Room very comfortable, very well arranged. I was able to work serenely and relax. Hotel very well soundproofed, which is very important because located along the ring road. Charming staff.
Too bad the restaurant's dishes are not of the same quality as the room: it was very bland. But very welcome.

Carpet smells bad. Mini-bar empty! Bar closed at midnight but without food since 23h! Our flight was late and we were obliged to order pizza …

The room was big and was easy for travellers to charge devices. Bathroom was big and the toiletries were replenished regularly. Only problems were the rude waiter we had at their restayrant, unstable Wi-Fi anf the restaurant tables were dirty.

Nice hotel for a city break. Breakfast very good. Location is on the outskirts of the city. Metro about 20 minutes away.

A wonderful modern hotel. Bed is super comfortable. Spacious room Wonderful shower with great water pressure!

Room was smashing. Reception staff helpful. A room service meal not available in restaurant menu was unable to be bought unless you eat in room. Waited ages for milk and a t bag for a cuppa for my 13 year old daughter, pizza arrived to take upstairs so we started to eat whilst waiting for milk and t. Only to be whinged at by some backend about his rules of needing a place to serve drink. The place was empty apart from myself wife and 2 kids 11 and 13. T was rubbish pizza was lovely.

Very bad value for money. Very noisy. Bathroom very poorly lit squarely in the twilight. … Nice to prepare the hell wholesale.

I went there for parking through Onepark but very good welcome even when you are not hotel guest in either.

Simple but elegant as all the Novotel I have visited. Excellent variety and quality in your breakfasts.

Excellent value for money. Well under all reports. A small downside on the air conditioning of the room which trouble to make a little warm… even set very high.

The hotel was unable to accommodate a noon check-in. As a result, was not able to properly unpack and have to lug unnecessary things to visit the Eiffel Tower planned the same day. Overall, the room was fabulous and the staff accommodated our family of 4 by removing the couch and placing 2 rollaway beds. That's probably why it can't be readied earlier. The hotel is located across from a busy highway, but road noise was not an issue. However, it is a pretty far walking distance to the nearest subway (13-15 minutes). Pereire is the nearest station to the hotel. It's much longer to get to Porte de Cliché. Bring exact cash to buy your t+ tickets as they were unattended when we go to the station.

Excellent breakfast, comfortable room very clean, nicely decorated (executive) The least: Windows condemned! Pity the most; Free MiniBar and Nespresso machine available.

Hotel close to the center of Paris and the ring road, they accept the dogs and the parking located under the hotel allows you not to galley!

Very noisy environment but the hotel is well insulated. The subway is far… Too far for a family to go and take it. At the worst, it may be that at the reception we have to offer a further means of locomotion. One of the interactive games for kids was not working… Too bad we had two children who wanted to have fun and parents who would have wanted to enjoy. The room was very good. Good mattress. Nice décor. Except that one of the beds was dismantled leaving my husband on the floor, he was badly clipped apparently. Breakfast is excellent. When at the evening meal taken at the restaurant of the hotel… We didn't appreciate it, one of the servers was not friendly, and the map was very disappointing.

Beautiful address at the gates of Paris. Champs Elysee 20 minutes by bus 341. Stop in front of the entrance on the other side of the boulevard. Cost $2
Friendly and pleasant welcome. Caesar salad at the top. The rooms are large and the bedding comfortable.

Some pros and cons to this place: Pros: for a family of four we had a great room with one double and two singles for the kids which was great. There is a kids area with games which is free of charge which was a big thumbs up. Cons: it really is quite a way from the centre of town and so money saved on the hotel was spent in taxis. It isn't close to metro and bus didn't run on Saturdays or Sundays according to the front desk. The receptionist we talked to really wasn't that helpful when giving directions to the nearest station. She said go left for 5 minutes, then right for 5 minutes, then turn left and the station is there. Seriously. We had a three year old and couldn't randomly wander around an unknown district. Cons: drainage in the bathroom is very poor and after 5 minutes the shower started to overflow into the bathroom floor. Overall I would recommend a more central location if you are there for tourism as taxis start to raise spend quite considerably and the area is pretty average at best. That said if you don't have kids and can get to metro ok then this could right for you.

Very fancy hotel with a nice view (when you’re on the top floor). Breakfast is good and the employees are very nice!

The hotel is a good hotel and the rooms are good. However there is no public transport close to the hotel. A lot of road work at the moment makes the traffic quite difficult. But for me this is not a problem. I walk a little but to escape from the traffic jam and I can grab a taxi or uber. I always stay there as the room are way better and bugger than what you can find in Paris central. With a price way cheaper. Perfect for me.

Very regular service, no one speaks Spanish and in advertising they say yes… The staff of the hotel is not friendly… or an umbrella we lent when it was raining… of the worst hotels Q there is in Paris… and we did a collection of something Q not consumed… the RECEPC Ion was made the Q did not understand the claim… bad food.

