For the stay (4 days) I was able to rest very well, I recommend however.

Really small bedroom. Shower and beds are very good though. Had a big problem with one of the employees. Rest of them all nice. Good location walking distance to 3 metro stations. Breakfast not bad but could be better. Miss natural juices and eggs.

I enjoyed my one-night stay at the Campanile Hotel in Montparnasse, my stay was not planned as it was caused by a cancellation of my train at the nearby station. I loved the food from the restaurant and enjoyed the smiles of the friendly staff. For the room, it was clean and tidy and the service was present. The only downside, the rates. I recommend it anyway!

First day and so far a disaster. We asked for a quiet room, all we could hear was the sound of the elevator and work men banging all day long. We wanted to use the hotel phone, they said they would have to open a line, still didn't work. Then they said you have to leave a deposit of 10 euros, then they said all the phones don't work. We said where is the restaurant, their reply, we don't have a restaurant dispite advertising it. Definitely the worst budget hotel we've ever stayed, and not cheap, they like taking your money but give a very poor service in return. We won't risk having breakfast here and get another disappointment, so will venture out to a restaurant instead. If you want a good experience, DON'T STAY HERE. When you pay your money you want a good SERVICE, and not having to compensate for others all the time. This is a real review and not a fake one to boost the ratings.

Clean modern well presented room. Fast Wi-Fi and excellent service.

This Campanile has been great. According to some friends it's in a little more of a sketchy area of Paris, but otherwise the hotel has been fine. Bed is comfy, there's an air conditioning unit that works great in the room, the bathroom is wonderful, the shower has a rain showerhead from the ceiling And a regular handheld showerhead. Can't hear other guests in the surrounding rooms. The room and bathroom are well designed. Based off this short stay, I would stay at a Campanile again.

Great location, close to the RER station. Nice and helpfull service. Room was small but clean and bright. The only problem are noises in the corridor, especially at night.

Great location, nice staff. Compact rooms, very clean. Good for people who come to tour the city and not stay in the room.

Old rooms, but nice for a city trip. Shower is very bad. TV is good just as the desk. No minibar available. Wi-Fi is great.

Very very poor soundproofing! Besides the noises of the elevator especially with a room next door, slamming doors, when the other boarders shower, go to the toilet or wash their hands, you feel like sharing their bathroom.

Renovations are underway right now (April 2018) we were able to enjoy a small renovated room clean but noisy and this without counting the outbreak of the alarm burned at 5am. A commercial gesture would have been welcome.

Small, clean and cozy rooms. Food is nice but not great. Overall a good pocket friendly option for staying in the city.

Hotel is avarage, but very much recommended by its situation reasonably close to the center and the breakfast terrific.

Decent hotel that has the advantage of being well placed. A little disappointed with breakfast which is light. Campanil had got me used to better.

Small rooms and bathrooms impracticable if not one at a time, the shower faucet semi detached from the wall, to go to the bathroom you had to literally sit sideways!
Good breakfast, plenty if you get there early because little replenished for later customers.
Rooms clean enough to rearrange each day, possibility to use a tea kettle. Very poor staff especially with Italians and total refusal to understand the language even in the easiest way you could not communicate even the number of the room, excluding a girl not always present at the reception the only one who found the way to To come against us in the communication.
The Metro is very close on foot and the area is full of restaurants.

The location is average, is removed from the center and there are not many shops in the area. The staff greeted me well but was not very friendly. Do not speak Spanish. The room is not very wide but it is comfortable, the bathroom is super narrow. The breakfast is little varied, every day was orange juice and croaisant.

Basic. Smallish rooms but clean and well presented. Bathrooms recently remodeled. Easy access to Metro and train station.

Good value lodging in a good location. Rooms were a reasonable size although the 3 bed room only offered a shower rather than a bath. The day we visited they were having trouble with their water and so we couldn't have a shower before going out for the evening. When the water was back on the following morning it was tepid. The breakfast was excellent but it is a small overcrowded breakfast room area and it was not possible to go back up for another cup of coffee without rejoining the main buffet queue. There are two lifts to the upper floors but one is so small it is full if it has 2 people and their suitcases in it. We took the stairs in the end as it was quicker. There is no parking at the hotel and only limited on street pay parking (free on Sundays and public holidays). We found on street parking about 10 mins away so that worked out ok. Overall a good stay and I would happily stay there again.

Bad smell in the room certainly due to air conditioning. This has permeated all my affairs. Very unpleasant! Especially for a 3 star hotel.

The air conditioning/heating is a real horror… Without Quies balls, you won't sleep. The mattresses are of a shabby quality… especially if you are given the 610 refuse there.
Is this the worst room in the hotel where the best.? In short it is better to book elsewhere.

Rooms were clean but compact, however the bathroom was not very clean with mold growing in the wall tiles.

Quiet Hotel. Good buffet breakfast. Room and bathroom rather small, but acceptable.

The hotel is very cosy, breakfast could vary a little more. Good location Sometimes there was a lot of noise and the showers could have been cleaner.

Rooms were nice with good bathroom. Service was quick and friendly and food services in the morning were very nice.

Everything ok nice nice friendly breakfast very helpful staff but no one speaks English.

To a minimum, but organised, clean and cheap. Central, near the station of Montparnasse to catch a tgv.

The room was very clean and the bathroom was recently re done so very modern. Staff were lovely and could speak English which was very helpful. Had breakfast included in our price which was very good and saved us the hassle of finding somewhere to eat each morning. Will be returning here if I come back to Paris.

Modern and comfortable rooms but fairly small. The location is pretty good, a shirt stroll to a choice of metro stations, cafes and shops. The bathroom was tiny though, and quite dark with the door closed.

Good location, the room is quiet, the bedding is nice, a small downside on the size of the bed a little short for my taste. The bathroom is functional, just lack of light at the tub level. A pleasant stay, a hearty breakfast, a staff smiling and attentive.

The service is truly catastrophic!

Second visit to this hotel for us. We realize that there is a second part of the hotel which it, is much less enjoyable than the first. We have a small room, and extremely noisy. Very disappointing. Welcome however nice and very professional.

I've never slept in this hotel, but colleagues told me much about.

We picked this place because of the location near Montparnasse Station, which was an easy 10 min walk away. The hotel itself was fine. Clean and comfortable, but nothing too fancy.

Warm welcome, double bed, breakfast OK (buffet), elevators, short but happiness in the heart of Paris hi hi hi.

Went in March 2012. Clean and nice rooms, kind stuff, very good quality/price.

My boyfriend and I made reservations here 3 months in advance. We then get to the hotel and they make us wait 45 minutes for our room because they said it wasn't clean. This was at 5pm, when check in was around 1 or 2. After 45 minutes my boyfriend finally asked if our room was going to be ready anytime soon. They then gave us a room on the 3rd floor, so we get into the elevator and the 3rd floor button is taped over and says something to the effect that there is construction on this floor and no guests are allowed. We click on the floor anyways (through the tape) and the doors open to a dirty construction zone with dust and construction workers. We then go down stairs and try to get our room moved to a floor that isn't under construction. They then tell us that the room is clean but the hall is getting work done. We were about to pay 80 euro a night to stay in a construction zone. I don't think so. They would not give us another room, although we booked that far in advanced. They tried hiding the fact that they didn't have a room for us by making us wait 45 minutes. The staff was very very very rude and I would not recommend the hotel to ANYONE.
