Good little hotel very close to Gare d'Nord. Staff friendly and helpful. Recommended but be aware of small rooms and tiny elevator.

Nice hotel near the North Station in Paris. It got all the services and comfort you may expect from a 3 * hotel. The staff is really friendly and the rooms clean and pretty. Breakfast is good too, organisation is however a bit messy. If you're in Paris for a short stay; this hotel is a perfect fit.

Nice little hotel beside the Gare du Nord. Rooms are clean and surprisingly quite for a location next to the train station.

Good location and good value for money, feels a bit more luxurious than other budget hotels, friendly staff, small but modern and clean rooms, I asked for a calm room and got just that. Didn't try their breakfast.

The highlight of this hotel is its ideal location a few steps from the North station.

Got there, was told my reservation didn't show up. He made me one at the counter then calls me later says they booked me twice. Aka he didn't look the first time. Was told he wouldn't refund me but let me cancel 1. Had to argue with him for about 10 minutes about what website I used to book (there's). Calls me later says he did his job finally and called and fixed it. Room was about the size of a broom closet, with a beautiful view of the "sexy shop" and various trucks they park at night. Shower looked out at the sexy shop as well with no curtain, TV was the size of a toaster oven. Room rate states it's 300 a night. LMAO, what a joke.

Stylish 3 Star hotel. Clean. Friendly Staff. Rooms are small, no doubt about that. If you have to rely on the Wi-Fi for work, be careful. Centrally located on a busy street, close to ALL the public transport you could possibly want.

Nice renovated hotel close to the railway station "Nord" and therefore very good metro connection.

The staff was amazing very helpful in getting to different places in Paris, 2 min walk to Gare Du Nird train station & 5 min walk to Gare est Le subway station, great bakery on the corner wonderful fresh baked bread & pastries.

Very pleasant hotel in the immediate vicinity of the Gare des Nord. Friendly service, clean rooms, comfortable bed, tasteful functional furnishings. We would love to come back.

A single room was extremely tiny like a room in manhattans. But staffs were friendly and it’s only few blocks away from the gare du nord.

Very clean but the pictures on the website do not reflect the reality. Deco not very modern, room well deco banal.
But noisy! Pipe noises, vibrations, footsteps and a weird sound background like a machine engine en route.

Very well positioned hotel, euro station and metro stations only a couple of minutes walk… metro station can take you anywhere you want to go in Paris. Staff friendly and helpful. Room ok, clean and tidy and suited our needs for a good located base to sleep… would stay again.

Very small room. Very small bathroom. Very very small lift. Limited breakfast menu. No space for car stoping or parking.

Great hotel, clean, very friendly, helpful staff. Hugo at front desk was so nice, so polite. He helped us with touristy information as well as maps. Super Close to Garde de Norde train station, which is great when you're dragging around luggage. A nice balcony to enjoy your coffee every morning Great restaurants all around, amazing bakeries (My favorite part of every morning) a tiny down side, it can get a bit noisy at night from the night life, but when you're in Paris I'm sure you're not really there to sleep much. My husband and I had a wonderful time, would definately stay there again.

Still in the process of staying here and will update accordingly. Very welcoming front desk staff member who spoke excellent English. We got a beautiful though teeny-tiny refurbished room with a queen size bed (unfortunately not twins like we asked), very clean bathroom, wrapped cups, towels, and soap. Decent view from Juliet balcony of historic building across the street. Sadly, the street directly outside our window was overrun by ne'er-do-wells, and my mom witnessed a drug deal from the window, which kept mysteriously opening every few minutes or whenever we left the room. My mom propped it closed somehow because it was driving her crazy. The streets outside were full of noisy youths laughing, yelling, and fighting with one another. We asked for another room, given the noise and the single bed, and hopefully tomorrow night we will get it. The fellow on at night doesn't seem to have the best grasp of English, but I think he ensured us a different room with two twin beds on a higher floor for tomorrow. On the bright side, we found that the hotel was conveniently located next to Paris North and just down the street from Paris East train station. The building is secure as the front desk staff take your key every time you leave so they can know who is in the hotel. As they should, given the neighborhood.

Nice, clean with good deal booked online. Gare du Nord (Eurostar and Metro terminus) is only a block away with lots of good restaurants and cafe for morning breakfast.

Rooms are a little on the small side but the service at the desk is really nice and the location is great for transport links.

The location is close to the train station 10 minutes convenient and the large size of the room, two people put two 25-inch row after the box and a small Xu space! The biggest advantage is that the people nearby are more complicated!

The staff at Albert were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. The room was clean and well put together, very close to the station and when you shut the windows you couldn't tell you were in Paris. I would certainly recommend and stay again.

Small hotel, Nice Ambiance. Gare du Nord is within 5 minutes walking distance.

The staff is competent and listening. The reception is cordial and the rooms are well maintained. But the presence of a night bar just a side sometimes generates bcp of noise. Paradoxically, it is better to have a room overlooking the GRD Boulevard.

Good bed, nice staff and available. Only downside some rooms on the road are a bit noisy for unaccustomed. But there are quiet rooms.

Stayed a week, had a refurbished room with a very small shower, big windows on the highest floor to avoid the noise from the street below. Stay away from lower floors and near the lift. Lift is slow, tiny, one person, one suitcase. No a/c in room, looks like it is under repair, OK in May but will be needed for summer. Room clean, lots of towels, no bedbugs, (I always check) maid very helpful. Breakfast came with room, great choices till last 2 days when egg cooker broke and was not repaired. Lots of pain au chocolat, baguettes and croissants. When food ran out was not replaced so go down early. Front desk staff very helpful, Francois, Nicholas and especially Hugo, he is the greatest and was just wonderful when I had to leave and return home suddenly. Computer with printer in lobby, ice machine in basement. Hotel is in a busy inner city area, but I have lived in big cities and would not go out late at night there, so would not do that on Rue Lafayette. Use common sense and caution. Close to major train and bus stations, with nice shops, Starbucks, etc on central floor of Gare d'Lest. Carrefours supermarket just a block away and lots of restaurants. A patisserie a block away, great for afternoon tea as there are tea and coffee supplies in the room. Be careful of pickpockets and keep your money hidden. This is a great no fuss hotel for sleeping and eating breakfast. Would stay there again. If you want luxury go to the Paris Ritz when it reopens next year.

Great location right next to the train station, lovely clean room with a great balcony with a view, and all hotel staff were exceedingly friendly.
