Wonderful hotel! Service was amazing!

Had a lovely stay, staff were really friendly, breakfast was good and the location was fab.

Great location, cute and quaint. Very friendly staff clean and modern accommodations. Smaller architecture, as the buildings are older, local grocery across the street food all your needs. Next door fresh rotisserie chicken going (smells delicious) in the morning to afternoon. Beside that there a classical tiny bakery and desert shop. When I come back to Paris I will definitely stay here again.

Rooms are nice, not too tight, and have great amenities. Very accomodating staff!

Beautiful Hotel very well located. However, the rooms are very small and we had an average service, having made requests a few times in our stay and hotel having responded to these requests only half the time. We still enjoyed our time in this very charming and quiet little hotel, perfect for a couple!

This is a great hotel! The check in was great, the room was excellent. Close to the tower and a bunch of cafes around, a really good choice.

LOVE LOVE LOVED THIS PLACE! I 100% recommend! I've been to many different hotels around the world, and this place was one of my favorites! I will definitely be choosing Le Marquis over any other hotel when I get back to visit Paris again! I don't know how else to describe this place, but the stay was indeed lovely. Trust me on this! You must let Le Marquis be your hotel for your visit in Paris. The breakfast was great, too. The staff were amazing and helpful. I will be back!

Nice clean room, friendly staff, great service & location is walking distance to Eiffel Tower. We checked out early in the morning & left our luggages with instruction to order a taxi for the airport in the afternoon. By the time we arrived at the hotel, the Taxi was already there. Great service from Robert & Loic. I would recommend this place.

All staff members were very pleasant and accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel is very close to Eiffel Tower and many restaurants and shops.

Amazing hotel, pretty close to the Eiffel Tower, and three very cute parakeets in the main lobby. They give you a smartphone to walk around with so you don't have to use your data or a cumbersome map for directions.

It is a beautiful place. Vintage decoration I loved, excellent food, remarcable service. I will always remember this hotel.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a great location and amazing staff. Robert and his team are super helpful and accommodating. And even though it's a short walk to Eiffel, it's tucked away from main streets.

Very good hotel well located clean a little light breakfast level plus chopsticks towards 10 hours or service until 11am.

A very nice and not too big hotel in a quiet location, very close to the Eiffel Tower. We have been here twice and were always very satisfied. The staff are very accommodating, the breakfast is excellent and the rooms are very comfortable. When we arrived at the hotel last time early in the morning, we were able to get our room at 10:00 pm and also got a breakfast at 10:30 even though the official time for it had already expired. Thank you very much. We would love to come back.

It is such a quaint charming hotel with a lovely breakfast in a great little dining room.
It was refreshing to stay in a quiet hotel away from all the crowds but was still close to places we wanted to see before we left.

This hotel is good. It is ideal to stay for several days in Paris. It is well placed and accessible quite easily. It is practically located near everything. The restaurants are very close. It is five minutes from the Effeuiller Tower and the field of Mars.

We stayed here a few days over spring break. There is a giant bird cage in the lobby that spilled out onto the floor. The layout is like they took a small apartment building and turned it into a hotel. Customer service sucks. When we checked in the told us we had to buy another room because we had our 9 year older daughter with us and she wasn't on the original reservation. I argued but in the end they told us we could leave or buy another room at the last minute rate. Not a good position to be in when you fly in from the U. S.

Good place to spend a night. No exclusive spot. But a good place near the Eiffel tower.

Very polite staff and helpful, Rooms are very clean and breakfast is delicious. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from Eiffel tower. There is a supermarket located right across the street. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable. Good location in vicinity of the Eifel Tower. A bit overpriced in my notion. Parking is available on request at the supermarket parking area across the street.

I stay at a lot of hotels (including resorts like The Ritz and The 4 Seasons) and I must say, I'm very impressed. It's a boutique hotel that seems to treat their customers with top notch service. Clean, modern, spacious rooms and get this, a cell phone to use while you are here for free. Including calls to/from the U. S. The cell phone also works as your personal digital assistant, being able to book tickets, steer you towards restaurants, etc. Near lots of food, transportation and of course, the Eiffel Tower. If you don't book here, you are missing out.

Very hospitable staff. All spoke at least French and English. Some speaking 4 languages. Provided a cell phone for our trip helped a lot. Very friendly and nice rooms. Would stay again and recommend. Convenient location. 5 minute walk to starbucs McDonald's and a major metro. Grocery store directly across the street and a bakery next door.

The staff was great and very helpful. The room was ok, like a small US hotel room, the bathroom was so tiny and very hard to use. My biggest complaint … no restaurant and nothing to do near it at all.

Hotel is clean, but on our visit… AC didn't work or AC was very low. But we moved to a new room Staff was so brilliant.

Very nice hotel. Bedroom and bath are super clean and very comfortable. Was happy to be able to make coffee in room as I do not eat any breakfast. There was Hermes products in bathroom for soap, shower wash and shampoo. Not one's usual fare. Staff was very pleasant and helpful too. My friends and I spent Sunday afternoon in lobby with hot drinks, and I was thankful that it was possible as I do not see them often and they drove in from Chartres to see me. I will definetely come back in 2016 when I come back.

A Wi-Fi connection really not up to par. …

A great hotel, very helpful staff. We stayed there for our 1st anniversary for three nights and loved it. The rooms are very well presented with lovely ensuites. I was also pleased we had our own safe for valuable. All in all a lovely stay, would reccomend this to anyone.

The hotel rooms very good. New decoration. Location very good. I do not like the service bit. 3 nights complain of safety box repair need 4 nights. Very bad. Hotel is 3* hotel not more. Restorant very small.

Very happy with this place. Nicely deocrated rooms, good price, large rroom for France. Not eating here so can't speak on the breakfast.

After reading a few bitchy reviews about this place it was with some trepidation that my girlfriend and I walked down the Rue de Dupliex towards it. The moment we set foot inside we knew everything was going to be OK. Better than OK. Check in was swift, up to the room and settled in. The room was a decent size, all the amenities you could need, perfectly clean, elegantly decorated and peaceful. The room was cleaned and tidied for us every day. I have not a bad word to say about this place and I would definitely stay there again. The location is excellent. Turn left out of the door and you're about 5 seconds away from a lovely little boulangerie, turn right and you're 2 minutes away from the Eiffel Tower, right across the street is a supermarket to pick up any odds and ends that you might need. The staff were very helpful and willing to attend to any query you may have. I phone down to reception to ask for the Wi-Fi password and within moments a member of staff was at my door with all the login information on a printed sheet. Ignore the picky and naggy reviews you might read; they're written by people who were in a bad mood anyway and are venting on a hotel which I can say, from experience, is lovely.
