Guys please improve your breakfast with some fruit and egg's. Toilet without brush is also not so nice. Room was okey clean with good A/C.

This is a really good location to stay at. They did a pretty good job for a wonderful price. Although the rooms are quite a bit smaller than anything American Style it worked just fine. It had air conditioning in and the Deep European tub. Very close to eating places and also close to the subway system.

Coming for several years in this establishment I see that the quality has been declining steadily for 2 years. Quality of the services offered. Location Beds not made on arrival shower with dirty corners. One welcome drink for 4. Even more welcome water bottle etc.

Hotel with poor service. On arrival we are given a room that had not yet been prepared. To our remonstrance and after 25 minutes of waiting we are assigned a new room. Management of the hall followed by a team of very young boys some of whom inexperienced. The rooms are tiny with no support tops. Negative Experience that I will not repeat for sure.

Good location. A huge bed. Great to be able to have breakfast on the terrace.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Arrived in the room, it's clean. The bathroom on the other hand leaves to be desired. The shower joints are moulted, the toilets keep black traces of limestone.
After an outdoor dinner, return to the room, Park side.
The start of the night is going to be long… A party takes place under the Windows on the terrace of the Novotel (box music "Boom Boom"). No sleep before 1am.
After that, the dream, a pleasantly quiet room.
For breakfast, a wide choice, but also lacks in some products, such as chocolate breads or fresh fruit.
A well placed hotel, but beware of the sounds of parties or concerts.

The hotel is excellent. The personnel was very kind. Good breakfast, amazing location, just around the corner of the bus stop. The style is nice, with lots of juvenile touches that make the stay very comfy.

Noisy hotel (from the inside as well as from the outside), room correct but small, plastic bathroom and insufficient lighting. Very good reception.

Ibis perfectly located to attend the events of Bercy. For the rest, if you are familiar with this hotel chain, no need to say more… We know we'll be well received.
This one in particular surprises by its "urban" theme as well as the extension of the event by sounds, costumes, ambiance…

Très bon séjour. 1 nuit pour deux. L'accueil a été parfait (souriant, aimable etc), la chambre comfortable, le service de consigne de baggages a été très efficace, et le jus d'orange du petit dejeuner est pressé maison (c'est un detail mais c'est rare et très appreciable). L'unique bémol est plus que mineur : il manquerait des oeufs pour le petit déjeuner. Bref super note, je recommande.

Reception area/ welcome drinks could be cleaner. Non interested staff who cannot answer simple questions. Room was a bit cold.

Located in a boring part of paris, not many views. The rooms had a funky reggae style of art, it was wierd but it worked. Pretty good food, had coffee makers, and fresh pressed orange juice.

Mistake done by booking this hotel…! called to reconfirm the booking, after choosing from the ivr, some one answered the call, she said let me transfer your call, again some answered the call, again some some one answered the call again she said let me transfer your call… this this happens for 04 times & and time take 11min & call was disconnected,,,, again I call (mr raj) answered the call & he done the job. thanks to him,

Great style, dynamic super young staff helpful and friendly. The breakfast is very small and the room is very nice.

Good value for money. Near Metro in the centre of Bercy. Correct rooms. Good breakfast.

With the most necessary equipped, rather small room. Bathroom/toilet OK. Cleanliness good. The breakfast buffet was very good. Frìhstücksraum with a canteen atmosphere. Popular with Asians.

The hotel is very nice. The staff friendly. The rooms are nice. Unfortunately, there is no wardrobe. So you have to leave the clothes in the suitcase. What I find very unfortunate.

It's really not recommended! The room is small, the toilet is dirty, especially the toilet is really terrible! And my stuff was stolen in the restaurant! There is no response from the hotel! Please consider yourself clearly ~ to be careful!

I only stayed for 1 night but everything was OK, not what special but for overnight stay is fine. The Recepcion one was really nice and spoke good English. Breakfast is free of charge.

