Been here twice. Although last year was much cheaper, price/quality is still good. Rooms are tiny but clean and comfortable. Supermarket across the street and enough options for breakfast and lunch nearby.

Great experience! Friendly welcome (And to frequent very often Parisian hotels. It's worth noting! ) Room on the ground floor on super nice patio! Patio to take the well-sported breakfast. Budget quite correct! Recommend it!

Staff very kind and very helpful, rooms nice and essential but functional and very clean, furnished to new, equipped with all the essential. Very comfortable location at the metro line 12, with which you arrive in the center in a few stops. Very recommended if you want to stay in Paris in peace and at a moderate price. Really ok!

Too pricey for such a low quality room. Rude staff specially the old woman at the front desk. Bathroom was a joke, sink took half space over the toilet, if you are not a boy you won't fit (see pictures). Room way smaller than the pictures shown on website. Only good is the breakfast if it is included. Pictures are coming soon. I won't recommend nor stay at this hotel again. Much better options at 1 block away.

Small place but very welcoming the rooms are very clean had bathroom inside your room you don’t have to shared! The offer breakfast for a little extra money and that depends of your need.

Great location, small but cozy rooms, located in a very quiet street, possibility to have breakfast, however the fridge bar is lacking in the room.

Totally cozy the hotel looks very cozy. Chic and clean but not lifted, furnished and guided with love, so does the staff. Affordable it is and perfectly located, everything is within walking distance in 5-20 min you are ice anywhere in the center. Nevertheless, the hotel is a bit quieter and there are even very good quite safe parking options. The only mini manko the 1bett double rooms are very minimalist, from the door to bed, straight into the toilet and back.

Everything was so good except the small scale of room. The staff were very nice and supportive. The location is safe, convenient! and very tranquil. Highly recommended if you want a peaceful vacation in Paris.

Wifi needs to be stable however I like the hotel.

Downsides were the small room and that the advertised bathtub was actually a deep shower pan. Pluses were the excellent, friendly and helpful staff, very clean throughout, and decorated in a modern style.

Quite romantic hotel just by the Eiffel tower, with a nice inner garden and a nice asian-themed décor. The price was very reasonable reserving on their website. We didn't try the breakfast.

The staff where very accommodating and polite, the room is clean and comfortable and everything was clearly explained including the city tax by the receptionist.

After reading previous reviews, I was certain this hotel would be a pleasant experience. However, that was not the case for me. The heater in our insanely small room was broken and overheated the room to the point of it being a sauna. It was impossible to turn off. The walls are paper thin, and you can hear absolutely everything. The cleaning staff began vacuuming the hall right outside the room at 9 am which isn't nice for those dealing with jet lag. The walls were stained and disgusting. The shower is ridiculously situated the water overflows everywhere and leaves a swamp in the bathroom. There is a glass door separtating the toilet from the room — so forget any privacy. Severly disappointed with this hotel, and highly discourage from booking there. Better options at the same price in the area.

Very strange the bathroom and toilet separated from a simple window of the room. Not really privacy, too bad as the hotel is well located and quiet.

Great location for a small price. Cosy romantic hotel in the middle of montparnasse. The Invalids Cathedral is just a 10 minute walk away. The nearest metro station is a 5 minute walk. The ideal starting point for Siteseeing in Paris.
The rooms are relatively small but very cozy and clean. Breakfast is a little lean and quite expensive. However, in the vicinity of the hotel there are some places where you can have breakfast or even later in the evening to finish the Day.

A bit far from the city centre. No parking. Small room. But very modern, very clean, great, friendly staff.

We were staying 4 nights to visit Paris. The hotel is very clean. The staff were very friendly and they spoke Spanish, not perfect but they spoke it. It has flat-screen TVs where you can tune TVE internacional and canal 24 h. The rooms are tiny, but the bed is quite comfortable. I do not know how will be the breakfast because it cost 12 euros and not hired him since we prefer to go to a nearby bakery that was cheaper. I think that if I return to Paris it is possible to choose this hotel because of its location (a 3-minute stop Volontaires) and service. We reserve it directly on the website of the hotel which is cheaper.

Very happy with this hotel I found it at such a good deal from Priceline. The customer service was great the rooms were clean. The room was a bit small but what do you expect for Paris the bathroom is connected to the shower just put down a towel after you take a shower and it's fine love the whole European feel it's great. They have blackout shades that are amazing they shot from the outside of the window and if you pull down the hard a little holes seal up and makes it super dark and you can sleep during the day if you need to take care of your jet lag.

Wow, called to cancel 20min after I had made the booking, becasue there were no more available flights to paris and they said: NO REFUND POLICY. Are you kidding me? I cant get to your hotel and called 20 min latter and you dont want to refund anything? cheap B€@"£! 2 Thats all…

I spent a weekend at this hotel. The hotel has good facilities and very new. Rooms are small, so if you plan to spend much time in the hotel is not very advisable. If you're going to walk and visit Paris is ideal. Also have 3 metro stops very close and very quickly reach all points of the city.
Staff very pleasant and attentive. A great place to hang out is a small terrace/courtyard very well cared and with good weather.
Near the hotel there are supermarkets, coffee shops, etc.

The staff was extremely helpful and made us felt very welcome. They indicated good restaurants and really did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms are kind of small (normal for Paris). The bathroom are very clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable for an hotel.
