Worst hotel I have ever stayed. No Ac in room, rude staff. Room Phone wasn’t working to call receptionist. Guy name mamdu at reception doesn’t speak English. It took me 1hr to check in. Don’t stay here. Motels are way better then this haunting place.

Good hotel. But expect no air condition in summer. If you are ok with fan, its gonna be awesome.

Nice hotel, good location, friendly staff and reasonable prices for Paris.

How to love a place where there is no air conditioning, because broken down. We're in room 502 and will probably die of heat!

Price quality quite good. Only air conditioning did not work properly and rooms are quite small.

We had a room w a double bed and couch. Decent enough space for a family of 4 w small children; would be uncomfortable for 4 adults or a family w older children. Storage space for clothing was limited and there were no drawers in the room. Bathroom was clean and spacious but there was little counter space. Air conditioning didn't cool the room very well but once the windows were open, a nice breeze keep the room comfortable.

Newly renovated hotel but very small rooms and unusable Internet (similar to Myanmar). Contrary to what is written, there is no same day laundry services.

Friendly, English speaking staff, very small elevator and at least my room was a bit noisy (facing the street). Four stars. Minus one star as internet was amazingly slow, barely usable — not cool for a business hotel.

Location is good. Breakfast is boring and is repeated so if you are planning to stay for few days be prepared to eat the same breakfast daily.

Stayed here as the second hotel on a school group tour of Europe. It felt newly renovated and the rooms were clean and bright. We arrived super late (1am) and the front desk clerk was cheery and helped check us all in efficiently. The location isn’t great (it’s at least about 45-50 minutes by foot/train combination to most of the main attractions). Breakfast was included and the selection was reasonably varied. Layout of the hotel is a bit strange but it works for them — lots of different room layouts/sizes too.

This is a great hotel for foreigners. Most of the staff speak English and they are very generous with their rooms.

My room was nice and clean but quite small. Comfortable bed but could not almost seat properly to work on the table. Issue with hot water early in the morning having shower. Pressure and temperature problem so most probably the installation is not ready for many people having shower with hot water at the same time. The experience was not that bad but it cost almost 150€ per nights so I wouldn't recommend it for that price.

We booked a handicapped room, and had to argue to get it, even though my secretary called specifically to ensure we had one. Travelling for nearly 11 hours and having to argue when my husband who can barely walk waits for your staff to do what they should have done in the first place was discourteous! Then our new handicapped room didn't have Wi-Fi! Thanks for this! Breakfast was nearly completely GONE by 08:25 and was not being replaced "because we don't have anymore food" even though we paid €11.50 each for this! Really terrible service and customer care.

The worst hotel in which I went, yet the price would have to alert me. 3 stars indicated but I rather think they're only worth uhne. Upon our arrival, me and my partner found the dirty toilet, black streaks were there. The mirror was rusty. There was dust on the walls. I would recommend to anyone this hotel.