Lovely hotel good service, wheelchair friendly had a great time except it didn't stop raining for 2 days butt who cares when you meet the woman you want to spend the rest of yo life with.

A chain of restaurants, toilet toilet is very dirty, toilet sink water is not very accessible. Fortunately, I locked all my luggage every morning, but four of my companions had their rooms stolen, and my luggage, new gifts, a zero wallet of foreign currency, and a camera stolen. The hotel was informed that night, but there has been no response, the management of the hotel is in great need of review.

Hotel with rooms a little too small but all in all comfortable, staff always helpful.

Budget hotel with some style. Will appeal to a contemporary audience, but not necessarily for business travelers. Breakfast was basic but good. Staff is young and very friendly. Bathroom in the room was on the small side, though, but everything was in good condition.

Feb. 2018: Cheap Hotel. 2min of Bercy (Metro). Room very small. No storage space, toilet brush missing, shower head not fixable. Cleanliness is OK but upgradeable! Light mould in the bathroom and at the window, room ventilation defective! Breakfast alla France! You should invest more in your room. Everything is nice and very modern, but this ends behind the door! Price-performance is OK.

Own establishment. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. Breakfast is very decent. The reception staff is friendly and smiling.

Hotel with a very young. Very kind attention and a few steps walking of the Station of Bercy. The rooms are clean, spacious, decor nice, and in keeping with the theme of the hotel. All very comfortable in the room. The breakfast delicious and varied. A hotel recommended and with prices very affordable. Would definitely come back.

Establishment in the standard of the chain n ' room clean and pleasant nb even if there are small faults (hot/cold water inverted in the shower). Nice and efficient staff. I recommend for small stays because after the size of the room does not allow to spread comfortably outside the bed.

Hotel close to Metro Bercy, quiet Place, great facilities, rooms a little small.

TERRIBLE! I will never come back to this hotel and I'm thinking if I ever will back to some Íbis hotel. They said they were kids friendly and they are not! I could not heat any food to my son or clean up his bottles and pacifiers. They had a kids "play" space but all toys were broken. The housekeeper left our room opened all day long. The breakfast was a big mess, food missing… terrible. Attached you can see my room "cleaned up". A horrible experience.

Rooms below the standard Ibis styles. They need maintenance. We had to change the room because of a problem with the main electrical switch. In the second room there was no toilet drain. Very low room ceilings that give a sense of claustrophobia. Breakfast chaotic and crowded and not clean. Variety in the chain standard.
I don't recommend it.

Good location with links to all public transport. Clean rooms, modern but something cheap works everything. Poor facilities (no mini bar or other extras). Service rather inexperienced and not very professional. Breakfast at peak hours catastrophic… (no plates, no cups, no staff). Selection also unfortunately very modest. For the price the standard should be a bit higher.

Breakfast was good. Room has strong after cigarette stunk. On request at the Rezeotion we opened the window for airing, which did not help much. The toilet was filthy (green edges) and the temperature of the shower water went from cold to boiling hot without anything in between. The bed was comfortable.

Decent hotel, but very impersonal. The work is done, the room is clean and the mattress is good. That is the main thing. Don't expect more. Breakfast is of good standard. The restaurant doesn't break the shack. Again, it's fine but nothing exceptional.

Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… The rooms were clean, but small, no real desk area to sit at, which is important as a tourist planning your trip. Bed was large and comfortable. Very small Bathroom. Staff were helpful, language barrier proved a bit trying. Quiet, rooms quite soundproof. The real downfall was patchy Wi-Fi, which caused a lot of hassles for us in terms of bookings, communicating with family at home etc. This needs addressing. Breakfasts were excellent, great selection.

Well-connected Hotel to visit Paris. Clean and correct rooms. Very good breakfast. Super comfortable beds. Ideal to go with family.

The hotel is very nice. It is very near to the public transport both Bus and Metro. The room is quite good and new. You can hope only European Breakfast. It is bad for me. If you can speak France, it is better to communicate.