Nice clean room and bathroom. Very quiet during the night. The beds are very comfortable. Great choice if you are traveling with kids.

Hotel as I expected. Good breakfast and comfortable. If you are going to visit Paris the center is far away.

I have loved my stay here. The rooms are simple and mordern, breakfast delicious and seminar rooms equiped with the latest technology, but what made my stay really special was the people, always smiling and greeting you and genuinely caring to make your stay enjoyable helping to make everything easy without you even asking for it. Loved it.

Downtown Good neighborhood and shopping mall opposite.

The smallest gym ever. Room was ok, breakfast was terrible. Good thing — So Ouest is 3min far from hotel.

I stayed at this hotel with my family and I especially enjoyed the cleanliness and order of this property as well as the (not restricted) space of the room. Courteous and qualified staff. The stop of the RER C and Line 3 of the subway are about 15' walk from the hotel. All in all it was a good accommodation also for the comfort of the parking lot.

It's cool. I liked it. It's clean, it's cozy.

Clean rooms, good room service, good free Wi-Fi, no opening windows. Dining hours incorrectly listed in room menus. Short walk to a handful of restaurants, pharmacy, shopping mall, bus stop.

Too far to transport. About an hour to get anywhere central when you're with kids. Nice hypermarket nearby. No real local cafes for breakfast until Peiriere. Clean and nice rooms though.

Good location 10 minutes walk from metro near perrier station price reasonable and good size bedrooms kid stay free and breakfast free too if under 17 breakfast. From 6.00 to 10.00 at 10 sharp they remove all breakfast so don't be late! cafe cup in the room are very dangerous they are weak and will collapse when use for hot drink and burn yourself the entrance of the hotel could do with a gardener is not tidy!

Ideal for business trips. Great food and service. But even if you are on vacations y well located so you can easily go to turistic places.  

It's a modern hotel, the accommodations were nice. They do charge you extra for an all you can breakfast. One waiter just didn't seem to want to accommodate us, while another did male us feel welcome. (I was in crutches) the staff are pleasant. At least one will know English (very helpful when it's too late or early to remember how to say certain things in french). The bathroom we had our first night was very nice, the tub looked great and comfortable, but I couldn't use it, at all. They accommodated us the next morning as we asked, and everything was so accessible I was finally able to shower on my own, after 2 months of having to ask my mom for help. It was such a relief, it helped me greatly enjoy my stay, specially after hours of walking in the beautiful city of Paris. Last thing, while they do have 1 USB plug, if you don't live in Europe, invest in an outlet converter, the hotel doesn't carry many and they go quick.

I especially liked the staff. Very clean rooms, toilets are correct. The place is well visible with a vision of everyday life.

Good hotel of the Novotel chain near the Arc de Triomphe. Good food, clean rooms and very helpful staff. We also speak Italian. Recommended for short stay in Paris.

Stayed here with a group of friends for the Paris Marathon. Found this an ideal location for a large group and getting to the areas we needed was easily achievable either by foot or metro. Hotel was very clean and pleasant. Only issue we had was that there was one complimentary breakfast tea bag in our room and had requested…

Hotel very clean nice room spacious close to everything 20 minutes by metro. We made the choice of everything done on foot, broad avenues leading to the various monuments to visit.
After London, Paris and not at all disappointed with this hotel line… A small promo for the next?

This is modern well run hotel in a fabulous location in Paris. From the rooftop bar you can admire the skyline of Paris very well with the Eiffel Tower taking the centre stage. It's only a couple stops away from the Porte de Clichy train station which is only 1100m away. The rooms are cleaned daily which are done at your own convenience while you are out during the day. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are designed to be functional and spacious for people on a set budget. The walls are solid and you won't hear other people in the hotel. It allows you to totally switch off when you enter your room. This hotel is very much worthy of business users who will enjoy the free Wi-Fi and spacious lobby bar which also features a outdoor dining area and is great for meeting up with people. There is also a supermarket directly opposite the hotel to stock up on suppliers. A good selection of restaurants 2mins walk away from the hotel in the Monparnasse region. They get a lot of business by this Hotel being here and are very welcoming and friendly. The same can be said for the actual Hotel Staff who are professional and will do everything possible to ensure you have a pleasant stay. I have been to this hotel 3 times now and it's always the place I stay when i'm visting Paris, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Nice hotel which is located near the Congress Palace, is a luxury service and everything is done to make the tourist feel comfortable allowing him to enjoy his visit to Paris.

A very good 4* hotel. We have been booked this hotel in the framework of a 4-day paris-trip. We had breakfast inclusive which was very good and comprehensive. The rooms were cleaned daily and there were no problems at all. Flat-TV with french pay-tv and several multi language programs. The next metro station "Porte de Clichy" is 1100m away. If you have a Paris Visit Metro ticket, take the bus "PC3", and drive 2 stations. It comes every 5 to 10 minutes.
