It is located near metro, bus stops, supermarket. The helpful, friendly staff actually speak English and other languages. The bathroom has all the amenities (including hairdryer and razor socket) except the bidet of course. The shower works well, the gargoyle gives a wide jet. Rooms are cleaned every day and towels and sheets are replaced.

Excellent value for money! Right in the center of Paris, next to Boulevard Hausmann, cheap, clean, simple and newly renovated hotel with airconditioning!

A third class hotel with no star, rubbish ambience, staff, breakfast and many more… I suggest a night stay at footpath of Paris instead of staying at Bellevue…

Very bad experience. I dont recomend. We paid for a good room and we got a very bad one. The. Receptionist from Philipines was bitter and charged also my children for city taxes. The room was old, dirt, smoking smell, old carpets and broken window. A nightmare! We got sick since we have alergy astma. The young black guy on the reception (I dont remember his name) was very nice. The breakfast was ok.

A clean, quiet hotel with staff who are professionally minded. Plugs in the right places and a small desk. My room was not as small as I expected and the bathroom was functional with plenty of room to put a toilet bag.

There were some issues with room cleaning and internet but the manager was more than happy to help in anyway he could. By the end of our stay everything worked like a well oiled machine. The staff is very nice and caring. I would recommend that they get an AC machine for the summer but it seems that nobody in France uses AC so I don't hold it against them.

Had a great experience with my stay for 6 nights here in Montmartre… staff is super friendly rooms are clean … access to lift if needed… and plenty of great local places within walking distance. Would give a 5 star rating if there was better Wi-Fi throughout the hotel … connection was spotty here and there but was not a deal breaker considering I’m not spending too much time in hotel when in Paris.

We had 3 Nights at Hotel Bellevue. The Room was simple, the Bathroom very small and getting into the Shower a little difficult for more voluminous People, but there was everything you need.
It was cleaned every Day and the Towels changed. The Décor, like the Hotel itself, had come into its Own years. For example, if the Stairs had quite stepped out, we knew that it was certainly already used in Napoleon's Time.
It would have been nice if you could have received German TV Channels, but you are not in Paris for TV.
The Staff was very friendly and the Breakfast was simple but adequate.
We can recommend the Hotel and would book it again.

We were satisfied, the Rooms, typical Paris, very small. Breakfast was tried to organize in a 4sqm room, simply impossible to create. Otherwise everything tiptop.

The room could also be acceptable had it not been for the smell that came from the bathroom drain and from the disconcerting view.

I stayed here on my first trip to Europe back in 2010 with my sister. I could not give 5* because the room is small and we had a twin bed room, also location is actually good however turns out it is sort of a dangerous place to stay. So it is not recommended for single girls. Service was good actually, the Reception Guy show us good place to have dinner, local French Cuisine which is just end of the street from the hotel. This hotel is really close to Moulin Rouge and Sacre Cour.

To be clear, I did not book this hotel personally, rather I was in Paris for a job, and my employer / host booked this hotel on my behalf. For the budget minded tourist who does not plan on staying in the hotel other than to sleep, this could be a suitable option, as it is basically one notch above a hostile. They do in fact, provide free Wi-Fi & a continental breakfast and the girl at the front desk was very nice. The rooms are small, which wouldn’t be so terrible, but the hallways are very tiny and the walls are so thin, you can hear the person talking in the next room as if they are in your own. The decor of the rooms is not very appealing to anyone with contemporary tastes. The furniture in the room is cheap, plastic and uncomfortable. The television is a complete after-thought and there is No Air Conditioning in the room. You are provided a plug-in oscillating fan, however, it provides little relief. You have to leave your room key at the front desk every time you leave the building and there are signs in the room that state the hotel is NOT RESPONSIBLE for stolen items. Which makes absolutely no sense. The Window was wide open upon entering my room, and it appeared as if a person could easily jump in from the outside. Upon checking in I was issued the keys to someone else’s room, which freaked me out. The hotel clearly has an issue handling breakfast flow, however they do their best to manage expectations by requesting you “sign up” for a breakfast service time.

