It’s a new hotel, the rooms are nice and upgraded. And it’s so close to everything within walking distance.

Very clean, free tea, coffee and they even have nespresso machine. The bathroom is really very very clean, it is spotless with luxurious towels and robes. New rooms and it smells so good even the corridors. Great location, very quiet and we feel so safe outside the area. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower and great restaurants. One of the best hotels we have stayed at in our Past and current Europe trips. All worth the reasonable price we paid. I rate it 5 stars and we will surely come back.

The hotel has a new management and a new staff that hacks their customers' credit cards when they ask you for a 50 euro footprint but it's Fake it's just to have all the information of the bank card and the cryptogram to be able to use it for their own purposes and take trips to sites without The secure key these are professionals of theft and scam. Don't go to this hotel because you will soon be ruins and they will empty your accounts if you do not notice very quickly! The police are looking after them to stop the thefts. How can you get to this point in a 4-star hotel in the 16th arrondissement of Paris. A staff of bledards and thieves! A shame! It's very, very serious! Imagine all the hacks they do every day on all confident customers and especially tourists! Hotel to banish it's a Piege a stalker!

Reception do not accept usd currancy notstandingwiththefact there us no currency exchange in the hotel. The nearest one is near the Eiffel Tower.

The room was clean and the receptionist was very nice. Transport was p convenient with the bus 72 was right outside which went to all the tourist attractions.

Staff was great. Spoke good enough English. Helped when addressed. The view is not great but the cost was cheap enough that I didn't expect a great view. Same with location. It is about a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro or 30ish minutes to the Eiffel tower. There is a nice mall right across the bridge if you need anything. Summers in Paris are rather warm and when we first got to our room the AC felt great. It was just cool enough. Sometime through the night this stopped being the case and come noon the room was stagnant and hot. Bed is low to the ground. But firm and comfortable. Wifi requires an email, we just put in a throwaway email. You don't have to verify. We were given one towel and had to talk to the front desk to get another. Overall, decent hotel for a good price. Would have been 4 stars if the AC was better.

Comfortable hotel very quiet on the back. The least: The stained floor carpet is lacking for a 4-star establishment.

The staff is friendly, however the toilet had issues, some of the rooms Windows are blocked so you cannot open them to get fresh air, the air conditioning doesn't work well, the snack bar is definitely not open until the hours posted on the wall. The breakfast is outragiously overpriced (15 euro! ) The beer and wine selection is also highly overpriced. Much cheaper selections from the restaurants around the hotel. Also you can hear the noise from the elevator and people in the hallways from the rooms.

When traveling to Paris on a budget, this hotel is great. The staff was beyond friendly and the price is terrific. We had a late arrival, and the staff welcomed us and showed us to the room. We were hungry and everything was closed and they helped us up with that too. The room is clean and spacious. The place is about a 15 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. A grocery store with a fantastic selection of fresh produce, wines, cheeses and bread is about a 2 min walk from the hotel.

Changed to this hotel after our first one was in a terrible location. Lovely setting very close to the river, plenty of resteraunt very local and the eiffel tower is only a 15min walk along the river. The room was nice and clean and a lovely place to be. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful and could speak English well.

Staff were really friendly and the rooms were clean. The hotel is in a bice quite location with a few restaurants around.

Really enjoyed my recent stay at this hotel. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Room was clean and provided everything that was required. Location was great (unless you are too lazy to walk a few minutes to a metro station! ). My daughter left her mobile phone in the bathroom on our last day and the staff were extremely helpful in arranging a taxi to bring it to us at Gare du Nord station. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Extra payments on the end, no information on fridge the wather in there you have to pay fir 3 days 38€ extra and also for climate fee or something, people from desk walking through rooms and checking door handle no idea what reason!

Suits it's purpose as an affordable hotel. Breakfast is good if you are staying there, otherwise not worth the 12€ per person. Rooms are adequate, but forget having a view. This hotel is tucked away on a side street with no action at night. It is settled in a neighborhood of apartment buildings. Staff is friendly and sort of helpful. Wouldn't mail a letter for me, but did make some phone calls for me.

I could only give this hotel 3 stars and that would be very generous of me! It's deco and rooms are tired and needs serious upgrade. Not bad location and breakfast is quite ok, but would I stay here again? Don't think so…

Not impressed standard 3 star hotel.

I have no complaint of this hotel, it is a good place to go, a good area, quiet, the hasbitaciones are OK, in the corner of the street you have a super and a few blocks away there are bars and restaurants where you can eat. The metro station is just a few minutes.

Was there for short visit im Paris old hotel with decent breakfast and clean rooms. Rooms small but good enough for three-four days on Paris Metro is around 800 meters from Hotel.

Not so clean, old furniture, breakfast is not impressed (good quality, poor offer), not direct entry to underground parking + quite good location.

Not impressed! Would never go back or recommend this hotel. Besides the rooms being outdated and small, the staff really needs to learn a thing or two about hotel management. Not very friendly and not knowledgeable of their surroundings with regards to the local restaurants despite having several within walking distance. The bar manager was particularly rude and disrespectful and should consider another line of work. If you can afford it you should consider the Zebra Square hotel which is down the street. Very satisfied with our dinner there and very chic establishment. 12 min river walk to the Eiffel tower.

Tired rooms with old furniture, stained. Bathroom cleaned with likely old smelly mop water, that smelled for hours, as I came back to room just after it was cleaned; old pubic hairs on bathroom floor. Empty plastic sanitary bad (unused) not picked up after three days. After room cleaned, it smelled of dirty vacuum cleaner. Water nice and hot, with good flow. Sheets clean. Staff friendly enough, but not very efficient; i. E. I asked for dates in July when there would be any rooms available, and they never got back to me, even though I asked both personally at the front desk, and via my phone from my room, three days running. Given the choice, I would stay elsewhere. One good feature is that they have functioning elevators. There is also the question as to whether this is a 3 or 4 star Hotel, depending on which site you visit. I would definitely rate it as a three star, at best. Nice lobby and nice looking café; I didn't eat there, so no rating on that one.

Very convenient location in a quiet and tidy area. All sights. Rooms are very small, but cozy. Service friendly and unobtrusive.

Three star Hotel located in a great location, close to the buses (bus 72, Métro and RER C) and the Eiffel Tower (if you want to walk ten to fifteen minutes), in an almost residential and quiet neighborhood. Well-stocked breakfast buffet. Clean, simple and tidy.
