New Hotel in Cuenca, ideal for business trips, well located. It has a basic dining room called cooks but that is nice. He's got good attention. The rooms are comfortable, although it lacks perhaps a little more decoration and stationery instructions on them. I was just finishing up the bar. Access to the mall is convenient but not covered.

This Four Points is very new, regardless, the rooms walls were dirty, paint in the shower was chipped and you can hear conversations in the next room clearly. The front desk staff is very attentive, bell hops are very helpful and nice. Everyone tries their best to help. Regrettably this is not the attitude at the Cooks restaurant. We stayed during a holiday when the hotel was at occupation. The restaurant was not sufficiently stoked for demand. And what was worse, they try to force you to eat an expensive buffet when all you want is a light meal. The alternative suggestion, Expensive Room service. To top it off, this is communicated in a rude manner. It is a shame that everyone's effort is wasted because the restaurant wants to improve its average check at high occupancy.
