Very good experience. The hotel is cosy, the rooms are ultra comfortable and the staff courteous and smiling.
Next to the catacombs and Daguerre Street. Metro Denfert Rochereau nearby. We'll repeat the experience on our next stay in Paris.

Villa Montparnasse is located at a very convenient part of the Paris town on Blue Line RER B at walking distance from Denfert Rocherer (spelling error) station. It is at around 7 min walk from the station and is located in a old building… small but rooms but clean rooms. Please be prepared stay in such small rooms specially in the old structures. The breakfast is limited but sufficient. Staff is warm and very helpful.

Beautiful boutique hotel friendly happy helpful staff especially Nickola reception desk staff. He was so lovely and so patient with a wealth of knowledge. This hotel is a must it is close to some of the loveliest cafes bakeries restaurants along worh fresh food markets. Close to lots of little French cafes restaurants markets etc. Highly recommended ❤

The only positive point about this hotel is that it is centrally located in Paris. At walking distance you have metro station Denfert Rochereau, which has multiple lines. When I checked-in this hotel, I requested for room with good view as I was going to stay for 2 weeks. Inspite of my request, the lady on the reception gave me a room on 2nd floor, whose window opened on side street to another building. I then request change of room and was given a better room on 504. The lift was non functional for many days. I don't know why they didn't repair it sooner. It was painful carrying my luggage from 5th floor via stairs. The room cleaning service didn't replace the used tea bags. I had to wait for 4 days before they put new ones. The complementary breakfast was quite average. Other hotels of the same price offer more items.

Elevator down (3rd floor) and window on street that does not close, this is a lot for a 4 star. The staff was very nice but this does not catch up unfortunately the service that is not up to the price.

Quaint Hotel. Cheap and clean. Delicious breakfasts. Friendly staff.

Home, service, quality of breakfast, comfort and impeccable condition of the room are the highlights of this hotel.

Rooms are pretty small, but comfortable. The breakfast is average.

Very small room BUT they have a free smartphone for guest, with unlimited 4G access! Super concurrent when you do not have a européen sim card! Doors and furnitures are quite old but comfortable nights still.

A small hotel (with small rooms, but this is Paris, so that's not unexpected). Our first room had no heating (not ideal in December) but they moved us without any hassle and the next one was fine. Simple breakfast buffet, but easily enough. We only needed it for a single night somewhere near Montparnasse station and for that it was ideal.

Great budget hotel. Has shopping nearby and a few minutes from the Piccadilly line.

هتل خوب با کارمندان صمیمی و مهربان. فقط تنها ضعفش بخش صبحانش بود خیلی صبحانهاشون کامل نبود و صبحانه گرم میشه گفت اصلا نداشت بطور مثال تخم مرغ نیمرو که اکثر هتلها دارند رو هم نداشت ولی در کل مثل تمام مردمان فرانسه کارمندان مودب و مهربانی داشت

Hotel very well located next to Daguerre street, very nice, and Metro Denfert-Rochereau.
We were delighted (family 3 People) by the Reception. Especially the breakfast staff at the small care.
The rooms offer all the modern comforts and cleanliness is a big plus point. No passage or noise nuisance.

This Hotel does not deserve its 4 stars!? of my arrival the room was not clean and I asked that it be!, what could be more normal for a 4 star hotel!?. In addition to a person with a disability as I struggled to take a shower because it was too small!. The only service with a plus was the breakfast in a beautiful setting, the only staff who has been' listening to the customer!, shame.

Very nice hotel with real french atmosphere. Ideally located near the subway lines 4 and 6. The small streets around the hotel have some really nice shops for french food and some nice restaurants. Great place as base for discovering Paris!

Very pleased with the service I recieved at Villa Montparnasse. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The rooms were more than adequate, with the beds being very comfortable and roomy for a good nights sleep. And the location was within minutes of a station which linked to the Paris metro and a train directly to CDG airport. It was an ideal stay for my partner and I.

A very comfortable stay, nice staff, clean room and fabulous hot water all day for a relaxing bath or powerful shower whenever you want even if the decor is a tad tired. Exceptional location with great transport links and the advantage of the market street nearby which hosts amazing food stalls and a couple of decent restaurants. Wifi not so good in the evening… but then, who goes to Paris to stay in at night?

Very nice staff. Lively and pleasant neighborhood with great places to eat. We paid the room on offer 100 euros, but the list prices are much higher. For 100 euro The quality is sufficient: quiet and clean room, private balcony for smoking, kettle and choice of tea. The bathroom is absolutely below everything else, quite old and kept bad. Absolutely not to be taken at full price, recommended instead from 100 euros down.

Villa montparnasse First time in paris, excellente location, staff professional and friendly, shops, restaurants and metro station nearby. Spacious and well equipped, free Wi-Fi. I'm really happy with my stay.

Nice staff, surprisingly quiet, good breakfast. My single room on 6th floor was clean and comfy with lots of closet space. The Internet prices was below 100€ off season.

Good hotel, clean and friendly. The breakfast is sufficient (pastries, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and cereals). Very well connected.

The personel was very kind and available but the rest… absolutely terrible. Starting from the fact that this is not a 4 star hotel, absolutely not! The room tiny and the price too high. Internet connection not reaching my room and the brekfast totally disaster. I would not recomand this hotel.

Good home. Friendly staff. The rooms in worn condition. The shower n is not practical. But nice location. The halls and the restaurant are friendly.

Hotel not worth its 4 star rating.
The location is good, but rooms deserve a big hit of nine: paint that is peeling, bad smell in rooms, noisy hotel, tapestry which comes off.
Breakfast: the day-old bread (soft crust, Crumb takes), sugary cereal, nothing to whole grains.
Apart from the reception staff, nobody cannot understand or speak the french / English.

Not a sterile box, not recently decorated, but comfy and calm, given the location! (trafic noise all night, but ok) Ideal stopover.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Villa Montparnasse, mostly due to the attentive staff and the great location for our needs. We wanted to be near Gare Montparnasse so that we could easily catch a train to Brittany and then return to Paris a few days later. Also, the nearby metro station (Denfert-Rochereau) is on route RER B (which goes to Charles de Gaulle). We loved the street market on D'aguerre, where we usually bought breakfast from a vendor (the hotel charges 15 euro per person! ). The staff was always very nice and overall the hotel was kept up very well. We were put in rooms 507 and then after returning from Brittany in 407. I noticed that the "7" rooms are the smallest that they have. We didn't have any problems in 507, but 407 had a stain on the comforter and the shower nozzle was cracked, causing water to spray all over the bathroom. Both of these problems were fixed immediately after mentioning it to the desk (excellent staff! ). I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Paris.
