Probably my worst hotel experience after travelling the world for past twenty years — and I didn’t even stay here! I cancelled my reservation by email. They refused to acknowledge they received my email and unfortunately I didn’t keep the email. They then charged me 500+ euros for not staying and refused to negotiate etc I can only imagine all the negative reviews of this hotel are true! In a city with so much choice dont surrender your hard earned cash to these greedy folks!

They were warm, welcoming, gracious and quite communicative. It is perfectly situated in the heart of tourist central with great cafes, bars and markets surrounding it. It was a joy to be so centrally located and walk to everything. Chic rooms and friendly staff.

Just returned from Paris and stayed 6 nights at this hotel booked through Costco Travel. This is a lovely hotel but they have many rooms below standard and we were given one of those rooms. We booked and paid for a Junior Suite but were downgraded. The hotel front desk staff is total chaos and the room we had was sub standard for a 5 star hotel… 3.5 stars at best. Even worse… the front desk was full of excuses… toilet did not flush… maybe we were wrong (until they got someone to fix it after 2 attempts), key cards to room stopped working day before checkout (until they fixed it) … maybe we where wrong, inappropriate billings against our credit card (they said it was an error? ) In short, lovely hotel but we were assigned a poor room (stay away from the 6th floor) that was below what we had reserved four months earlier. We where downgraded when they did not have the room type that we reserved. They made us wait 5 hours to get a room and were just happy we accepted the downgrade. Would not recommend this hotel for those that want reliable high end hotel service and would not recommend booking though Costco. Friends stayed in the same hotel and booked directly with the hotel and got the room type they booked. In summary, the staff and offerings at the restaurant were great, bar staff and their service was very enjoyable (love Houl! ) and the concierge staff were outstanding in recommendations and customer service. The room… not what we paid for!

We stayed here for 3 nights in April for our wedding anniversary. Couldn’t fault it. Great location, lovely, modern decor, very clean and comfortable. Very friendly, helpful staff. The ‘Happy Anniversary’ cakes that had been put in our room were yummy and the gesture was very much appreciated. Nice breakfast too, plenty of choice and even had gluten-free cakes. Would definitely stay here again.

Very good and clean hotel. Located between Tour Eiffel and the Arc de Triomphe. Bus and Metro directly in front of the hotel. Service is very good and staff extremely friendly. Breakfast is good and restaurant for the evening offers good quality.

Landmark hotel that's walking distance to all the major attractions Paris has to offer. Rooms are quite spacious with in room safes and Wi-Fi. Concierge and front desk are very helpful and can assist with various needs of the weary traveller. There's a small workout room in the basement for the health conscious.

A great experience. The hotel is nice of course but what makes it special, are the staff and their hospitality. The hotel even had some surprises for the little ones! We also enjoyed the range of novels available to read in the room.

For a long time we change to each of our trips to Paris.
But here we found the hotel that suits us.
The service, the kindness, the professionalism, and the discretion of the staff.
This is the best value for money from what we have found so far.
Breakfast is just perfect.
The rooms are not huge but very comfortable. The bedding is top, even the cushions!
Just, for the noise-sensitive, take if possible a room that overlooks the inner courtyard. But on this point, I am particularly demanding.

Stayed for 3 nights in a junior suite room on the first floor. Overall had a great time. The staff is friendly and tried to help the best they could even though we didn't speak French. The only complaint I really have is that the walls and windows are really thin and I could hear people in the hallways as well as cars driving by in the middle of the night.

This is a very old building like most of European hotels, but newly renovated. Our room was simple, no view, but the bed was soft, the toilet was nice with Hermes toiletries. The whole hotel, espacially the room was so clean. We ate at their restaurant for breakfasts and the food was good. We selected this hotel mainly because it is a walking distance to the Eiffle Tower and to Arch De Trump. It is in a safe area and also close to the subway station. But if we are in Paris, we'll stay at this hotel again because they treated us so well. We love the staff.

Never impressed by the breakfast here. Needs some hot options! But always very comfortable and welcoming. So you still get my stars people. But be warned, I’m dropping one if I spend 10mins on check out again!

Excellent hotel, perfect location just minutes from Eiffel Tower & Arc de Triumph. Best beds/linens & room nicely decorated (but small) like 5 STAR. Staff was tremendous (Concierge & others), so pleasant & helpful. Especially Claude. Serge & Kamir also were superb. Highly recommend this hotel! THANK YOU, CLAUDE!

The staff were incredibly nice and friendly when you walk in the door. The room was beautifully decorated and amenities were fantastic. We were able to just see the tip of the Eiffel tower from our room. It has been an incredible stay in Paris!

The hotel itself is a short walk from the Eiffel Tower, Trocadero and Arc de Triumph. Whilst the interior of the hotel is contemporary, the room sizes are smaller than what one would expect.

Comfort and attentive service.

I am at the mid way point of a 5 night stay. This time I am traveling alone and the hotel has gone out of its way to make me feel welcome and looked after. The Concierge Christophe, especially has ensured that there is plenty for me to do, organising an itinerary of things that I am interested in. I am totally enjoying my stay in Paris and I believe a lot of it has to do with my choice of hotel. Fabulous location: Both walking distance to key landmarks and the shopping of the Champs Élysées. Surrounded by great places to eat. Most galleries and parks and palaces are about 10 minutes away by taxi. The hotel suite itself on the 4th floor: my reaction as I walked in was simply beautiful, surrounded by large double opening windows with sunlight streaming in and gorgeous, generous views along the tree lined Avenue Kléber and lots of sky. You have a very airy feeling which I particularly like. The king size bed is very comfortable. Honestly it feels more like an upmarket residence then just a hotel. I recommend the Sofitel Paris Baltimore Tour Eiffel highly. Aa.

Lovely hotel. The room I booked was spacious and clean. Staff are extremely friendly. The breakfast is really good. Location is central with easy access to most tourist sights.

Nice, clean hotel with all amenities. The only issue was with restaurant. I expected some good Indian food, but could not find one. Otherwise, the service was quick and friendly.

My future wife and I stayed for our honeymoon in 2001. I know, this is old, but we stayed 1 week after 911 and the service, cleanliness, staff, were excellent. The staff was awesome, complimentary about Americans saving France in WWII. As a Texan, I will always recommend this hotel and it's staff. I love the French spirit as it mirrors us Texans. I am coming back someday. Fyi, I build big hotels, etc. For a living. Viva la Francois.

The breakfast was plentiful and gourmet. I must say the rooms were not all the same. I would suggest you call them ahead of time to secure the room you want that meets you expectations. For me and my girl this is the Hotel of choice when we visit again.

Very disappointment, not what you expect from a 5 star hotel. My wife's Rolex watch disappeared in our room. Management bacillary said "bad luck"… watch your belongings when staying in that hotel.

Great location close to all the main attractions, you get a feeling the hotel is grand by the ambience of the foyer, the friendly nature of the staff, would like to come back again even though the standard double room was a little bit small, however I need a clean bed, shower and toilet and it certainly had that.

Situated in between the two most famous monuments in Paris, this hotel had been so welcoming. We speak little French and still they were only happy to help with any request & spoke good English. I recommend this hotel to any tourist.
