Not recommended because:
No German-speaking staff (see offer of the trip)
Mold "floral decorations" in the suite …
Faulty refrigerator (almost 30 degree outside temperature), faulty lamps …
Unfortunately, we, my husband and I, still had several serious shortcomings, which cannot be tolerated by us in any way in this hotel category.
For example: The replacement of the defective refrigerator took place only on Wednesday, two days after arrival (and only on demand from us)!
Furthermore, Tuesday and Wednesday were changed only after complaining about the info on our part, the dirty glasses of the previous day (although we repeatedly admonished us at the information of the hotel)!
The breakfast service of this hotel is also rated below average … For example, butter only get after demand, kiwi "bone-hard, " scrambled eggs swam in an indefinable broth, normal coffee spoon for a cafe "latte" in the tall glass (so far too short, as well as glass without a handle, touch impossible because far too hot)
The service in this house is certainly not what we expected.
Even today, the day of our departure, we were very annoyed again about the service (if you can even call it that).
After we had put together our breakfast at the breakfast buffet, we were allowed to wait for our ordered drink, in this case normal coffee, about 15 minutes.
Only after a two-time request for coffee did we get it … With breakfast, however, we were done!
Even the offered prosecco was scarf, nothing more noticeable of the usual tingling of a prosecco.
We will certainly remember this stay at this or G. Hotel for a long time to come. We can't remember ever experiencing such poor service in a hotel of this category (5 stars) …
