Little, ill-conceived little house. Upstairs toilet but sink in the DRC. General maintenance that leaves something to be desired. 2 doors in the cottage that do not close. Heated pool but all creased liner. Friendly welcome staff and many activities on offer.

Well located own small but sufficient pool accommodation. Leclerc is a 2-minute drive away. Well arranged perfect family. Thank you.

If not, there's everything you need.

Lovely place to stay. Do need a car though.

Comfortable but not extraordinary accommodation, friendly staff but somewhat distracted or rather inatentif since we were 3 that we had only 1 pair of sheets and 2 pairs of towels, that they had forgotten that we were there since we have been reveille6a 8:30 am by the gentle noise of a drill at the condo right next door… they had to do some work there but had clearly forgotten that we were on vacation so rest! and that maybe we wanted to sleep and rest… then the curtain of the pool in roadstead so it can happen it's not problem but that the. Staff offers you to go for a sauna session without problems with a child of 10 years is average…

To downgrade to comfort. Prestige 15 years ago.

Residence quite nice and very quiet. The main defect as in many places of this type: it is the insulation between the dwellings. You have to fall on quiet neighbors:-) Otherwise the residence is well maintained. The proximity to the park makes for a nice stroll. Anyway, no regrets.

Two days we arrived, the. Accommodation is clean… a few steps from the city… and supermarkets. Only one thing to deplore from the noisy neighbors. Doors slamming… and an elevator door squeaking with little holidaymakers repectueux of us who are beside. The opinion would probably have been better if our accommodation did not give in the parking lot of the residence of at odds… the installation of a breeze view would be a study… a visit to the pool and Jacuzzi with only one jet running a pool without a bar to access it with Curbstones very slippery…

Holiday residence Pleasant, quiet with swimming pool and composed of maisonettes.

Residence very well located close to a beautiful park, pleasant accommodation and comfortable. If the opportunity presents itself I will come back.

Very nice holiday residence with swimming pool, sauna, ping pong playground. I spent a very pleasant holiday in the quiet to visit the Périgord. The parking in front of the residence is very convenient and we always find places. I especially have the half-covered pool where you can bathe in any weather and enjoy a sauna. Small flat for the rooms a little too small where you walk on and without storage space for some. But in general, we don't come here to sleep, do we?

Beautiful structure but lack of interviews.

The residence is very friendly, well maintained: Nice pool, although located totally in the shade (as it is half covered, the roof puts in the shade the part that is outside, which is well by big heats as currently but must be less well On other seasons), small playground for children (good not extraordinary but to the merit of existing) and table tennis! Our apartment is clean and functional, we are 4 (2 adults and 2 children 3 and 8 years old) … nothing to complain about!
Regarding the situation, it is right next to a leisure base with a swimming area (Lake of pompoms) and games for children, including a great tirelienne! On the other hand, we are really out of town so far enough away from the center!

Great Hotel Residence! The cottages are clean and a swimming pool is at your disposal as well as a ping-pong table. Nothing to say, just great!

Quiet residence near a lake where you can swim and with an indoor pool. Friendly staff. The buildings are on the other hand a little old and the wall very thin.

Fantastic accomodation… very clean comfortable and a lovely pool with a man made beach right behind the complex with a little bar if I could give 6 stars I would as the staff are excellent.

We stayed there for 5 days at 2 ° 15 may 2014.
Very friendly, good info about the area, very active personnel.
Bergerac on foot in 15 minutes.
The apartment is very clean, the residence also, nice pool, quiet.
Only caveats:
TV set too high.
Wi — Fi at an exorbitant price.
A little hard couch.
