Adequate, good location but expensive for a budget hotel standard. Easy tram journey to city. Easy drive out of city. Wave Cafe next door serving draught 0.5L Hoegaarden beer. Friendly staff, multi lingual. Breakfast was a good continental, all fresh. Small breakfast seating area. I don't like being cramped. Bathroom needs renovating, not up to modern standards of other budget hotels. Bit sparse on decent restos near hotel location if you don't want to go all way back into city again.

Nothing more than a former university residence at 300 euros per month converted into a hotel at 180 euros per day.
The studio is nice and relatively spacious, the kitchen is functional, the air conditioning works well, but the condition of the apartment does not suit the price positioning. The flooring clearly deserves a refreshment and some walls a brushstroke. Finally I had to turn off the water heater every night as it made so much noise. As for the conditions "do the housework before leaving" it is suitable for a vacation rental … By for a hotel, especially at that price.

Friendly and helpful staff. Sober frame. Free parking, close to the tram, clean rooms and full breakfast. It does not take more for a pleasant stay.

This place have it all. Location: Near to bus and trem (200m) Great breakfast! Super nice staff. Quiet at night and comfortable beds. The place can look a bit strange at first as its not your typical entrance to a hotel. If you like walking, take a right at the gate and walk straight till you get to the waterfront. A 20 min walk. Wonderful! Very residential area and quiet at night.

OK for the price. Well placed next to a great restaurant Brasserie for the perfect evening. PLA CE de parking free is a plus.

Very nice hotel.
The rooms are of average sizes for 2 people The bekn room and the kitchenette are a real plus!
Everything is clean except slightly the VMC in the bathroom a little dusty.
The hotel is located in a quiet area.
Other people were not heard except the fact of resonance in the courtyard but this is very secondary.
The staff very friendly and attentive.
The flat is for the mattress a bit hard to our liking but otherwise the charm of the establishment is well present. We will return!

Breakfast room in a hallway, dodgy sheets not on that they were changed before I arrived. View of the technical sheaths with bars in the windows, floor in brown lino, old crumpled and dubious shower curtain, the hotel writes the names of some guests on a board in the sight of all. When I talk to them about confidentiality, they don't understand what I'm talking about…
Edit: I add a star because very responsive when I asked them for an invoice by email.

Good service the receptionist very friendly speak languages and the rooms very nice and clean. Definitely a pleasant stay.

There was a particular receptionist who was very friendly, always at the disposition of the guests, unfortunately I can't say the same for the other two receptionist. Although upon arrival we were informed that our room did not have housekeeping during our stay, it was missing a bit of housekeeping just arriving. We only had less than half a roll of toilet paper. The bathroom had a lot of damage, the bed very well made but the sheets had beautiful strangers to us. In the vicinity there is nothing of interest so you have to walk 2km to get to the center. Although on the last day, thanks to the friendly receptionist we discovered that there was a bus connecting to the center right on the opposite side to which we walked daily.

Hotel meets its purpose. Our room was very small, in nice weather no problem because you can do a lot in Bordeaux. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
In the morning by other guests sometimes a little noisy, especially when the staircase is used.
Hotel staff is friendly, speaks English and French.
City centre is easily accessible by public transport.

Nice hotel, not the city center by far, but it seems to me in Bordeaux it is not necessary. For such rooms even cheap. Close to the major hypermarket and embankment.

Hello frankly since 1999 I'm traveling I rarely have a hotel of this standing has this price there Bravo nice stay on Bordeaux I strongly advise you. I will definitely come back with the family.

Clean, with good distribution. Big baths. Pictures, curtains and ugly blankets.

We had a good stay here. Basic, but you get what you pay for so we were happy with the value for money. Easy access into the city via the C tram which stops a five minute (max) walk from the hotel. If you need anything extra (pillows etc. ) be sure to ask during the day as staffing is minimal overnight. Our room was slightly too warm as they'd already switched the air conditioning off despite the unseasonally warm weather, but the room was comfortable and clean so it was a minor complaint really.

Rooms are lovely and clean, easy to get into the centre. Good value for money ☺

Average cleanliness, towels not smelling good, hot water not working, no soap, TV disconnected by default… Really not satisfied.

I had to get up in the middle of the night to tell the next room to put it on the nightlight. I was blown up and I just wanted to sleep after six hours of road! Cleanliness of the studio really average! I know they do not manage the cleaning of the kitchen area but open the closet and take 2 cutlery by noticing that they are fat frankly it disgusts! Forced to redo all the dishes! People are disgusting!
I go out the next morning in order to recover my car in the parking lot and there amazement: 2 cars had just been vendalisées (driver side windows completely exploded), hello the heavy anguish for the rest of the stay… See the friendliness of your staff especially at the reception. Vending machine on the ground floor appreciable as well as a toilet (it avoids having to go back to the rooms especially at the time of breakfast). And please clean these windows full of manure! Be aware of the feeling that customers have when they enter the studio for the first time and they see it! They say it's frankly a hangover for a so-called 3 star hotel.

Good breakfast and decent location with friendly staff. The room was okay, smelled like cigarettes with dead insects left on the walls.

Slightly eccentric residence of the hypercentre but good value for money. Friendly staff.

For a twin room it was quite small for 2 people and 2 suitcases. However, we managed to fit. It was a bright, clean room with a large bathroom and kitchenette including a fridge. (Not many places in Europe have a fridge and it's nice to keep your drinks cold. ) As I was on a tour bus it was quite close to where we were going, but I know that the tram stop isn't far away. I didn't use any other of the hotel services as it was only a quick stop over.

Okay room but a bit tired, nice breakfast, seems slightly out of the tourist area and eateries, but easy to access on the tram C and walk to Chartrons area.

Very disappointed with our stay, sticky bedroom floor, cobwebs spider in the angles, full of limestone shower + faucet see Brown dirt. My baby couldn't sleep in the cot provided as the mattress was very dirty, there's so sleep between us… However staff were very nice. I would not recommend this place!

Nice small comfortable studio, excellent, great location to the city centre and especially the tram at the foot of the residence. Good value for money.

Accommodation made for 8 nights in a studio 2 persons. The whole was clean, the towels provided. One more for air conditioning in the studio, a joy when you know it's 35 outside. TV and Wi — Fi available for free. I didn't get the small lunch since we had buy what do. The kitchen is sufficient to make the dishes. The place is very quiet, not far from the tram. The welcome is friendly. Excellent quality/price ratio, I was very surprised. About €400 for a week all inclusive. Recommend with your eyes closed!

For a 3 star hotel it is fine in general, new, nicely decorated, and good heating.
The first thing is that it has free private parking, and this is appreciated when you arrive by car in an unfamiliar city and you don't know very well what such is the area for parking.
The location is not very central, but there is a tram stop 50 metres that leaves you in the center of the city in 10-15 minutes.
The normal rooms. They are equipped with a kitchenette (with refrigerator, microwave, crockery, glasses, etc. ) very useful for a medium/long stay.
Wi-Fi access arrives perfectly to the room.
Breakfast is not very varied, but it shows the quality of the products, cheeses, jams, pastries and bread above all.
Staff very polite and helpful, overall a great stay.

Comfortable clean and reasonable price. Small galley kitchenette v useful if you have kids, not much prep area though. Self service restaurant nearby serving basic but tasty lunch (aimed at factory/office workers). Hotel surrounds and entrance look industrial — don't be put off. Less than 10min on tram to centre of town. Tram only 30m from hotel. Sliding price scale the longer you stay.
