Nice hotel and wonderful view.

Made a reservation 3 days before my stay. Check in is supposed to be at 2 and I arrived at 5:30. They made us wait 1 hour claiming that our suite is not ready. Worst experience ever and the staff is very inconsiderate and they wanted us to refund our money and leave.

This was one of the worst experiences ever in a supposedly decent hotel… at least your lobby bathrooms should have soap! Paying 3000 LE for a dinner at ur restaurants with no soap to wash my hands… regardless of how many complaints I tried to file… is just ridiculous and unprofessional…

Nice location and nice service, also have wonderful meal for breakfast.
And here have 2 experience are unforgettable. First, I got the wonderful and friendly breakfast service from the Mr. Kareem, he gave me a really great service! Second, here have a really professional chef here, he was got some suggestion from us at first, then we got the perfect feedback in the second day! Anyway, I have good experience at Dusit Thank LakeView Cairo.

the view of the room was so bad the service was too bad. The reception staff not friendly they really didn't deserve to be 5 stars hotel.

Firstly I would like to clearify that I choose this hotel upon high recommendations by both family and friends: unfortunately the hotel was below my expectations.
it was recommeded that I to take pictures of/with some “beautiful sites” which included both the lake and the waterfall, yet when I arrive I see piles of garbage in the lake and a very disgusting smell plus green water in the waterfall
I was shock that such a highlevel hotel would have low level maintaince
not only were they both out of order but also they offered my a room in front of the lake and I glad I did not take it.
what I would like to clarify is that a hotel such as this one should take care of all of its facillites even if its not visible to all of the guests at least maintance should go there 3 times a week.

Very helpful and nice staff. High end hotel feels like a resort with nice pool and restaurants. Just don’t order the Grey Goose without checking the price!

Lake house club — managed by Dusit is a complete rip off. They signed contracts for 5 years and life time membership — collected lots of money — no proper service — pool not heated — hazardous Kids plat areas — rude management and staff — and now asking for 80% increase of annual renewal to go up to 18k for a family instead of 10k as per contract. The lake house club is a shame for Dusit name!

Nice place for day use Avoid weekends because of the wedding ceremonies and also check before you book if they are hosting any conferences. The pool is good The food is good and tasty on the pool. You must try body massage they are experts but still over rated The glass desk in the room you must watch out especially if you have your children with you hope that they can remove them soon.

With a price/quality ratio this is the best place in Cairo.

What an amazing hotel. Very clean, food is great and the facilities are outstanding. Just watch out for the glass desk in the rooms as they seem pretty weak and can break with a little bump.

On 6-July-2018, Tamara And I had our wedding party held at The View Hall managed by Dusit Team. Starting with (Remon Samir) at the events management sales team, it was a very smooth ride. Remon managed the bookings, rooms, catering, decorations, and entertainment plan very professionally and efficiently, making every problem very solvable during both the planning and execution phases on the big night. He made it seem as simple as a family gathering. The banquette team, partic…ularly (Amr Fouad) and (Mohamed Adel) were present all night addressing the needs of over 200 invitees making each one of them feel like the VIP of the hall. Which is a very impressive performance that brought us a very positive vibe from the international guests on the venue. Our invitees were from 6 different countries in 3 different continents, they were all grateful to the service given by the banquet team. The lion’s share of this review goes to the great Shadow-Man (Mohamed Hamed) who took care of the execution of every little detail of the party plan. With his support, Tamara and I managed to enjoy our big night with absolutely no worries. Mohamed spent a whole day with us not only as a shadow-man, but as a family member who is really keen for everything to appear flawless, starting with the photo session, to music and entertainment, the buffet and beverage and ending with the wonderful and tasty bridal dinner at the suit after the party was over at 02:00 am in the morning.

One of the best days. It was Osama and Lamai’s wedding. The best staff I have ever met with top siege service.
The cuisine was perfect. The desserts were freshly baked with perfect components as well wide variety of options to meet your specific requirement.

I would like to extend my gratitude to Mr. Nasha’at, the DJ man. His picks were top quality and his remixes fired up the dance-floor.

