beach & history France as opposed to City Break). Would stay again.

A lovely hotel with lots of nice touches and which was spotless throughout. The room we stayed in, while simple, had everything needed and was very good value for money. All in all a perfectly nice place to stay. What sets it apart is it's staff, who were absolutely fantastic and couldn't have been friendlier. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we were made to feel very welcome indeed. We will definitely visit again and we would happily recommend the Hotel Des Arts to anyone looking for a charming and friendly hotel in a great part of Paris.

I am an ex dancer of the Moulin Rouge and I lived in the hotel when I first arrived in 1980 for 6 months. I returned to Paris for a reunion of the old dancers 30 years later and thought it would be great to stay at Hotel Des Arts to see how it had changed and I wasn't disappointed.
On arrival at the hotel I was pleasantly surprised by the changes that had been made. It is a beautiful hotel, the staff are lovely and polite, they all speak English and are very helpful and accom…modating. The reception area is nicely decorated and clean and the theme of the hotel is the Moulin Rouge. The bedrooms are not massive but they are not small either. The bedroom was lovely and clean and the bathroom was also nice and clean with a bath and overhead shower. TV and Wifi in the rooms and an iron is available on request. Maid service every day with clean towels. The bed was larger than a normal double and really comfortable pillows were also nice which made for a very good sleep.
There is a free hot drinks machine in the breakfast room From 11am.
The Hotel is walking distance to the Moulin Rouge and Montmartre. There are numerous cafes and shops near by. The metro is also within walking distance and easy to use. We had lovely meals at the Nazir which is just on the corner near to the hotel and at the Rouge Bis which is opposite the Moulin Rouge.
I would definitely recommend Hotel Des Arts for your stay in Paris we will definitely be staying there again.

In French cozy small rooms. The hotel has a pleasant interior, hangs a lot of paintings, you can feel the spirit of montmartre. I especially want to note the hotel managers, very attentive, remember each guest and communicate affablely. Thank you to the girl senior manager who did not charge for a broken glass of champagne. Thank you for the hospitality:)

Relaxing environment in the Montmartre district, very bohemian.

Stayed in this lovely hotel for 4 nights. It's centra and walking distance to metro and restaurants. Montmartre is a beautiful place to stay.
The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. The free Wi-Fi was an added bonus.
I would have given the hotel 5* if it had a kettle with tea and coffee facilities. I missed a morning cup of tea, and the French are not as good as we brits for making tea.
Would definitely stay here again …