Really too small the rooms and poor breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff and convenient location for the Metro but not up to the beautiful Paris.

The hotel is located directly at the station Saint-Lazare and therefore super. In the surrounding area there are several restaurants/cafes and a supermarket. Many sights are within walking distance, especially the Opera Garnier and the Lafayette. The room is small but cosy and clean. The bathroom is also clean and has the standard equipment. The reception staff speaks English and is very nice. I can't say anything about breakfast — was always breakfast in the city.

My worst experience because we can use only water shower after 21pm. No toilet cleaning. No used cup cjanged. No bath mat. I cannot understand room clearnong policy.

Kindness and availability. Whether it's for email information or anything there. Always communicated in English. Located in a really convenient place to get around by public transport. Nice view a bit poor (from our room). On the site they indicate soundproof rooms, behold, not really.
But looking at quality/price and the purpose for which I used the hotel (base where to lay luggage and sleep) I have to say it's great!

We stayed at this Hotel in B&B mode… what about… classic Hotel carpeted… Plenty of breakfast, helpful staff… a little hidden and poor indications to find it… Overall, if you wait so much and only benefit to sleep is Good…

The hotel is well located in a central Paris location, three minutes from the Sacre Coeur basilica in Paris and 5 minutes from the Metro stop. It has No apartment but it has parking very close to the hotel. I did not give them the 5 stars for the bathrooms had double room and the two bathrooms were awfully bad the bathrooms. You have to say the good thing other than the place the staff are very friendly but don't know anything about the Spanish. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good.

Good location close to Montmartre, Moulin Rouge, nearby typical and multi-ethnic restaurants, metro and bus services. Clean rooms with basic furnishings, for a short stay is fine.

Amazing location, and service by Sam, Abdu and the lady in the pantry… would definitely stay here next time. The metro station is just 2 minutes leisurely walk from the hotel… a great place to live in…

No organization, staff unpleasant at the reception, 45 min to get a room (booked and paid since 22/11) we even believed in a hidden camera!

A bathroom has more than dubious cleanliness (hair and hair glued on the wall tiles, black bath joints,. )
The questionable carpet also.
Simple glazing and old chassis, the wind was passing through the chassis. Result, cold in the room despite the heating. And in view of the state of the covers available in addition in the room, we prefer to sleep in sweaters…

Great location, a Stone's throw from the Anvers Metro stop, which allows you, by making a stopover, to arrive in half an hour at Disneyland.
Very friendly staff, especially the gentleman who stays the night at the front Desk.
The room was really spotless and well heated, the only flaw was a bit of mold in the ceiling at the shower, otherwise everything was Perfect.
Breakfast was Good.
We will definitely go back!

Family hotel and full of charm. Well located on Gare Saint Lazare.

Great little hotel in the heart of Paris. Near gare St Lazare. Nice walking distance from opera and printemps store. Been staying here since 1989 every time I'm in the city. A cozy retreat from the noise of the city.

Hotel is very well located, in a quiet street, very clean and the attention of their workers correctisima. What I recommend.

Perfect base to explore Paris. Good location for the Metro. All staff spoke excellent English. Massive bed in double room. Powerful and hot shower on the 4th floor (room 42). Kettle and hairdryer in room and soap and shampoos provided and replaced when used. Rooms were clean and fresh towels everyday. Bath towels were fairly small but adequate. Turn left out of the hotel and keep walking until you find all the local supermarches and coffee shops. Lift available so no need to take the stairs. TV in room, but only French channels, so helps you brush up on the language. Free Wi-Fi (get code from reception).