The customer service is so bad. We were supposed to check-in by 2 pm. But we got checked-in at 3pm. It takes them hours to get you what you asked for. We called them to get us water and +2 hours passed by and they didnt even get us water. In spite of all the other things we ordered and we didnt get. When we sat down to get some drinks it basically took them more than one hour to get us coffee and juices. Which shouldnt've happened. The place is fine but the customer service is so baaad.

I've been to two of the restaurants here and absolutely love them and on more then one occasion. If your looking for Thai food then this is the place to come. The food has a very fresh and authentic taste and as I've been to Thailand countless times is very comforting to know. Try the spicy beef salad! Tao restaurant next door is also very good and is very reasonably priced. They have cusine from China, Japan and India all of which taste very authentic. This is the best place I've had a curry in Cairo. Staff are on point and which are all South East Asian which I like. The kitchen is open so you can see the food being prepared, and there's even valet parking.

They smoke everywhere! Even in the conference rooms there are ashtrays. We, of course, people are sane, in meetings do not smoke, but the fact pleases. Not the whole world has hurt his head yet.

Excellent hotel. Clean, spacious, and quiet. Friendly staff. Helpful, chatty, and diligent. Location is a bit weird, being on a very busy main road, and while it isn't their fault the road outside had ridiculous pavements and broken steps. Not a problem if you get picked up and dropped off inside though. Shuttle to and from the airport if needed, with a guy who helps you through customs etc. Make sure you tip people!

Really a luxurious hotel very polite and helpful staff. They have delicious food specially breakfast and a lot of facilities gym, spa, sports… Indeed expensive but it's worth the experience.

Me and my wife invited to attend cairo wedding festival in Dusit Thani. It was a nice place well furnished and interior design is different but my only comment about Restrooms it was missing for tissues and not clean as good as the entire whole may be regarding the mount of people in event but they have to make in their consideration the mount of people will attend the hotel had a nice lobby. ذهبت انا وزوجتي لتلبية دعوة لحضور مهرجان القاهرة للأفراح والذي تم تنفيذه في فندق الدوسيت المكان كان جميل ومفروش حلو والديكورات اللي جوة حلوة ومختلفة نوعا ما عن باقي الفنادق اللي دخلتها بس تعليقي الوحيد علي الحمامات ما كانتش بالمستوي الطبيعي للفندق مفيش مناديل ولا نضيفة زي بقيت الفندق ممكن عشان المهرجان والعدد كان كبير بس اعتقد انهم كانو المفروض يبقوا حاطين في حسابهم عدد الناس اللي هتيجي ويكونوا مستعدين ليه بس المكان بصفة عامة كويس

This hotel never disappoints me. High standard and professional team does not matter which part of the hotel you are. The restaurants are great, especially the Thai one. That was phenomenal. The spa is recommended for everyone!

Lovely rooms. Good restaurants. Beautiful facility. Very busy, with lots of events from Weddings to Proms to conventions at the hotel. Staff is very attentive. Would definitely stay again.

First the good good location close to the airport, located in New Cairo, if you want to visit the pyramid is not favorable. The staff is friendly but often overwhelmed quickly. It takes everything relatively long, a quick coffee on the beautiful terrace does not go under 40 minutes even if nothing is going on. The rooms are large and the view of the green courtyard is OK. It's not noisy. Breakfast and food is ok but not a highlight. For two three days OK for buissines trips, not for the holidays.

The setting is beautiful the staff conivial… I recommend.

Amazing hotel… quite full of business people as well as weddings. Was there for work so I had no time to enjoy all the things hotel had to offer. Breakfast selection is massive and tasty! There are several restaurants but we only had dinner at the restaurant where breakfast is served and the Thai restaurant… delicious food. There’s even a DJ that spins music until 2am on weekdays. Not far from airport with hourly shuttle bus service. Entire staff was amazing, especially Siam who helped with our luggage and drove us in the golf cart to get to the pizzeria restaurant that is also in the complex. Would highly recommend this place!

Went there for a wedding. The hall was too small for serving a large number of guests and the hotel looks like a maze. The place on the other side is comfy and great in decorations. The restaurants are overpriced to not even try them.

