Small room. You can hear the other guest on the other room.

The hotel is old dirty, small rooms. Breakfasts are good and everything else is bad. I don't recommend it!

Very friendly stuff, great people. Comfortable bedding. Decent cleanliness. Great location. Good value for the price.

Small boutique hotel. No breakfast hall but the staff is kind Old furnishers and bathroom.

Bad room service in bad state.

Room was clean and online staff assistant Eric helped us book a room with 3 seperate beds. Attached courtyard was pretty filthy but was still a nice unexpected addition to the ground floor room. Basic but sufficient in a great location within a short walk of montparnasse station. Only downside really was that noise from the other guests was pretty crystal clear through the walls and doors. The place did what we needed, thanks for the stay guys.

The staff was friendly. Room 12 bathroom was leaking from the ceiling on the 1st floor. You can hear everyone & everything from the room. Literally everything from peeing to people having sex to people actually whispering & trying to be quiet. Save yourself & go somewhere else!

I just stayed in a 12 bed dorm hostel that was quieter and nicer than this double room we got. We cant sleep and we can hear EVERYTHING. People peeing, having sex, coughing, watching tv, brushing their teeth. Sounds like I'm sharing a room. And it's a very cold drafty place. Very out if date hotel. Complained at 130am because I can hear everyone around me inside their rooms. This is the most terrible "hotel" ive ever stayed at. This place is worse than a hostel. Staff is friendly. But that's all this place has going for it. By the way my wife is 5 foot 3 inches tall and 100 pounds and she had to get into and out of the shower sideways to fit. I highly do not reccommend this hotel for couples or honeymooners like us!

Well-placed hotel. Five minutes from the station on foot. Reasonable price. Metro nearby.

Hotel very well placed, close to station in a small quiet street. The rooms are not very large but correct for Paris. Nice welcome. It's still a good value for money.

Very good hotel, clean, friendly staff. I went to bcp hotels on Paris for work and this hotel is on the same level as some 3 star.

Bed Bug! Devours everywhere and you dare not tell me that it is not the hotel when before I go to bed and my rise there is a huge difference (photo to the support). The reception doesn't want to know anything while I have a word from my doctor over at the pharmacy or I have bought some spray for over €26 to disinfect the Super room! None of this will be reimbursed in all the night will have cost me €90 to get eaten by filthy beasts! Do not put your feet because in addition the reception is really ultra unpleasant, the sub premiums on the well being of customers!

Very standard hotel but sufficient. Ten minutes walk from the subway. Nice welcome. Sufficient for short-term travel. Very acceptable price. I still recommend not to spend the whole holiday.

Staff was friendly enough. Rooms were moderately clean. Locations was very good. Right between two big subway stations.

Probably the worst hotel I've seen, and I've seen quite a bit. Dirty, dilapidated rooms, plugs and switchess come out of the wall, showers have a few rotten joints and rusty ceilings. The hot water is irregular and the bathroom tiny. As a bonus, the hallway was being repainted, a chemical smell reeked. The floors covered with plastic and brothel for painting, cardboard and I pass. I would be ashamed to welcome people to my hotel if it was in this condition.

For 40 eur is ok. Consider that is a 2 stars hotel.
