Beware of this hotel. Just because it's in the heart of Paris doesn't mean its a great place to stay. Rooms were dirty, cold and uncomfortable. Hotel also dirty and the guy at the front desk was rude and a jerk! I got a rash sleeping on the dirty sheets at this place… End up leaving and going to the hotel directly next door. It's was more money however I was comfortable, warm and happier with my stay. Also the staff was wonderful at the hotel next door.

Gift Package regalatoms, nightmare Hotel, cramped elevator only 2 people or 3 suitcases went in, the suitcases left at the lobby were forced to check out.

The reception staff is very nice the rooms are clean!

I come back to some critical views that have become false.
This small hotel has a decent price for Paris has been renovated. I'm not talking about the common areas but the rooms. Clean with parquet floor, comfortable bedding with duvets. Bathroom with shower and w. C remake a new. Also the breakfast has a reasonable price, is quite OK with fresh and growing bread. The reception is nice. We will return.

Small room but ok. Breakfast was not very good. The clerk didn't hear anything. The location is perfect.

Budget end of hotels clean but dated and the Wi-Fi is not free.

Good location, Metro at 50 m and Place de la Republique at 300 m cleanliness good standard breakfast equal for all: brioche, baguette, jam, juice and hot drink really very small and essential room in the discreet complex.

It is not luxury, but the service is very decent with small but functional and clean rooms, all for a reasonable price which is rare in Paris.
Small flat It is important not to take a cup of chocolate at breakfast, it is undrinkable.

Brilliant little hotel, very French, very well located, perfect for my wife and I!

Clean outdated hotel, barely fit in the shower… It is great value for the center of paris. But the hotel needs an. Update.

The best thing the hotel has is the Metro stop, which is next to the line 5 and three minutes from the Republica stop, the hotel is quiet and rests pretty well, the perfect room service and the right Dedayuno, juice, coffee or tea, a cruisant and a half bagette with various butter and marmalades. The very small hotel in the elevator barely fit 2 people with the suitcases, small room and very small shower… like a little chubby you don't fit.

Its a little cosy hotel, clean and friendly stuff specially Bassel I recommend it.

The Hotel is very close to the location.

Cheap overnight stay in full 10th and clean room with good bedding.

Good location, cozy rooms, not so good sound insulation though.

Very ok place. It is cheap and has a simple but good enough breakfast. I like the beds and the huge sinks in the bathrooms, but the shower is tiny and the bedrooms don't have much room either. Walls are thin and if people are noisy it is a problem. Light is poor in the rooms, Internet is paid and expensive. Location is good, lots of metro lines and busses around, and also many cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and shops in general.

The nearest metro station was 50 yards from the hotel and only two stops from the Gare du Nord which was really handy for the Eurostar. Altogether a great experience, and a place I'd willingly return to if I ever visit this wonderful city again.

Advantages: The location was very good, close to the metro, and easy to get around the city. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The Wi-Fi connection was good, and had decent speed. Disadvantages: There was some black mold growing in the bathroom, it seemed a little sketch. Paying for Wi-Fi. Overall: I would probably stay there again simply because of location, and the friendliness of the staff is a real upside.

The elevator is as small as the dirty bathroom and the shitty tv. Futhermore, the breakfast taste like right from the smelly bin in the lobby. Take another hotel.

You can always tell how much you're going to enjoy you're stay from the welcome you receive. This family run hotel was great in every way. The staff were always friendly and helpful, particularly as our French was a little rusty. It is a Little structure, but definitely comfortable and welcoming enough for the price you pay. Recommended.