Totally hostile, doesn't meet any of my expectations in cleanliness or value for money. In any hotel in the world if you are in a suite, normally at least you and two guests, if not more, are welcome in the executive lounge to have your meetings and enjoy a large selection of beverages and food. In this hotel, before you step in the lounge you are asked how many people and they instantly throw it in your face that these people have to be charged. You have to call for extra water and towels, which makes you feel unwelcome. No doubt the staff are doing their best to meet client expectations, but unfortunately they are falling victims to the hotel policy. An average package holiday hotel, not fit for business clientele.

The spa is clean and the girls are kind. Higher than average prices.

Situated at the heart of New Cairo, this luxurious hotel offers a poch destination for various venues such as weddings, business meetings or even a relay weekend end get away. Offers a number of business facilities in addition to a health club. Two spacious ballrooms suitable for holding any event and especially wedding parties. The bigger of the two ballrooms is the lake view one situated at the ground floor. Rooms are exceptionally spacious and comfortable. Staff is pleasant, courteous and very helpful. There's ample underground parking space however it comes at a hefty price if you are not a hotel guest.

Beautiful space, I've been to the club house. Great staff, very helpful and the food is impeccable, very tasting food, always refilling the trays, the staff picks up the plates right when you're done and make sure it stays clean and neat. Staff goes around checking and seeing if you need drinks. Everyone I was with was raving about how tasty the food is that we all ate until we couldn't move.

The hotel is fantastic, amazing lobby, great restaurants perfect in everything except with the staff in the restaurant were we had breakfast, I was leaning back after eating and I stretched my legs and the waiter came and spoke in a very rude way telling me to sit probably, I didn't appreciate the tone especially that I was with my fiance and I argued with him, it wasn't a good day but as expensive this hotel is I think I'm allowed to sit like I want, we are not in children, this why always business and services in Europe are much better because you are always respected and given the freedom you deserve, since then we didn't go again it's been 3 month but to be honest if it wasn't for this rude waiter, I give the rooms, food, massage, personal, cafe, restaurants 10 out of 10, especial thanks for the British lady who works at the lobby she was very welcoming and polite.

Dusit Thani, is one of the most luxurious destinations in Egypt. Once you enter the hotel you find that friendly greeting of the staff there. The check in process was really smooth. The HK response is really fast to your orders. The room is really spacious and highly equipped with all what you will need for business or for a short vacation.

Awesome experience. The food is amazing. The customer service is incredible. The rooms are well kept. As a non-local, you need not bother yourself about what to eat. You will find something that will interest you.

Got bitten 8 times by a mosquito in the room. Someone had a laugh and sprayed a whole fire extinguisher in the hall outside my room. People were running and screaming in the hallway at 5am. Thai restaurant was excellent.

A gorgeous hotel with a unique landscape, lovely pool and jacuzzi and a quite beautiful lake. Nice meeting rooms and remarkable tasty food varieties. I would definitely like to give it another visit.

Probably the best hotel in Cairo, great cafe's and restaurants, all the staff are polite, friendly and helpful. The rooms as you would expect are very clean and air conditioned, sound insulation ensures a good night's sleep. The whole complex is nicely laid out, it also has shops and banks.

Great hotel and great location. The bussiest street in sector 5 new Cairo. Cuisines are great but only at night as day time not all options are open. Rooms are clean with great views.

Beautiful hotel with great restaurants. Only disappointment is that the Thai restaurant was closed for renovations. They had great cover artists in the lobby and the quality of the food in the restaurants that were open was great though. I didn't stay at the hotel so I cannot comment on the rooms though.

I travel to Cairo on business, and always enjoy my stay at the Dusit Thani. The hotel rooms have definitely aged in the last 4-5 years; and started to become a little less "5-star" (especially if compared to a Gulf standard). But the breakfasts are generally very good, the bed very comfortable and the service very friendly!

5-Star Hotel in a decent standard with all comforts. Not far from the airport in new and uncongested area of Cairo. Great solution for both vacation and business.

First time I stayed here was in 2013 and was there about a month ago for one of the best massages of my life. Rooms are clean and it is a very good standard hotel. The picture here is of their lake side in the back of the restaurant. A great view. It has few good restaurant we are at the Thai restaurant which was quite delightful.

I stayed here for 2 weeks. Resort is very clean, healthy and relaxing. The staff is helpfull and very much keen for the place. I always enjoy the traditional belly dance on thursday night's. Good varity of resturants from sushi to intercontinental food is available.
