Room could of been cleaner but acceptable. Great view over the lake from our superior room. Unfortunately let down by the restaurant downstairs service was appalling not really much on the menu. In the end we left and went some where else for dessert as the waiter seemed to be on his own planet. It wasn't even very busy and we could see why. Shame as the actual hotel is very nice and the breakfast was also very good, one of the best we have had in France. Being from the UK I like to have bacon and egg in the morning or at least toast and an egg. Not really into continental breakfast but the hotel catered for both. Nice secure car park. Hopped on the tram and went straight into Bordeaux centre spent the day there and then tram straight back. Also a great location for parking and motorway access.

Modern and comfortable hotel, friendly staff. Breakfast is delicious. Dinner is good (menu). The rooms are spacious. Only weak point: far from the center of Bordeaux. The hotel is being renovated. Many rooms already offer the new version. The outdoor pool is very nice in summer.

Hotel under renovation. Comfortable room, thick carpet, but quite dark. Nice pool. Very irregular service. Either very nice people and very pro (with experience) or not very nice.
Breakfast very very well with local produce.

Hotel in the center of Bordeaux. Easy access with tram c. Chic hotel perfect for a corporate seminar.

Special mention to the radiant and sublime Gaëlle and to his colleague Loredana who have paged me to breakfast with their smile, their enthusiasm and their professionalism. They deserve a promotion and I really emphasize their spirit;)
A particularly pleasant stay despite the work, the staff is attentive, the Hamburger is sublime, it is clean, it is generous on the equipments, a breakfast served in room at 4H of the mat (thanks for the pancakes and bananas), a really nice comfort and outclassed what's more! This is my second stay and I am amazed as to the value for money. For my part, I am delighted with this 3-night stay. I will come back to discover the result related to the modernization of the establishment.

A hotel that deserves 4 stars for the order, the service, the quality of the food, with a breakfast from the appetizer to the desserts very complete in the products and the ingredients of excellent quality. The service is professional both in the room and at the table. Excellent wines proposed. And the variety of beers and spirits for the bar and restaurant. Well-represented prices.

Good space, nice staff, very clean and spacious rooms. The room service and meal provided were nice although not incredibly exciting. It's a good business hotel, very comfy and practical for long stay close to the Palais des congrès. Definitely the best option around.

Just arrived, we learn that we are upgraded to Junior suite! Living room: Large screen, sofa, coffee table… gigantic bathroom (shower, bathtub, double washbasin…) in the room part, a very large bed and still a big TV! And a small entrance also with storage…
Breakfast is not served very late but we had the right to a plate more than filled with extremely good pastries! For parking It is big and closed so convenient!
I know which hotel to come back to if we go back to Bordeaux ^^ Thanks again!

Very good hotel, superb room with seen on lake, good reception, only downside restaurant in renovation and service at the bar inefficient.
The tram just outside to visit Bordeaux is ideal and just impeccable.
Short very good stay.

I didn't stay there but used the meeting room and had a lunch a the restaurant. The AV system and snacks/drinks in the meeting room were good. The service in the restaurant was slow and the taste of the soup was bot so good.

Excellent breakfast (French croissants are the best), good view over the lake, tram station which connect to the city centre is in front of the hotel, huge TV screen. But separation between WC and bathroom is still uncomfortable for me.

Nice place, clean overall if you don't look at the carpet in the rooms…
The lack of light in the room is can be done on purpose.

The breakfast is not extraordinary for the fame of this hotel.

The work of housekeepers is to be revisited. Shower not cleaned; Soap not changed. The breakfast is a moment of stress, the glass at the bottom right and a single coffeemaker. The pastries have 3 days… disappointed and they house people in rooms freshly repainted, with still the vapors of solvent! Sad.

Our seminar Energy Terre s was held yesterday Sunday, excellent reception, to the small care for breaks because people with food worries, very professional, we will return.

Very welcoming and professional Hotel with a nice staff and no worries to notice. Be able to eat at any time and several other services like an outdoor swimming pool in winter and beautiful rooms seen on the lake.

Very nice hotel in which we will return with pleasure if the opportunity arises. The staff are very nice and we were directly upgraded, which seems to be a (excellent) hotel habit.
The rooms are large, very clean and the amenities are up to a 4 star. King size bed with good bedding, large TV, mini bar with different drinks inside and spacious bathroom with a lot of storage and lake views. The hotel also has the advantage of having near-direct access to the casino, which is always nice if you are a bit of a gambler.
Only small downside that is not really one: Parking which, on principle, pays. But it seems more a question of security than money because in paying my residence tax, the employee warned me that he had opened the barrier for me.

I moved to work. The lounges are spacious, and the service is listening.
The room I occupied is well equipped and rather large. With spacious shower and separate WC. A large double bed, big TV and several spaces to read or work.
Swimming pool, gym, bar… The casino is nearby, the new stadium is less than a kilometre away.
There is always someone to ask you about the reception.
A fairly large accessible parking lot. I parked a bus there, but that day, the parking lot was almost empty. The maneuver is certainly more tricky when the parking lot is full.

Hotel not bad, good bedding with king size bed, large room with bathroom separated from the toilet.

The hotel is located in the heart of Lake Lac. 20 minutes to the center by tram. Stop right next to the hotel. Frequency of movement 1-10 minutes.

Spacious rooms. Elegant decoration. Quiet place… even isolated. Lake View.

Nice hotel. Just in front of a lack. Staff is very helpful.

Decent hotel for business, rooms are large and v clean, good continental breakfast and lunch. Fairly easy to catch the tram from right outside into the city centre.

Excellent location, room and facilities with plenty of parking. Also opposite a tram stop that takes you directly into central Bordeaux. A great stop over.

Comfortable stay. Friendly staff. Would have been better if more information for guests who are new to France is made available in English.

I stayed during the years various times in this hotel, last time six years ago. Since then this hotel has lost its quality. The parking which was in the past guests only is open for the public also on a night when there is a concert in the nearby stadium. So no decent parking left for guests. The room was in bad repair with a bath which was not running, dirty carpet and a rusty and damaged steel cupboard. In the bed there is not a top mattress, but some undefined absorption material to protect the bed. You wonder what has been absorbed before you use the bed. (Or better not) The meal in the restaurant was good if it would have been warm when served. Good breakfast.

Carpets in the hallways. Poor air exchange in the common parts. Overpriced restaurant is poor. Friendly and helpful staff.

Why is it not possible to have a coffee at the bar? Which is closed…

Lovely hotel — polite staff (limited english though) Restaurant does NOT have a childrens menu! I would not recommend the restaurant as the food is VERY expensive and very poor quality indeed. This is not hyperbole! The staff did not know the difference between potatoes and chips (french fries)! The vegetables were extemely tough and the beef (30 euros) was very fatty! (Lamb was quite good though). Wine expensive. Wi-fi is not complementary and costs 15 euros an hour! (Even the holiday inn is free). Chef unwilling to meet customers and manager not available! Good somewhere else cheaper and better.
