We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights — staff members were extremely helpful and friendly, everyone can speak English.
Rooms were a really good size, and very clean. One of the few places in Europe that provide tea and coffee in the rooms.
Hotel staff helped us book our transport and even let us keep our bags safe in the hotel before we could check in.
Would definitely stay here again :)

Clean hotel and friendly staff, convenient location a couple of minutes from the metro, a short walk from the st Martin canal. Tidy and comfortable rooms, storage space and spacious bathroom.

After reading some of the reviews, I was a little surprised by some of the negative feedback. This was a great place to stay, my room was clean and what I had booked online. Close to two Metro stations, great local restaurants, convenient stores close by for snacks etc. Walking distance to Notre Dame and Le Marais. Staff helpful and friendly. I would stay here again. As far as air conditioning, most of the budget Hotels would not have this. The weather can be unpredictable and it's not the hotels fault for a freak heatwave. To those who made negative comments about air conditioning, make sure you check the hotel amenities before booking your next Holiday.

Small but beautiful and also well connected to public transport. Breakfast could be bigger and better. Maybe you'd rather do it in a bakery around the corner. You can recommend it to anyone.

Endroit très agréable, juste en face d'une excellente pâtisserie. Boissons chaudes gratuites. Les chambres sont petites mais propres. Le lit est ok. Pas super bien isolé, donc c'est possible d'avoir un voisin bruyant. Le Wi-Fi est mauvais. Par contre, tout le reste est fantastique!

Due to the quiet atmosphere and the friendly staff, we immediately felt comfortable and spent a very pleasant night in a cosy room with comfortable beds.

The experience at this hotel has been the most unpleasant we have ever had.
The second day, before going to sleep we got into the bed hi there was a bedbug under the pillow. We told the front desk, and changed our room but it is not just the fact that we change rooms but the bedbug lays eggs and we can take home, or there may be in another room perfectly as they hide in switches and in the Sá Banas d The beds. By telling the other guy at the front desk, he didn't do anything. We could not sleep well because of the concern that stung us or that we can have eggs of that bug in our clothes and take her home. The breakfast was very small. And they moved us to a smaller room and what we did when we left was a discount of €30 when Emos paid 300 for a 2 * hotel that is not worth it.

Poor internet connection. The room was ok though. Perfect location close to metro stations and restaurants.

Room under the roofs a bit cold despite the radiator by cons good bedding and ample spacious.

The hotel is in good location, couldn't complain about it! The cleaning service I would rate it 0 stars as it never took the rubbish out of the room! Lazy.

Great facility for a short trip to Paris. Convenient location, close to two meters and safe area. The coffee machine in the room and the ability to take advantage of the free hot drinks in the lobby was a real godsend. The rooms are very small and very comfortable.

It's great for the price. Rooms are impeccably clean and staff are nice. What's most important though is that it's a three minute walk to Chez Maurice on Rue des Vinaigriers.

I love this hotel. It's adorable, comfortable with a great location. The bed was superb with an excellent shower. Near some great restaurants, Le Prune and the metro. Wonderful staff. Thanks.

Good location but quite noisy. We were in a room, asked for a change because of the noise and the other one was equally noisy.

Very well situated and the staff were accommodating. Quite reasonable for Paris as well.

The room are little small. But the receptionist are the best. So friendly.

Very nice Hotel. It is equipped like a 2 star hotel, but the rest would be worth a promotion. Breakfast for 8€ (June 2017) is not enormous but sufficient. Coffee is for free the whole day. The only drawbacks I had during summer was the missing AC (which not a lot hotels have in this price region) and a showerhead which was a bit old/dirty. The rest of the room was clean and tidy.

Quiet place clean and a staff at the top! 5min from the Metro Place de la République and close to the North station.

The photos of the rooms are very accurate, they are neat and not so big. The location pf the hotel is very good, not far from the main attractions.

Hotel well located with comfortable rooms, not very large but sufficient for my short stay. I enjoyed having at disposal in the room what to make me tea or coffee. The reception is open 24h and the staff is very nice!

A very good hotel for Paris and good value for money. The room is beautifully decorated and optimized (we are in the middle of Paris, eh! ). The little balcony is a real plus. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. This two stars is well worth the 3 or even 4 stars in Paris!

Central Hotel, clean and comfortable.

Very central location, close walk from the canal Saint Martin, of the square of the Republic and the Bataclan. Very friendly service. Full breakfast. Rooms are small but functional and comfortable beds.

Very good location to 2 not the place of the Republic where there is a lot of activities and subway lines.
However, most of the TV channels do not work and the hotel has no air conditioning.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Garden Saint Martin. Our room was clean and comfortable with a lovely aspect to the courtyard. Staff were always helpful and responsive to our needs. We would recommend the Hotel to friends and family travelling to Paris. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

For its two stars very good hotel, within walking distance of two station: North and East.
True for those who chose to travel by train. Breakfast very good, albeit for a fee (€ 8 per person). Every day: croissants, baguettes, boiled eggs, cheese, ham, yoghurt, honey, jam, tea, coffee, milk). Staff very helpful and friendly, with a wonderful name Ina speaks Russian, which is important for people who do not speak other languages. Triple room very cozy, lived on the first floor (No. 6), entrance via courtyard, automatic blinds on the Windows, in a room deep wardrobe, double bed, single bed, a table, two chairs, bedside tables, a TV set (no Russian channels), and shared bathroom (washbasin, shower cubicle, toilet), hairdryer. Room cleaned every day. Of wishes: private I would like to see e. Kettle and a small fridge.

My experience has been positive, without a doubt. Well located. In a very well connected by underground and commercial district. Good restaurants to its around. Close to the Canal Saint Martin, very nice little known I.
The hotel's facilities are correct, clean. Perhaps could be better patio, from where access to the ground floor rooms. There are day and night silence.
My espositiva assessment and recommend to my friends and conoccidos.

A very nice little hotel! The staff is very friendly (24/24).
The rooms are not very large but tasteful and clean.
The breakfast was perfect. Small friendly yard (for smokers: top)
Ideal if you want to get to the Alhambra (show room) which is located less than 100 meters (dinner is great on Ahlam-bar also).

Very good and very clean. Recently renovated so rooms are modern. Helpful staff. Reasonably priced. Basic service, small room and basic breakfast, just what I needed.
