New hotel. Best location. Friendly receptionists with good service minds. Highly recommended.

Loved the hotel to every bit of it. We took the room with Eiffel Tower view and it was magical. The connectivity was very nice since you just need to cross the street to reach Dupliex metro and it’s a cakewalk literally to all the strategic points in the city. Skip the breakfast option if you can as it’s not great, You have small little cafes and supermarkets nearby as an alternative. Definitely will revisit.

Location is great close to the Tower. The rooms are ok not so spacious but I kind of expected it going to Europe. Staff is ok depending upon who you deal with, they can be very snobby or be helpful. BEWARE never leave any of your valuables in the room. The room keeper or someone with steal your stuff and no one will take responsibility. I left my I-WATCH in the closet and it was missing when I came back and the answer was we donot know who took it. So I guess u cannot trust then for anything. Very bad experience.

Great staff. Good location to train (Duplex station) and shops. Room was average. Bath tidy but slow to drain sink and shower. Overall, good value for money.

The guys of the reception are extremely friendly and they did understand but did not speak Spanish. We arrived to a inglispano who served us both
The breakfast is very abundant but not to the French style only continental. We would have liked to try something more typical
You got in front of a subway station that takes you to all sides
And some days, a flea market that you are able to find all.

Very kind. Simple but complete Hotel. Distance to Tower Eifel very good. Metro Station to the front nail despite it the room was silent bone insulation to sound suitable.

The Hotel is conveniently located close to the Eiffel Tower, the Trocadero and the Montparnasse train station. The quality of the bedding is remarkable. The staff are attentive and very professional. The decoration is neat, elegant and in the air of time.

Great location and the hotel is very good. The Eiffel Tower is 15 minutes away. And downstairs is the fair. But the market is only on weekends. Near the hotel there are two metro stations (two lines) line Line 6 from the hotel recently. The staff was very helpful and the concierge was very friendly.

A super nice place, the room overlooking the eiffel tower, excellent location 10 minutes from the walking tower, the good breakfast and to highlight the friendliness in reception of Alexander.

The Wi-Fi is very very weak, but the room are just nice and it is very near to the eiffel.

Ok prolly this is between 2-3 stars hotel, great location 10min walk to Eiffel tower and this is on the Southwest side of the tower. Across the Metro station Dupleix which is really convenient. Next to cafes for breakfast and happy hours and also next to convenience stores if you forgot toiletries or need bottle of water for the night. We are on the 1st floor, not so much view on the window but its ok. Get a queen bed room or a two single bed joined together for more room, don’t get a double bed unless you are alone. Clean shower except for a little moldy shower handle but that can be overlooked at. Room has toiletries like small hand soap shampoo and conditioner. Wifi is ok. We didn’t get the breakfast in the room as there are lots of bakeries in walking distance. If you are a light sleeper don’t get a room next to the road as you will hear it. Front desk is ok not friendly but not snobbish just ok. They will keep your luggage if you arrive too early for check in. Check in is 2:30 pm and check out is 11 am. Will definitely stay again, good price for good room and location. If their website is sold out go to expedia or Priceline as they will have rooms there. Thats what I did.

Clean and nice bedding. Still pretty badly soundproof. So the neighbor's rise has 4:00 am also awake;) The neighborhood is very nice. I was on the opposite side of the street because I fear that the street side is more noisy. Breakfast is ok.

Paid for an upgraded room, and honestly, this place was terrible. The room smelled awful, they charged us for two breakfasts that we never asked for or ate, and they said my bank wouldn't not accept the return so they wanted another card number. This room was smaller than the smallest bedroom in my house. The ONLY good thing about this hotel is you can see the Eiffel Tower outside your window.

Seeking hotel rooms with a view of the Eiffel Tower actually means view the very tip of it. Not what I expected to pay for. Had to move rooms due to leaky toilet. Only saving grace was the very kind staff member who helped to move us.

Bed Bugs at room 408 do not go here. Cheap place horrible Wi-Fi, free breakfast sucks. Go next door to a more modern cleaner environment. We have to figure how to not bring bed bugs back home with us.

Hotel looks okay, modern hotel room, had aircondition, bed was not so comfy, but for a short stay, it's okay. Room had a bad smell, seemed to come from carpet, they vakuumers the rooms but I think their carpets need to be changed out. Breakfast the first day had moldy bread, Otherwise an okay place.

This hotel was amazing! It's located conveniently up the street from the metro, just a ways from the Eiffel Tower (you can see it from the balconies! ), and there were lots of cafes and grocery stores dotting the street. Our room was clean, inviting, and surprisingly spacious for a Parisian hotel room. The neighborhood was mellow, but still bustling enough to get the big city vibe. I don't think we could've found a better room for this price. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Hotel in good location, opposite the Du Bulei Metro station. Lobby is very small and can only accommodate up to 4 people. Rooms are clean and comfortable, but doesn't have a refrigerator and a small safe. Staff were very kind.

Small hotel in the heart of Paris. One metro stop from the Eiffel Tower. Very small room. The staff, friendly and helpful, also speaks Italian. Breakfast is excluded from room rates; the excessive pay to add because nearby there are many cafes where you can enjoy for much less.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel in Paris during September 2015. We found it well located with respect to the main attractions, the Eiffel Tower, the subway, etc. The rooms were clean, comfortable and the price a good value. The personnel was courteous and helpful.

I was there for three days, the room was clean and very quiet! The main thing is convenient. The door is 6 line subway station, go to the tower on foot in ten minutes, ate around the place, there's a morning market Saturday and Sunday morning. Very nice!