Our hotel rooms were robbed! I was on Europe trip and stayed in Paris at this pathetic hotel for 2 nights. The first night when we got back to the hotel we were ROBBED! We had booked 2 rooms both of which were robbed of all our cash! Later we came to know there were 6-8 rooms in the hotel that were robbed. It wasn't that the hotel rooms were broken into, they were opened with key! When complained to the hotel staff about this; they didn't seem surprised and were not helpful at all. We also came to know they do not have CCTV (where as it says at the hotel that it has electronic surveillance). We lodged a complaint with the police who did not get any support from the hotel. The hotel also had different staff member at every different time you went. The rooms are small and the bathrooms smaller; their Breakfast sucks and the breakfast room is smaller than the hotel room. And to top it, an unfriendly staff who rob you so a definitely NEVER STAY HERE!

Good general experience in this hotel. The room (49) Although old-fashioned offers all the comforts expected. Qqls fumes smell from the shower but not to make it a scandal. After for a hotel called Bellevue The view of the courtyard is ridiculous! But the quiet room shot also in a quiet area (Qqls bars nearby). The location of the hotel is its most (Metro Antwerp Barbès or Pigalle to 5min on foot. Holy Heart to 5min. Moulin Rouge at 10min. Etc. )

Just OK hotel. Rooms are small with no furniture, bed is not very comfortable. Breakfast for 9 € is so-so, I would rather recommend to eat outside.

It is a small hotel but spotless clean. It is situate in the heart of the city of Paris and eating places, shopping places are all walking distance. There is a departmental store just opposite where you can buy water bottles at a very competitive rate. The area ia awake till after midnight, so no problem to come back to hotel even late night.

It's a brilliant place. Lovely staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, great location. This is all I want​ from a hotel. Ticks all the boxes!

We absolutely loved this hotel! It's in a superb location in the very center of Paris with plenty of restaurants, cafés, bars, etc. In close proximity. Same goes for the subway station. The hotel itself was very nice, clean and cozy with extremely friendly staff who all spoke decent English. We had a bit of a problem with the safe on the first day so we called the reception and the lady came immediately and fixed the issue. The hotel is also surprisingly quiet considering its location. Overall, I can highly recommend staying in Bellevue, it's truly a lovely place for a great price. Next time we come to Paris, we'll be definitely staying here again!

Rooms small and very old (mine had the view facing a courtyard full of rocks surrounded by old buildings and perhaps abandoned) without a closet where you can put your clothes (there's an auction with 2-3 hangers). The bathroom is very small, very old, and low on maintenance. The breakfast room counts 20 places. That being said the rest is ok for its location for the typical Italian breakfast. Friendly staff. If you don't care about aesthetics are ok. Free Wi-Fi.

the hotel is situated in a strategic location close to the Montmartre but at the same time a few hundred meters from public services (bus and metro 2 stops) and main roads with adequate taxi flow to the needs of us tourists.

I just spent 4 nights at this Hotel and was very happy with my stay. Very good value for money, especially considering the location. I could stroll to the Sacré-Cœur basilica every night. Cleanliness: I never saw any dirt (I looked) and there was never a smell from the bathroom, it was fresh & clean. I even had an issue with a water leak, the floor was cleaned immediately and there was a plumber fixing it in a few hours. Linen was clean & changed daily. The bedroom always smelled fresh, beds were always clean. There were no noise issues, yes, you get some shouting outside at night, as you are in the heart of Montmartre, but unless you have a window open, it shouldn't wake you. Staff: I felt very safe, the staff are excellent and friendly. You leave your key at reception (it is 24/7), so there is no worry of getting pick pocked or loosing your key. All reception staff have some English, but there always seems to be one with good English ready to take over if needed. It is a small hotel and the rooms are small, but NOT tiny, the breakfast in continental style, but there is still plenty to eat. If you do want a big breakfast, then don't go B&B and walk 3 minutes to the bottom of the Hill looking up to Sacré-Cœur basilica, there are 2 Cafés, that can help you, at reasonable prices, especially for Paris. … I was surprised that I got so much value for what I paid to stay here.

Not much I was not to tell the truth. The location is correct. The room's dull and seems dated to at least 10 years. We eat breakfast with the mouse. Nice not?
This isn't a 3 stars. No sorry. It is disgraceful to be presented in 3 stars for a city like Paris.