All good, except that after a week since we left, the amount of bail has not yet been returned. It's kind of incomprehensible. What do they play?

Comfort by the proximity to the Gare du Lyon station and also in the hotel facilities. It is a management model in which simplicity does not detract from the comfort of the facilities, services and management. I think this combination is right.

Hotel great location but expensive for the quality presented. €150 for a person even with breakfast, it's a bit too much. That and the fact that holiday vouchers are accepted only on weekends is a little limited.
Regarding the room, the window did not close properly, so you could feel the air outside and you could hear the noise from the street. Apart from this concern, the room was nice and the bed large and comfortable.
At the staff level, no complaints, they were very welcoming.

Nice room But price a little high compared to the quality of services. For example, no courtesy tray and lack of equipment in the bathroom.
However, the hotel has a very good location, ideal for shows at the Accorhôtelarena.

Before arriving at the hotel, an email and telephone communication had been made with the hotel to request that the 3 rooms be on the same floor. Once, arrived, the staff beckoned to know nothing!
The room is very poorly soundproof unfortunately despite the height. Fortunately the room is clean.
After the concert, my Friends and I (5 people) decided to have a drink at the terrace of the hotel (where an event had taken place). During the evening we had glimpses of people banging with cushions.
Then a pool of ice water soaked us. It was the manager of the hotel, the manager and his wife who were having fun together! We received poor apologies and we were praying to understand that this event was at an end and that it was common to water when it is 25 degrees! (except that it was 10 degrees less, it was dark and in the middle of autumn. )
Following our explanations, we were given the presence of the security guards. You have to believe that talking to management is problematic. We were 5 women (from different origins: Korean, Indian, Turkish). This was also a problem because we had the displaced remark of the manager's wife: "We must abide by customs in the country in which we are. " For the anecdote, we are for the most part of French-speaking Belgium.
Then we go back to the hotel lobby. There, the wife of the hotel manager comes back and assaults us.

I really enjoyed the design of this Hotel, Pop art style and the warm welcome.
Breakfast was plentiful, buffet style and the room very good, comfortable bed.
Small downside compared to the noise of the doors slamming because unfortunately, it is impossible to close them without slamming! To improve because in the morning I was awakened very early because of this small drawback!
I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The only good point was the staff, but the rest of the hotel was a disgrace!. I have stayed in many hotels including a few one star hotels and this was the worst!. Blocked toilets, no food or drink options, not even a kettle in the room. Extremely small rooms too. No maintenance staff to fix blocked toilets and extremely overpriced for such poor standards. I will NEVER stay at an ibis hotel again and I will encourage everyone I know and meet to do the same!

Basic, comfortable (100 meters from Metro ' Bercy line 14) … would breakfast. Economic.

I was looking for a hotel at the last minute because I was blocked in Paris for the night. I decided to come to Ibis because my last experience was great. I had a place, it was the first good news! Afterward, the receptionist told me that fidelity is rewarded (discount), that was the second good news! And as usual, I really appreciated the cleanliness of the room, also the decoration was really nice. The receptionist at my arrival was really professional and smiley person. The staff was fine. This is my second good experience with Ibis.

Staff and rooms fine. The breakfast arrangements complete pandemonium, queued for five minutes for coffee to find no mugs. Ventured further in the room found second machine not working, queued for food no plates. Found plates on second counter no bread. Meat hid in refrigerators, not clearly signed. Finally managed to sort bread and meat on tray. Coffee machines in front of room still had large queues second machines still no mugs (except us looking for a relaxed breakfast)

This is the Second time I am staying in this hotel and was disappointed. The room was very hot. The air co was on but not giving any cold air! Breakfast was also disappointing. The breakfast room was warm. I had better memories in mind. Only positive point was the proximity to the Paris Bercy train station as I needed to take a train…

Excellent staff! Quick and fast check-in/check-out. Perfect location with the Accor Arena next door to attend concerts and in super close proximity to the public transport. Room was soundproof, comfortable and spacious. Bathroom was clean despite a small problem with the bathroom where the flush was not working and when fixed the toilet kept leaking.

