Comfy and stylish rooms, affordable meals, well equipped kids area. However, stains on towels and dirty kids pool. Will definitely stay there again, but will take my towel with me.

Amazing quiet place. You can spend the night or have a day use only with enterence to the swimming pool. Excellent for wedding parties indoor and outdoor. Breakfast is not bad not much variety. There is a small zoo and play area for kids. Prices are not expensive.

Nice, clean, and organized. Employees are helpful and cooperative. The kids park is well maintained and safe, and the prices are reasonable. Just beware of the guy who collects the money, as he often adds to the supposed ammount.

Worst service in the world, the hotel is very good but the management and level of service is below the poor.

One of my worst travel experiences ever, was in Cairo for a family reunion in the area, I couldn’t find and other rooms anywhere except a presidential suites at the Four Seasons and another similar room at the Ritz Carlton which was way too expensive. I checked in in the property and a managed to find a suite for three nights, I got in the room way too tired after a long flight and went to sleep. In the morning as I am taking my shower I found women nails grouped by the shower drain, and human waste (feces) smeared on the shower walls. I took few pictures for reference and I showed it to management who actually acted like it is a normal thing. Wish I can post those pictures here, but not sure if I can. Food and wait staff is the worst in Cairo if not in the world. Very Bad Hotel.

Good, specious clean rooms. Good food, helpful staff. But away from old Cairo … Tourist can't enjoy old Cairo. Liquor not allowed in hotel. They take it out at the time of screening the baggage.

It is diffcult to tell about the aspects of excellence in this hotel since every thing runs in order. The conclusion is that, I gurantee that you will enjoy your stay there.

Bad organization of the staff from the gate till the reception and very bad views the only view is on the swimming pool. Very bad staff very stupid people and very stupid Wi-Fi and stupid TV the hotel needs maintenance so much for the people before the stuffs. It's sooooo expensive and it doesn't deserve at all this money. I recommend anyone to save his money and find another hotel. It's there is a grade or a mark less than one star I will do it it's really unrated hotel definitely. I don't recommend this place for anyone at all from my experience here so please take all my words in consideration and be aware and try it by yourself if you want to risk and it's really noisy too because you can hear sounds from the coffee inside that hotel from your closed room.

Lovely place with great ambience for family or romantic outings. Very beautiful landscape and in the center of the town.

The hotel is beautiful with friendly staff and good facilities. The restaurant food is average and the breakfast is repetitive, the deserts are tasty though. The rooms need better maintenance as there were multiple broken items (balcony door and lampshade were broken in my room) and the room was dirty.

It's a military Hotel its very clean, good staff, nice food, great pools, great location… its very good hotel.

First you should know that this is a military hotel, so foreigners are not welcome here. If you go through the reviews you will see that all of them of Egyptian people giving it 5 stars. If you are a foreigner, stay away please.
