Excellent Staff, nice view, the room is very wonderful, good food, aqua park for adult and kids is very amazing.

I have been there already in my honeymoon and was really very good and there is a woman there she is called Mr Mariam she works in reception and she she is really very nice and she always helps us and we were in Atnsan restaurant And this restaurant was really good and the chef Mahamoud koshi Is the best chef in Egypt And there is also a restaurant manager Walid He is the best waiter in Egypt

Worst hotel ever, bad stuff, very bad food, not clean.

The service was very bad. No one ansewerd our phone calls. The House Keeping was very bad. No one came to clean the room or even changed the towels or the blankets. No one even took our luggages to the room. We made everything by ourselves although we booked a honeymoon package. Very bad experience and will not be repeated again. Of course a not recommended hotel!

Very very bad hotel bad food bad service all is broken nothing good only only aqua only but I don't recommend it.

Firstly, I’m giving this hotel 3 stars ONLY because of my experience here. I booked an all inclusive “hard drink” stay, meaning it should include alcoholic drinks. After viewing and doing my research I found the hotel replying to people asking about alcohol that if you book the all inclusive stay, alcohol is included but when we asked they said it wasn’t included but they would make a one time exception (which was weird).
Secondly, read many reviews about the food being awesome which really made me want to book the stay there, but when we got here the food is disgusting the chicken isn’t fully cooked it was literally pink! Awful food, don’t believe the fakers saying the food is amazing its nasty really, we came into a room where the mini bar to store water in isn’t working so water is hot 24/7 and when we told them they did nothing about it.
Thirdly, the bar opens at 10am for all types of drinks hard and soft. Which made having my child with me difficult because she’s 3, and basically wants pepsi all the time, but unfortunately we can’t get it til 10am. The bar closes at 12am, meaning if your a night person, and want a few drinks good luck paying even after being all inclusive lol.
Lastly, I only want to thank Amgad, Fady, Abdallah & Ahmed Tereka these staff members are the ONLY reason I’m giving 3 stars if it wasn’t for them I would give the hotel 1 star. The buffet staff is disgusting with bad attitudes.

Nice family hotel. Comfortable room. Most of staff are friendly. There are several water mountains for children and adults. Green garden surround hotel. And 2 beautiful beaches … but enough far from hotel.

Absolutely amazing place, the staff are so lovely, they look after you very well here, I will be coming back with my family and next Xmas for 2 weeks this time, proper home from home feeling, gonna miss you guys at the restaurant but we will keep in touch via Facebook… see you next year xx.

1 — First, I would like to recommend anyone not to take any reviews about any hotel as a reference for his/her decision to stay in that hotel or not. Everyone has his own experience which can differ to otherone experience in the same time and same conditions. Let yourself try your own experience and enjoy it. 2 — My experience was in (May / 2017), but it was one of the best trips that I have ever been in my life, and till now my wife and my children remember every lovely moment we spent there. 3 — We had an accidental situation in our first minutes in the hotel, so I went immediately to the receiption to inform the official staff. The hotel manager dealed with that situation very professionslly. He came to me quickly and invited me to his office where he calmed me down. As a compensation for what we suffer from, he replaced our room with a lovely suite with two partions in the lobby floor close to everything and with pools view, and welcomed us very well. 4 — The hotel has 2 beaches (one sandy beach, and the other is a coral beach). Both are wonderful, but far from the hotel. But the hotel has a solution for this issue as it organizes daily bus trips to both beaches in different times. 5 — Food is so good and various. Also the hotel organizes daily lunch on both (sandy & coral) beaches, in order not to ought you to come back to the hotel for the lunch time, and that was awesome to eat on the sea view. 6 — The pools are wonderful and clean.

اسوء فندق شوفته بجد من كل حاجة الناس اللي شغالة بتعاكس el room service لحد ما مشينا و مجوش عملو حاجة ال Aqua سيئة و مفيش حد بيتابع الناس اللي بتنزل واقف فوق واحد بياكل او قاعد زي قلته الولد نزل من اللعبة اتفتح دقنة مفيش اسعافات ولا دكتور و عشان يكلمو حد قالولو تدفع 500 جنبة الاول اختي وقعت و هتعمل عملية كبيرة بسبب السجادة العجيبة اللي محطوطة عند الالعاب الاكل سيئ جدا دة غير ان الشاطئ بعيد من الفندق و مفيش غير معاد واحد الصبح تروح فين و الناس بتكون فوق بعض و معايا الصور لكدة فعلا انتو مينفعش تكونو خمس نجوم الناس كلها بتشتكي ماديين جدا و مفيش مكان للاطفال حتي احنا روحنا نتفسح راجعين علي مستشفي و عمليات بسبب اهمالكو

A great place to stay for both family and friends. We were vacationing with friends. Clean hotel, good service, interesting deals for outdoor activities. Clean sea!

Terrible Hotel experience. Rooms badly maintained. Wi-Fi requiring extra charge. Found lots of flys and lizards in rooms. Staff are good. Beach is very far and no place to take proper shower there.

Worst service, rude staff, food is awful you end up eating 2 items this is through out the day breakfast, lunch and dinner as for the all exclusive is a joke you will get pepsi and poor sandwiches if you are on the pool, if you are on the sea you get pepsi and your lunch no snakes.

Great hotel one of the best hotels is sharm El Shiekh. Very good and friendly service. Only thing it's away from the beach. But they have an hourly bus. From hotel to the beach.

Normal resort, not 5 stars, I think it's about 4 stars. Nice and beautifull terretory, 4bassens, small aquapark, good food:3 types of meet fried, wide standart rooms, but not good food on a coral beach at dinner. Good animation, sometime live music at evening. On a breakfast no meet at all. Helpful, pleasant personal (staff).

The five is not pulling. But I will not say that the hotel is bad. Four, yes. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Russian and English are poor. Another of the minuses-remoteness from the sea, monotonous and sometimes not very fresh food (in the photo-mould on the slices of pomegranate, it is unclear when it was sliced and how much was stored in the refrigerator), in the dining room staff is not in a hurry to lay out clean devices after already burnt Vacationers, and devices do not find yourself and do not interrogate, ask something even on the reception-a problem, I do not demand that they speak Russian, but they and English do not understand. Great place but a lot of Arabs. Little Tasty food. Small glasses for water and juices. Half a mouthful. In the heat, you have to go for drinks all the lunch.

We were there a week in June with family. Overall, it's 3* or 4* hotel, but not 5*. For us, among pluses were big and green territory, different pools, aquaparks for children and adults, kids room, evening shows, great coral beach with beautiful reef and fish and without people!, comfortable buses to beaches with conditioning, sweet desserts, good restaurant service, many bars, some friendly staff. Among minuses: -old and dirty rooms with а shower that could not drained technologically! and TV that went off whenever it wanted!, -veeeery lazy staff — they have nowhere to rush, your problems-that's just your problems, -reception staff asks for money for a better and larger room but in fact all standard rooms are the same as we later checked, -95% of Arab families in the hotel, we weren't ready for that (they loudly talked making a constant noise all the time and instead of rest you got tired like you were at bazaar, in their culture they don't behave children in ANY way, that's why their children take other people's things:some of them stole our son's beach shoes Crocs and swimming cap of our neighbour's daughter, other took your chair in the restaurant while you went for food, they throw around garbage, spit in pools and etc. ), -bad food diversity and quality (for ex.
