Quiet and comfortable. Excellent value for money. Very good welcome. Hearty breakfast. Clean and modern. Subway proximity.

It's a great hotel. We stopped for 5 days. Located near the Poissonere metro station, it is 15 minutes away from the lafayette gallery. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast is good. Omelet, slicing, canapes with fish, pastries, yogurts and desserts and much more. I advise everyone both for business trips and for rest.

A good option for a reasonable price.

The people at the front desk very nice and attentive, but the cleanliness leaves a little to be desired, they do the right thing, beds and little else. Breakfast on account drops. By location very good because it has the subway very close by.

Friendly staff and speaks Spanish. Spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast is scarce. Not much for kids.

Cheap but well and ornamely furnished: —) right in the centre of Paris. About 10min with Metro to the centre.

Bathrooms are updated and the shower is great! Wonderful location and close to many cute restaurants and bars. 100% recommend!

Eurostar Hotels are lovely this is the 3rd I have stayed in … but the breakfast could have been better.

Very good attention of the staff also speaks perfect Spanish.

It was quiet, the thing that I did not like is the fact that there is no door for the toilet.

Very good hotel in Paris. Comfortable, modern, with spacious and well-equipped rooms. Perfect cleaning in both the rooms and bathrooms as well as in the entrance hall and hallways or the dining room. The breakfast was very nice.
Very good location, you can walk to most of the city's highlights.
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good location, metro and north and east station. Rooms clean and very comfortable. Reception and Spanish employees (malaga, barcelona) and this helps to communicate and explain how to move and organize your stay. Muu friendly and helpful. Recommended 100 %

It was a great place to be. Little flat, a little too much heating.

The attention of the girls on the counter, Daniela and Andrea extraordinary! Not to mention Rita who greeted us during our breakfast and made us feel at home. The staff, most speak English and the facilities though small, are clean and very comfortable. It has a metro station one street and the Gare du Nord, about 5 minutes walk, with shops and restaurants in its surroundings. I recommend it!

Lousy. Look under the beds, pretty dirt. The staff rude especially the staff of the cleaning. Put the sign "do Not disturb" je je je.

Had fantastic stay at this Hotel. My room was clean and modern, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. Great location near the metro as well, and the staff were friendly.

Good location to know Paris, the staff is helpful, they help you get bookings in different tourist places or related things, provide guidance on places to visit with lots of patience and knowledge, also speak Spanish and English. The rooms are always clean and tidy. Breakfast is good, buffet type. Recommended place.

The truth is that the room was quite small, but for two people that just were going to rest was enough. The bed large enough and comfortable and everything very clean. Every day they cleaned the room and the bathroom and we changed the towels, that in all hotels do not. Also super well located, with a metro station around the corner with a subway line which is great communicated with the city and with the airport. And in the area there are a lot of places for breakfast, lunch and dinner that are very good and varied, with a supermarket at the exit of the street and shops. The receptionists all spoke Spanish.

We liked the hotel and the co operative staff. It was clean and well managed. Really close to the metro station and lot of bakeries for quick food. It was a safe and quiet neighborhood.

Nice staff, room a little small but comfortable. No noise, I slept like a baby. Breakfast is OK without being revolutionary. I would definitely recommend hoping that you will get a chance to stumble upon a courtyard side room and away get the elevator.

Friendly and helpful staff. The Room was missing a couple finishing touches. Location was great.

The room was small but clean and had recent upgrades. The AC worked great or we could open our windows with minimal noise (our room faced the inner courtyard rather than the street). The front desk clerk was friendly and accommodating. Arrive and approach from Gare d’le Est instead of Gare du Nord if possible, especially if traveling alone or without a male in your group. There were many groups of men gathered on the street with almost no females (other than travelers like us) in sight which made me uncomfortable even though I was with my husband and a male friend of ours.

Very well located, the employees most spaniards. All in all very clean. Special mention to Rita, who is in charge of the breakfast, a good professional and a better person.

A bit of a language barrier but great hotel! Our room was big (we got the triple singles) quiet and pretty comfortable! bed was a bit too firm for us but we really enjoyed our stay in Paris!

The room was very clean and the mattress very comfortable and brand new. The reception staff is attentive and friendly, speaks English. Well located, in a quiet street and no noise, with good access to public transport. Walking, in 20 Minutes you are in the Louvre. Highly recommended.

Hotel is acceptable if you can get a good price… Most of the rooms have no door on the bathroom because they are glass, and when broken are not replaced.

Quiet Hotel with few rooms, well communicated close to metro and bus stop. The breakfast escasitos, and the bathroom of the rooms is small. It is a three star. You can't ask for more.

Alright place. Not the best area but close to Eurostar terminal, but not too close. No iron in room. Decent A/C.

Unless you are carrying all of your belongings with you whenever you leave… do. Not. Book. Started off so well. The room was beautiful. The bathroom was also nice (all though all the figures in the separate toilet room were falling off once touched and the soap dish in the shower was missing). The sleeping area was clean and cozy. BUT definitely not in a safe neighborhood and does not have secure grounds. You are not allowed to keep your room key. The front desk clerk requests for you to return it whenever you leave the building. Upon return they do not ask for any form of ID when you ask for the key, so anyone can come in and request your room key by simply giving a number to whom ever is at the desk at the time. I should have found it odd that the day we checked in the manager was yelling at someone for stealing a water from the restaurant. But at first we paid it no mind. The very next day, we returned to our rooms to find that not only were clothes missing, but a Kindle as well as a Nintendo 3DS was also missing (a combined value of over 200 US dollars). When we reported it to the front desk, he immediately denied that his staff was responsible. Quote: "Our staff has worked with us for 10 years. They would not do that" Yet did not refer any further assistance other then reporting a claim to the manager, (whom he already called earlier when we suggested that house keeping might have picked up our clothes by accident).

The bathroom is glued to that of the neighbor, which in fact generated a consequent nuisance seen the proximity.
The housekeeping staff is not the most smiling or enjoyable.
The room is about 15m ² but sufficient.
The ceiling of the bathroom had worries of humidity.
Despite the whole place does not pose Pb and I would be willing to come back if need be.

Very nice hotel to stay not for from Gare de l'Est. Friendly staff, clean rooms and quiet location. The price was very reasonable with breakfast included. Highly recommended.

Ideally located in Paris and easy booking. Rooms are in line with the photos and descriptive of the internet, they are spacious, comfortable, modern and bright. The equipment is in good working condition. I particularly liked the materials and colours used. The bathroom, though small, is very pleasantly furnished. The staff is friendly, dedicated, efficient, listening to the customer and offers a service + (booking taxis for the next proposal)
I would gladly and will not hesitate to recommend it.

We moved to this hotel after staying in another and was really pleased. The hotel staff are really nice and friendly and were able to check us in early.

Very good 3 star hotel. Located between Rue Lafayette and Montmartre, is a 10-minute walk from the train station Gare du Nordv (if you land at Charles de Gaulle you can take the RER from there until Gare du Nord at a price of 9, 50 euros per person in 2013).
The rooms are renovated recently and are very well, although they are not large. Breakfast is OK, have variety and to start the day you could not ask more. They have Wi-Fi and a computer to make check-in before you go.
The service is very good by the hotel staff. In addition, all speak Spanish, English and French. And that is appreciated ;)
