Excellent geographical location metro is just a stone's throw from the return of the hotel near the rail boy and the road boy of Bercy home and pleasant service from the hotel receptionist very well maintained.

I never write reviews but this hotel is really bad. By mistake I booked and paid for 27-30 days instead of 28-31. When I asked to move the reservation I was told that you could not and that I would have to pay for the fourth night, wasting the first. I did it so as not to lose the money already paid, but then they demanded that I pay the residence tax even for the night not used.

The staff are sloppy, rude, absolutely unprofessional. Every time I walked through the lobby I saw them engaged in discussions with customers.

The room is small and not particularly clean, with no fridge and no air conditioning, replaced by a fan. But all this is adjusted to the low price.

Only advantage the proximity to the metro stop, really in front of the entrance, and the Gare de Lyon for us arriving by train from Italy.

Wonderful and helpful staff. We arrived early and they gave us coffee while preparing our room.

Have you ever been told to clean your hotel room? Well you will have in this hotel. Our company got a booking with them for 4 rooms 24/7 paid in advance and lately when our staff arrives mainly late nights they been told you need to clean your own room as there is no cleaning staff and its not the reception job. What a customer service is that?!?! Avoid this hotel. Its a joke.

Not clean, the bathroom was grimy. Was told they would change our room. Then was told we couldn't. Super expensive for horrible a room. Don't recommend.

A really nice hotel in Paris. The rooms are small but the staff is friendly. The cleaness of the rooms is acceptable but the lobby is old and needs serious remodeling. The restaurant is good. The big advantage is the hotel location next to the metro station (ligne 6) which is great. You can walk from there to Bercy parc and the Bibliotheque François Mitterand.

The bedding is of excellent quality, the room was clean, the bathroom also. I liked the old-fashioned charm with a touch of modernity. Very good hotel very close to the AccorHotels Arena. Parking nearby and a few places at the hotel. I recommend it warmly.

It was fine for a place to sleep for the night, but breakfast was underwhelming for 14 euros and the floor of the room was pretty dirty. Probably wouldn't stay again except for the fact that it was very close to the train station.

Perfect for spending the night after a concert at the AccorHotels Arena at two steps, the location is very convenient. Nothing fancy but the room was rather nice, clean and quiet. However, we would have appreciated more electrical outlets, especially next to the bed (only 2 on the opposite wall) and a glass on the bathtub so that we could shower upright without flooding the bathroom.

I slept well but my boyfriend heard every noise in the hotel. Then the shower did not have a curtain so the whole bathroom gets flooded. Rooms are not as nice as in the picture but the service was good and it's okay if you want to save some money.

Correct for the minimum room with a little noise. Just passable for breakfast ' (car especially dirty mugs). I recommend for a professional stop not for a vacation in Paris.

High price. For one night it goes by. Medium bathroom. A renovation would be needed.

Clean, well-placed hotel between Gare de Lyon and Bercy and the Bercy bus station. The staff were very friendly.

The hotel is well placed, close to the metro and Bercy. But otherwise I didn't find it very well maintained, there was no light in the stairwell that one had to borrow because the elevator was limited to two people. Also, there was a very strong smell of cold tobacco in my non-smoking room, which didn't leave me from the weekend even after airing the room. The toilets were glued to the sink, not practical at all. The walls are very thin, hears everything that happens in the rooms next door and in the hallway. I'm not coming back.

Very good hotel for a getaway in Paris. A few steps from the Gare de Lyon and in front of a subway entrance.

Hotel well located next to Bercy Arena but old-fashioned, and that would need a renovation, especially the rooms. Correct Service.

Musty small rooms, "new" staff all the time could not help with items, good breakfast option and amazingly close to resturants and metro stop.

Meh. Location is central, but neither very comfy, nor very pretty or friendly… wouldn't recommend.

Change of plans travelling from London forced us to book a room on very short notice. Staff was very understanding once we'd explained our situation, and willing and able to communicate in English. The room was fairly average and a bit dated, but it was clean and cool. There was some misunderstanding about breakfast being included in the price. It was good, but maybe not 14 euro good.

It looks like old building converted in to hotel. Bercy metro station is just 30 feet away. Paris Gare de Leon is 5 min away which is one of the three major railway station in Paris. Indian food restaurant named Rajasthan is just 10 feet away. Complimentary morning breakfast served at 7:30 which is comparatively late. Connectivity vise it is the best.

I stayed on July 2014 Worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. I also posted two images of our room. 1. NO Air Conditioner 2. Window facing interior of building so no air flow even with window open 3. They only provide one cheap 3 speed fan that helps very little. We had to argue and beg to get a second fan. 4. Looks nothing like the picures on expedia 5. Only one outlet, so can only have the TV on or fans on at one time 6. Terrible service 7. Terrible neighborhood, get back before dark 8. Very dirty rug/carpet could hardly breathe 9. The only plus is next to a metro.

Location (metro 14 at the door). Staff friendly and professional. Very good quality. The breakfast was perfect. Restaurant attached (direct access) with the same friendly welcome. Address to recommend +++.

Hotel extremely conveniently located, breakfast is great. No real identity check when asking for your room key tho which is slightly worrying but good hotel all round.
