Great 2 Star in nice location with restaurants and shops all around. Metro for center in 5 min. Parking also 5 min away and 37 EUR a day. (normal for Paris) Friendly service and staff and good breakfast with baguette, croissants, jam, yogurt, cereals and coffee or tea. Rooms clean an simple but fine. No Wi-Fi in rooms but in restaurant/entrance area. Bikes for free to use. All fine. Thank you.

Cute, no frills hotel. If you like fancy, this is not the place for you. Very green if you havent gathered that already so be prepared to use the same towel for your entire stay and only be able to use Wifi in the lobby. Staff was nice enough but some dont know great English. Breakfast was only pastries and jam so if you're like me and prefer a meat/eggs/potato breakfast you shouldnt bank on eating there every morning.

A homely cosy 2 star eco hotel in Montparnasse. Seven minutes walk from Denfert Rochereau metro station. Managed by Smiling and friendly ladies. Good experience. Breakfast on house is simple but wholesome.

The idea of being an ecological hotel is good but still I would expect a clean room and a bit of refurbishment over the last 20 years. Nevertheless the location is good close to rue Daguerre and staff was very friendly.

The COM is effective; The reality much less… a beast hotel with no originality. I was housed in a dependency (hotel cub) with electric heating (produced by nuclear) ☺

Perfect place, clean good staff who are only too helpful. Breakfast is simple but perfect, slightly noisy at night time from people in the street (with window open) and doors on the stairs closing but not hotels fault!

I've been going to this hotel for a while, during family trips. It has a wonderful location, close to the market and an RER stop on the same line than the airport. The rate includes breakfast, small but fresh and organic.

A simple and environmentally friendly hotel with an attractive price for 2 in the heart of Paris. The neighborhood is really nice (especially the rue Daguerre pedestrian). We also liked the breakfast included in the price and 100% organic. The hotel is a bit run down but it seems that it will be redone soon.

For 110 Euros per night, we got 2 clean basic rooms, each with a double bed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There were 2 adults and 2 kids and the staff gave us adjoining rooms. We stayed 5 nights in 2 rooms, and when we had a problem with the toilet in one of the rooms, the staff moved all of us upstairs into 2 new rooms. The continental breakfast was basic, fresh and tasty. The best part of this hotel is its location. It is located in a residential neighbourhood and just around the corner from Rue Daguerre. There are a number of very good restaurants on this street (try the creperie), as well as an excellent patisserie and other shops. It does not get any more Parisienne than this! 2 blocks from the underground (Denfert-Rochereau) and the Catacombs (get there early, always a lineup. )
