It seemed to be far away from the city and hesitated to make a choice. Still, I chose Hilton because I believed. Our choice was excellent because the subway station was very close and a good line. It was also available when going out to the city and was also available when going out to the suburbs. It is recommended if you are going to the suburbs.

The rooms are fine. On the other hand I liked the neighborhood less. After dinner time, everything is closed (including June 21), so to eat is better to make arrangements. And to re-enter the hotel after the shops close, only an entrance remains accessible, not always easy to know which one after dark.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was always great and the honeycomb was wonderful! The rooms were well maintained and the beds very comfortable. This hotel is located in a great area with easy access to the train and the views are amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

In the heart of La Défense business district. The hotel is surrounded by unique almost futuristic infrastructure that will leave you in awe. The hotel itself is inside a mall which is super convenient if you’re looking for some places to eat or shop. It is conveniently located steps away from the metro station where you can hop on for the price of £3, 90 and be in downtown Paris in 20 minutes. The front desk, for the most part is super helpful. There was one incident where a concierge was quite forceful in trying to get us to update to a new room so we would spend more money (points if you’re a member). Besides that, it was a very cozy stay and truly acted like a home away from home!

Good service, convenient location. Nearby metro, shopping malls and La Grande Arche de la D'fense. Very friendly staff, delicious breakfasts, clean rooms and bathrooms. Stayed there several times and never regretted it.

Great hotel if you are doing business in La Defense. If you are staying as a tourist, not exactly close to the sightseeing or tourist areas but great access within10-15 minutes on the Metro. Staff is always super helpful. Nice rooms and keeps with what you would expect from a Hilton.

Excellent quality, it's obvious. The location is very good. Only… It's weird a hotel that is inside a building! No window that gives directly to the outside and none opens. Between the window of the room and the outside, there are the windows of the CNIT! And the rooms on the inside overlook the inner courtyard of the CNIT. Not very clear or glamorous.
Finally, not very large rooms…

I recently had a week-long, work-related stay at the Hilton La Defense. It's a well — maintained property in the heart of La Defense, conveniently located next to a metro station and a taxi stand. Word of caution: the La Defense streets are a labrinyth and Uber drivers regularly got lost getting me back to the hotel. While I rarely recommend cabs, they are a good idea here because they actually know the bizarre layout of the area (as opposed to slavishly following Google Maps). Back to the hotel, the staff are bi-lingual, courteous and helpful. I had a complimentary breakfast each morning. While the service was excellent, the food was mediocre and the breakfast bar offerings never changed the week I was there. I suppose you get what you pay for, but some variety would be nice. Overall, a great stay if you're working in the area or don't mind the trip into the city. That said, some of the rooms face in to a shopping mall/office building, which could be, uhhhh, awkward. I didn't have one of these rooms, but I wouldn't have been happy if I did.

Wonderful hotel. Just 15 minutes from the center of Paris.

Quite good experience except the reception and for cause: room taken in day use for the day, I arrive and patient that a hostess is free during this time a man asks me if I booked for the restaurant I answer no, I booked a room, This one allows to retorted "ha at this time" I answer him yes for the day he then responds in a very condescending tone "ha I see… "It seems to me that it was the director of the hotel brief, then the hostess this allows to take people arriving after me, to apologize she offers me a ballotin of chocolate after.
Room level nothing to say cleanliness at the top, the service agents its very friendly friendlier even than the boss is saying!
The room was very nice I appreciate the mattress really really comfortable.
I am a regular on the day use and it is the first time that I am treated this way, I know I would try the experience with the Hilton in some time to see if their service is improved.
If you are making a judgment about the people who book in Day use in this case, it is better not to put your rooms on site reservation because level of reception it was deplorable compared to the mid range hotels.

Is a good place to pass the night or to just promove a happy hour in a dinner.

Very good Champagne, succulent dinner very quiet on this Saturday evening conducive to a head to head in love. We will return to that.

Room was nice and big with comfortable bed. Front desk staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful. Major tourist destinations are an easy subway ride away. If you like table-service restaurants that you can walk to, forget it. There are only cafe's or fast-food within walking distance. The hotel restaurant is only open for breakfast and lunch. You can eat at the Tangerine Bar in the lobby but good luck getting service. We waited 10 minutes before first approach, then over 15 after ordering dessert. When I mentioned something to the server about the long wait, I was met with a shoulder shrug. The food was good but not really worth the premium prices they are charging.

Well located. Ample rooms. Great for business.

