We had an amazing time. Service was good. Rooms are comfortable. A quite big parking. The location is a bit tight. Surrounded by big buildings.

Very good hotel. Very professional staff. Located 10 minutes walk from the docks. Nothing to say. Very good stay in this hotel.

An establishment that must have been a long time ago a beautiful hotel… A strong smell of rancid, a buffet of breakfasts "big food" without refinement.
The cleanliness in the room is very sketchy.
The positive points (the 2 stars) good friendly personal location.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. It's walking distance to some really spectacular sights in Bordeaux. The AC controller doesn't seem to make an impact on the temperature in the room.

We experienced very poor reception at this hotel. Stale beer at the bar though the barman didn't think so. Luck warm shower in the thick of winter. Too many bad experiences to mention only over a 3 days stay. They won't see us again!

Large room with shower and bathtub, separate WC, which is rare and appreciable. Bottle of water offered. Reception a little cold. Breakfast not exceptional for €17 but where everyone can find his account. The Hotel is very close to the centre of the city.

Situated on the south bank, a little in land and in a residential area, the hotel is well located for many local attractions. The staff were extremely polite and friendly — nothing was too much for them to make the stay better. The main area of the hotel looks a bit dated, however the rooms are being upgraded so assume this will be transformed at some point.

Comfortable, small, clean, close to the center. Breakfast nothing special But enough, the coffee lousy for my taste, the waitresses filled a jug with the remains of others. Central, area with shops, I felt a bit of lack of kindness for the staff, in short a practical hotel, nothing else.

A nice hotel to rest away and visit Bordeaux and its surroundings.

Lunch at the restaurant. Quiet atmosphere and conducive to a professional appointment. Quality card and good service. I recommend!

Nice place recommended the good thing is that if you are not worth much with the French staff will speak all in Spanish and guide you.

Excente Service, comfortable rooms and good location in Bordeaux!

I loved this place with my girlfriend. We especially loved to take the toilet together, as the room very clean and equipped with a bathroom, consisting of a shower and a bathtub one in front of the other.
Excellent breakfast, no more no less.
In short a very idyllic moment.
My girlfriend did not stop to say thank you, so it was chic and the staff nice.
Even the management had folded in four for the service, even giving us a free USB stick when we needed it to print files on their computer.
If I can I will come back with great pleasure.

Big room, Nice location, great food.

The rooms are nice, spacious and with a completely new bathroom. The breakfast was just right. Very good location, you can walk to the center and it is very close to the river.

It is a great hotel, it is a 10 minute walk from the tourist sites and it is very safe to walk until late at night. Breakfast is very good and the staff speaks English and Spanish.

Good facilities and something far from downtown, about twenty minutes walk. Modern rooms and very attentive staff.

Clean and comfortable rooms, furnished to a basic standard. Breakfast (as an extra) includes both English and continental style foods. Buffet style, so help yourself English is spoken and staff are very helpful.

Good for a one night stay. Far from the center in a less attractive neighborhood. The entire hotel seems outdated.

Fantastic hotel. We arrived in the middle of the night unexpectedly with two babies. The hotel is clean, comfortable, our room was spacious (it for is and two cribs) and the staff were amazing. They could not have been nicer or more helpful. For the price this place is a must do.

Very welcoming. Very professional staff. Comfortable lounges and perfectly suited for events.

This was a good hotel. We arrived with a party of 60 folks and they catered for it with some good food. The rooms are clean and well maintained and there is a large underground, secure carpark. All in a very good place to stay if touring by car.

Executive room. Everything is perfect except for the odd lingering smell in the room and in the hallway of the 3rd.

For a hotel with 4 stars, I can't understand that the WC are in the bathroom, and to stay in the same area, I found unacceptable the State of the toilets in the hall, not cleaned since 7:30 while he was 15: 00… The hotel is a bit run down in my opinion and is not a 4 star, no!

Great to recommend! Care for us and our 7 month old baby! The baby made very comfortable bed is ready upon our arrival! Gargantuesquement delicious breakfast! Course the next stay was our home address!

This is our second stay in this nice hotel close to the centre and remaining very quiet. The reception and the restaurant very nice and helpful staff. Rooms very clean and spacious, clean and well equipped bathroom. The ladies of rooms are very attentive and courteous. And thank you put small things have provisions for children makes them so much fun.
Breakfast: caught in the verandas, buffet very very varied for the pleasure of the great and small. It was a special moment.
Hotel suitable for a large family. With our four girls we were delighted to our getaway Bordeaux.

Very luxury hotel few km from the center. Its good to take a tram, it took 10 minutes walk and 10 minutes by tram to get to the center. So location is not so special, but the rest was perfect! Room was clean with luxury bathroom! Breakfast great.

Nice room, large but a single seat! Missing the bars for towels in the bathroom, not seat or stool either.
When the quality of the breakfast is really poor for a hotel of this category, only the price is height. Abundance is power but poor quality.
What the restaurant is the same, the dishes are of very poor quality.
