The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Super nice staff, affordable rooms (albeit on the smaller side, but for the price I cant complian.

Helpful staff more members, rooms were cosy but location is central for most attractions. Also buy the 7day ticket for €27 — worth it for Metro, trains and bus transport. For cheap food there are lots of supermarkets and Turkish food places on surrounding streets.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was great. Nice staff.

Hotel is a simple in an ordinary neighborhood, for the price is not bad (especially since the rest of Paris is very expensive) is small and narrow, the rooms are a little old but always very clean, the bathrooms have no shower curtain and nowhere to put the artichoke. The beds are good. Is quite near to the metro La Fourche, which gives access to the rest of Paris. It is 30 minutes walk from the Sacre Coeur, in the area there are many restaurants and bars including Mcdonald s. There are Also a couple of supermarkets. It's still pretty quiet at night for being on a secondary street.

Very clean I advise you.

The 51 room I was assigned to is in a terrible state. The room is small and is mostly in very poor condition. The paints are chipped, there is a hole in the ceiling, and especially, even closed, you hear everything that happens on the landing or in the adjoining rooms.
I also let you see the condition of the small bathroom! (made without tricks…)
In short, you understood it, I would not recommend it!

The walls are paper, we hear everything. It's unpleasant to get woken up. It's antiquated. Old and poorly maintained (large renovations to be previewed).
But housekeeping OK and staff listening. Close to all amenities.

Hotel that would need renovation at room level.

Front reception is nice. Always try to communicate with me. Lift is a bit old but at least they have got one. Rooms are, well enough. Not suitable for big family's but if you are alone and need budget hotel, this place will do.

Good hotel for short stay in Paris.

The hotel is clean good customer service, wi fi in good condition and good breakfast.

The room was pretty tiny, okey for a few nights, but it would be hard for a week or more. Almost no space for "things" — only a little table. The ventilation was almost non-existent. Plus we could hear almost everything that happened in the corridor. Our room was adjacent to the lift and it was very loud, especially at night. As for the advantages, the subway is close by, the receptionists were helpful and the reception was open 24/7

What I like about this Hotel was the staff were very kind and friendly. Even though the room was a bit small, it offered all the facilities that we needed. The location was a plus point since it was really close to 3 subway stations. There were some Carrefour shops and a LiDL near by so it was convenient for budget travellers like US to grab some food when we finished our days. The only inconvenience was there was no windows in the bathroom, which made the air circulation kinda trapped.

Is very central and a lot of shopping.

Toilet leaking, bed OK, very noisy room neighbors speaking loudly until 3:30 am and watching TV. Super thin walls. I don't recommend staying there.

Nothing to say about the location, it's quiet and not too far away transport. The hotel is rather dated and the cramped breakfast room with a just choice correct. The room was small but quite functional, comfortable bed, average health and coverings of floors and walls just passable. Finally, the bathroom with bathtub could be a good point, but really impractical, too small, no comfort and run down. The sink was clogged, the bathtub worn, joints and walls covered with mold and wear above the toilet towel… In short, very disappointed with this hotel that displays all the same relatively high prices.

Firstly, seeing the other prices in Paris, it was a very cheap one, also it was close to the city center! We hoped it was a good choice, and after all I was satisfied with it! I would recommend it to everyone who do not want to spend too much money and feel comfortable in a smaller room too. But we go to Paris because we want to see the city and not to stay in the room all day! About the room. They give us a big room but we didn't like it's red color so we asked for a new one. They were kind and flexible, so we got a new one, which was smaller, but more elegant and simple, beautiful. We just stayed there during the nights, so it was enough for us. The bathroom was very little, but we could go in without any problem. (If you are a bigger person, maybe it is not the best choice. ) The location was very good, we walked 5mins for the metro and 2 mins for the bus. You can go everywhere with metro, it's better than the bus (they have an awesome traffic, a 15 mins metro trip took 40 mins by bus). The center is 15-20 mins by metro. Also there are shops, bekeries, a Carrefour City, restaurants, fast food places. So you have everything nearby. The staff was very friendly, they helped us a lot and as I mentioned they were very flexible. Good job! Also the room was always clean, they changed the towels and the blanket for example when I accidentally begrimed it with the raspberry. So all in all, we were satisfied with the services, very well done! And thank you for everything! :)

The hotel was quite as described and therefore met my expectations. If it is far from the city center, a metro station located just minutes from the hotel allows to quickly get there. The room like the bathroom are small but clean and offered all the necessary comfort. The staff was a nice touch. So I will not hesitate to return to this hotel during a possible future stay in the French capital.

The bathroom and toilet are very small but that was the only thing I did not favor. The rest of the hotel, the service, it's very good and friendly. Definately worth another visit sometime.

Helpful reception, good communication with the main tourist places. What it cost in March matched our expectations in general. Room service calls for improvement: blocked sinks should not be left behind, the number of towels should match those replaced and toilet paper should be added when gone. It would have been nice to have breakfast at the hotel, but the requested price is hard to explain, considering what's offered there. Assortment of food needs improvement. A simple coffee-maker and green or black tea would also help.

The hotel is very simple and tiny rooms, but the truth is that if we compare prices in Paris we will see that they are very expensive. So, would I stay quality price is well. In addition, the area is quiet and not too far from the Center. I recommend it for young couples.

The front desk is very helpful, quiet location about an hour of market of the CRA. Close to a subway. The rooms are small but that's ok. Bathroom is ok. Good place if you just need a place to sleep.

Quite correct value.
The room was clean, the bedding in good condition, nice, flat screen TV, small office. The bathroom was summary (small, 1 SOAP, 1 sachet of shampoo and 1 towel), but clean and adequate for 1 night. The room faced Street, a bit noisy until late evening but no annoying side overnight (for my part). Are easily the noise from other guests circulating in the corridors and adjacent doors. The host speaks personal was friendly. To finish the hotel is very well located, neighborhood enough living, close to the metro and we're 30 min walk to the fields Élysées, room pleyel, through batignolles.
To conclude: very OK for 1 night (business trip), nice, good location, no surprises. Lack of charm for a "romantic".

Hotel is Good and staff is friendly. Metro Station La-Fourche is near by. It is good option if someone is looking for low budget hotel.