Nice place to stay outside of the city. It’s connected to the metro and RER via an indoor entrance from the cnit and also connected to the larger Les Quatre Temps shopping center, which also has a large selection of restaurants and eateries. We enjoyed our stay although we were plagued by an odd noise coming from the ceiling or something within the wall the whole time. The staff was very friendly and offered to move us. We decided to just stay put rather than repack and move everything. Hopefully they’ll track down the source before assigning the next occupants. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the beds were not. What was billed as “queen size” beds are closer to a full size. This is not unusual in Europe, so it wasn’t surprising that they were smaller. However, I also found them quite uncomfortable. Small + hard mattress + bad, flat pillow = poor rest. We could also hear people in the room next to us, which was slightly annoying, but they quieted down by 10pm so it wasn’t a problem.

Even without a room, it is possible to have lunch on the first floor. There are few people because it is out of the way. The dishes are good.

Great convenience in its location, with respect to the metro, but access is a bit strange, as it is co-located with a shopping center. Rooms & beds are nice. Wi-Fi was so-so, breakfast was nice. Really love the grocery store in the metro station. Love staying in this area of Paris, but it can be pricy in peak season.

Rooms are spacious, jakuzzi in the bath, tangerine bar is great, breakfast is good. Location is convenient and personnel is very friendly.

Experience to come in December but I anticipate with five stars knowing the place and the reputation of the chain.

Nice location, however it is cumbersome to get to by vehicle/taxi. No executive lounge. Great breakfast and nice rooms.

The location is great being only a short metro ride into central Paris, some features in the room such as the fridge need modernising but this is over all a very nice hotel.

Nice location two steps from the RER station and pedestrian mall. Interior room was quiet and overlooked the lobby. Interesting architecture as the hotel is a building within a building. Bed was hard. The room itself was sufficient but faded.

A professional hotel with classic and standardized services. Ideal location for corporate events and seminars.

It is everything you would expect from a Hilton, clean, comfortable, nice. The people are very nice and helpful. It was great to come back to after a long hot day of sightseeing. It is near a metro station so travel is super easy.

The bar in the hotel is really nice! The atmosphere is calm and Cosi, ideal for a drink after work.

Seems nice so far. The bed way brand new and easy to catch a few hours of sleep after a red eye flight. Easy access to shopping and the metro. The rooms are nicely sized compared to more local hotels and they have an iron and ironing board which is important for me.

Location is conveniently inside the CNIT at La Defense station. The family room has 2 double sized beds. The housekeeping kept on entering the room without waiting for a response after knocking.

Only 3 per Wi-Fi, for hhoners members. This was extrenley frustrating, especiallt becausr we booked a family room. The door was broken at times, making it hard to hual luggage through. For the price I payed, I feel ripped off. Ive seen and I excepted much morr from hilton.

Shop meeting place very close to me (scheduled so close to and I wouldn't know), so I think this hotel is a good choice. Hotel is three stops from the Centre of Paris, very convenient location.

I don't know I didn't really like this Hilton. At check-in the lady hardly spoke English. Also some entrances were locked and you had to walk a long way to get in. I had a room looking over the inside of the building which was weird. Also a fire alarm went off 15 min after checking in. I made my way through the fire exits to find out there was no fire. After checking again with the check-in I found out it was drill. Please next time mention this when people are checkin in.

Loved this hotel, great location near the grand arch and la defense subway. There is a lift straight down to platform level across from the hotel! Great facilities and quality food though there are some amazing eateries across the way.

This is a reservation that I made for a co worker using my HHonors. She LOVED it. She had a long trip as she visited several offices thru Europe and was there for about 3 weeks. From the three main hotels booked the HILTON Paris is the one that she raves about.

Very good hotel, but impossible to find for uber drivers and the Wi-Fi didn't work.

Right beside the grand arch quite unique building. Excellent facilities and service. Only gripe no subway nearby.

The location is not central but this was probably the best hotel room I ever had.

A little pricey but the breakfast is nice and the location, if not the nicest in paris, is definitely very convenient for a business meeting.

Useful place in La Défense where it is still hard to find somewhere for a business lunch. Nothing waow, only convenient.

I stayed at this hotel 3 times in the past 3 years. Love the area, lots of modern and futuristic buildings which were quite a constrast to the historic landmarks at centre of Paris. Next to the metro and rail station, so easy transport to other parts of the capital. Near a big shopping centre where you could easily spend a whole day. Out of town meant out of town rate, but breakfast was of the same Hilton high standard — gorgeous. Only negative point was the car park which was impossible to find even with a satnav because its approach and entrance were hidden in a big underground roundabout.
