Good Hotel. Big and clean Rooms. Breakfast with large Selection.

Great location, friendly staff, loved our room.

Hearty breakfast buffet there is a great selection of salty and sweet food but not extraordinary the fruit juices are not very good, we are served tea coffees at the table which does not allow to tighten yourself! The hotel also has a free spa. Pretty well located in relation to the castle and the cathedral.

Four stars if you are accommodated on the road side and at least on the 4th floor (otherwise view on a wall and on the other side on buildings not pleasant) attention 5 star local standard.
On the other hand I did not appreciate the lack of shower gel and shampoo. Breakfast is very well matched and always tame. The staff is fine, but for the French, English is needed.

Not recommended because:
No German-speaking staff (see offer of the trip)
Mold "floral decorations" in the suite …
Faulty refrigerator (almost 30 degree outside temperature), faulty lamps …
Unfortunately, we, my husband and I, still had several serious shortcomings, which cannot be tolerated by us in any way in this hotel category.
For example: The replacement of the defective refrigerator took place only on Wednesday, two days after arrival (and only on demand from us)!
Furthermore, Tuesday and Wednesday were changed only after complaining about the info on our part, the dirty glasses of the previous day (although we repeatedly admonished us at the information of the hotel)!
The breakfast service of this hotel is also rated below average … For example, butter only get after demand, kiwi "bone-hard, " scrambled eggs swam in an indefinable broth, normal coffee spoon for a cafe "latte" in the tall glass (so far too short, as well as glass without a handle, touch impossible because far too hot)
The service in this house is certainly not what we expected.
Even today, the day of our departure, we were very annoyed again about the service (if you can even call it that).

Enjoyed every moment of my staying in the hotel! Excellent location close to the center but far from the crowds, view on the garden and the castle was beautiful and calming, especially charming in the morning! Very friendly staff, good breakfasts and general atmosphere of peace and relax:) Thank you!

Very accommodating hotel with a decent morning buffet, the staff is very welcoming and the rooms are very well maintained and come with most of the things you might want The location is good, even if it’s not as close to the main tourist places as some hotels are, which in my opinion is a benefit because you get to see a bit more than most people I’d recommend this to anyone who wants to stay local rather than just at a large branded hotel, since the service was just great.

I really liked it. Great service. Breakfast is very good. Including mimosas. Room was very cute. I would say it smells a bit old, but not too bad. Gym only had 2 machines… lol Sauna and jacuzzi looked great. Too bad we did not have time. IVO the Bellman has been fantastic. Really helpful. Taxi to the airport 570 ck, about 22 us $ Location is perfect Would come back.

Good welcome, breakfast is very good and the place is minutes away by foot to all main areas but still remains hidden away from the crowds a perfect get away gem.

Great hotel in beautiful quiet, yet central location.

We had a travel to Prague at 2015 newyear eve. The hotel is at a good location to both castle area and old city centre. Rooms are clean, large enough and cosy. Specificaly the personnel in the breakfast restaurant and reception are friendly, helpfull. We had the premier plus room. But it was unfortunately in the 3rd floor with a view to castle but a wall screening the beautiful garden. I think the garden can be seen from 4th and 5th floor. There is no bar or restaurant in the upper floors.

The hotel has a staff that really makes you welcome when you arrive at the hotel, and they certainly makes your stay there as a dream come true. I arrived the hotel together with 9 of my friends. Although we where quite unstructured group of people the staff continued to make us fees special and they never lost their smile. :) The location of the hotel is superb, the castle is in the bedroom window and old town is just over the bridge. Tram is also quite near for those who need to travel further. Standard of the rooms are great, spacey and well equipped, the beds could have been a bit more soft, but that is a personal request. Breakfast is served at the hotel and it is a nice buffet. You can also request a omelette that will be made for you while you in the buffet area. I will not hesitate to recommend hotel Royal Palace to all my friends and family.

Amazing hotel, breathtaking views of Prague Castle and extremely polite staff.

I booked this hotel one month in advance via internet. When I arrived there were no rooms available (the official excuse was that a group of Italian tourists had ruined 10 rooms). Despite myself I had to accept an equivalent alternative accommodation. For this inconvenience the hotel has offered a transfer to the airport.