The rooms are really tiny and they lack wardrobe and support points.

Just a few steps from the Metro… clean and quiet… breakfast plentiful and very nice staff… we spent in this place a wonderful holiday with Esprit de Paris… to Redo!

Convenient location, Metro in front. A ten minute walk from Gare de Lyon. Good value for money, breakfast full of choices. Each floor is decorated by a different artist.

Excelent and safe location, close to many restaurants. Well connected by bus and underground, RER train Gare de Lyon is also not very far. Breakfast is good, and our room was perfect for two adults and two kids; huge and clean, kids beds were in a connected space to the main room with their own toilet. Our bed was really big and comfortable. Will stay here again when coming back to Paris.

Room was super nice and modern. The bed was very comfortable. I stayed here because it was close to the venue for an event, but I will definitely stay here again when I visit Paris next.

Staff helpful overall. A couple complaints: during dinner service there isn't really anywhere to sit in the lobby and socialize (rooms aren't really equipped for this either), walls are thin and you can hear your neighbor talking when using normal voice levels, place thinks it's a freaking club from 6pm-11:30pm (they play VERY loud dance remix music in the outside courtyard/bar area and you can hear it from inside the rooms regardless if your window faces the pavillion. Very loud). Fine hotel if you want a more hostel-like feel w privacy of a single or double room but not great if you want to go to sleep at a decent hour.

Service is above average, rooms are really nice and very clean (if a tad small), and Wi-Fi is blazing fast! They just don't have somewhat common amenities such as pool, gym, etc.

Clean and simple hotel right next to Paris Bercy Concert Hall with good metro connexions nearby. Breakfast was simple but good, sadly no hot breakfast (i. E. English breakfast, eggs or so) The room was clean but small and had no real table. There was a window behind the bathroom mirror leading to the room, whuch you would think is a lovely design. But if someone uses the bathroom during the night the whole room gets illuminated which can be very annoying. Good is that the elevator can only be used with a room card. There is no coffee or tea in the room but both in addition to water can be picked up near the entrance on the ground floor. A downside is parking: The parking has very small parking spots and is very expensive! (56€ for 3 days…) It's locked down and only accessible with a parking ticket but as said way too expensive.

Overall it's not bad. Room and carpets are bit scruffy. My room faced the street so could hear everything outside. Great free Wi-Fi and food was nice. Staff were very nice to me as I don't speak french.

Clean, simple hotel room and great continental buffet in the morning. Tasty croissants, yogurt, cold cuts, and of course coffee to get your day in Paris going. It is also location just steps from the Bercy train station. Very convenient.

It was a nice hotel. It's a bit of a walk from Gare de Lyon. It's got small rooms that are efficiently laid out. The Internet is crazy fast. There are some nice bars across the the street. There are no closets.

Great location, helpful staff, good breakfast. Stayed for 3 nights last year. Room was quite small but okay for a short stay. Breakfast was okay but cafeteria was so crowded with people during the holiday so it made me feel like in a youth hostel. Also the room was not soundproof. If someone talks in the hallway, you can hear it loud and clear. However, thanks to helpful staffs, got some useful advice during my stay.

The Ibis nice Styles of Paris! Well located, a few steps from the Bercy metro, in a safe neighborhood. The hotel has a babyfoot, bar, terrace, corner books, trail of petanque. The rooms are a bit small but clean.

Superb. Service is awesome.

Nice room (some more modern than others), very slow internet. The breakfast was quite good.

I'm only giving it a passing note because of the friendly helpful staff and inexpensive rate. The room had no air and contrary to advertising, no bath either. The included breakfast was less than stellar but sufficient. The lack of air was worth upgrading to another hotel, as even in the fall it gets quite warm.

Beautiful in the serenity of Paris, ckose to a Metro station, Bercy. Breakfast is really great.