Firstly, this hotel is perfectly clean. There is no problems with hygiene here. Also the room was very nice. This hotel is very strict on security. They don't like you taking your key with you. This is in case you are pick pocketed, but I still found this rather odd. One time when I came in the hotel and started going to my room the staff behind the desk shouted at me. Once I had identified myself they went back to being friendly. Despite this incident of rudeness, I am very glad that they are strict on security as the area this hotel is in is rather rough. Most people think of Montmartre as one of the best parts of Paris, but it is actually a rough area. There are annoying people all around this area who keep coming up to you and trying to sell you crap in an aggressive way. Worst of all there are twats who try to put a piece of string on your finger then charge you for it. Plus there are lots of people sleeping in the street right outside the hotel. So I am actually very very glad of the strict security here.

Number on website did not work. After finally figuring out correct number to check for availability (can not book online) Receptionist was not very polite to inform me there were no rooms available.

A very nice small hotel, very plain and simple, for short breaks very well suited. The Metro is quick to find about 3 minutes away from the hotel. The breakfast is really plain and simple but it is still enough. The staff is very nice even if you can not good English, because the staff can not german. The rooms are pretty clean. You can eat there in the proximity from the hotel is a pizza GIGI where you can get also a german menu and there is also a shop where you can buy a few drinks for the evening.
With the Metro goes very well in the downtown area and it is easy to use even without English and French.

Awful room, everything old, we had problems with the toilette, and gave us problems with the credit card blocking EUR 100 (in case of damages) without telling us at the moment. First time any hotel ever do this to me. After one week we left the hotel, those EUR 100 still blocked at the credit card. One of the worst hotel I've been after 8 years visiting Paris. 2 stars on my rating due location and internet, nothing else.

For the love of God. Do not stay here. I've been backpacking in Europe for the past 3 weeks so I was used to "roughing it" and didn't really mind what my hotel looked like but this place was just extremely unsanitary. Pube in the bed, no lie. Breakfast sucked also. If you plan on staying here just make sure you have your own pillowcase, don't use the blankets, and never walk barefoot.

Was in hotel in March with family and the stay was pleasant. Rooms are a bit small but clean and services were good.

I've been there in February 2013 and I've found the room small but very clean, the staff very helpful. Nice zone, near metro station Anvers and few meters from Sacre Coeur. Very good value for money.

The showers and at least the disabled male shower, are good and clean with hot water. I never tried the female plants. M. Desailly is always friendly and location is ideal for visiting the battlefields of the Somme. I have the site often and met many other repeat campers and caravanners.

The name of the campsites promise of his name! From one side of the square, on a hill, it has uninterrupted views of Mt. Ventoux. From the other side, directly from the pool, overlooking the plains of the Provence. We have stayed in a rustic mobile home for 4 days. The small wooden house was clean, well equipped and very cosy! Since we were in the off season there, we had the small pool for us alone! Attached to the square is a small Winery. So we could taste the different grape juices of the House every day in the pool area among gnarled olive trees. The Manager was very nice and friendly. A note for families with children: Unfortunately, there is no playground on the quiet community. Our daughter has not bothered BB´s, because the rabbits, chickens and dogs of the administrator were much more interesting. Bottom line: Who seeks no refer place, like drinking a good wine and plenty of rest is right here.

Camping Bellevue could anchor historian and battlefield junkie is not more well placed as in Authuille. Minutes of Thiepval and less than 10 minutes, Albert. You get what you pay for; camping Bellevue You/toilet facilities is not the floors in the first class, and not but at least you give above, hot water. I have stayed there a few times and I will surely go back.

Very scarce. Only a shower in Ghent block plus a separate disabled. Showers, wash basin and toilet, that whole week, there was not cleaned while I.

Facilities a disgrace — were not cleaned, the whole week we were there. Le Patron just went around the site of every morning and has not touched, toilets or showers. Uuch.
