I was lucky enough to spend 4 days with friends at Casa Del Reloj this past week. I cannot say enough good things about the place. The architecture was breath taking, the interior design all the way down to the couches were stylish and comfortable, the 5 Star amenities were lavish, the location was smack in the middle of a beautiful and trendy night life scene with great restaurants. Staying there made our trip so memorable. The entire staff (especially Annie, Damaris and Luz) were so incredibly welcoming and accommodating with everything from hotel services to food to arranging activities and transportation. Everything was effortless. Beautiful building in a gorgeous location run by awesome people. Our only regret was not staying there longer. I can’t wait to go back.

We recently stayed a week in Casa Del Reloj. I constantly have friends and co-workers that stay in different locations in Medellin, so I’m very familiar with Numerous Airbnb and High end hotels like the Charlee. I believe Casa del Reloj is the best both combination of both. You have the Liberty of an Airbnb but the service of a High End Hotel. The location is private and at the same time close to all the best restaurants and night life, you are walking distance to everything. The actual location is very beautiful it has a brick colonial style design, the Jacuzzi is great you can just sit back and relax, all the rooms are very comfortable. They have direct TV and we were able to watch all the NBA Playoff Games. The Staff is very friendly and accommodating, they helped book reservations and exclusive restaurants, the also facilitated parking for when I needed to use it. In one instance we had forgotten to put the “please come and clean sign” on our door and when the staff was ready to leave at 4:30 pm I asked them I could just have some fresh towels, they still came in, changed all the towels, cleaned the sheets, and washed all the dishes. They also facilitated the check out since we were leaving on sat at 4:30am to the airport, they came in checked everything and gave us back our cash security deposit. This is by far one my favorite locations in Medellin and we will be staying here again.

Cascada is one of the most beautiful places i've stayed in. We were a group of three couples and it was perfect for us, you have privacy and company at the same time. It's surprising how quiet the apartment is, if you walk for a minute you are in the best zone of the city: many bars, restaurants and nice people, but you don't hear any noise when you are in the apartment. The beds are extremely comfortable and all the furniture in general is just perfect, they really take car…e of everything here and you can tell that by how clean it is. The waterfall and the jacuzzi are a whole new experience but the apartament itself is magical: beautifil and functional architecture that simply puts you in a good mood. The internet was very fast too, the door opens with code and the hosts made everything to make our stay perfect. I loved being there and hope to come back soon.

Was there in November and loved it! Great location beautiful apartments and even better staff if your planning a trip to Medellin I definitely recommend Casa Del reloj.

Great place, Good location, excellent staff-I loved this site, the apartments are comfortable you feel like home they have washer dryer kitchen equipped The attention of all the excellent staff very collaborators with everything we need on our stay, It is very well located, many restaurants and malls nearby. Wn my next visit to Medellin I'm staying at the clock House.

From booking to check out was an awesome experience. Stayed in the penthouse and it was a very nice place. All the staff were very personable. Had great Wi-Fi that worked the whole time. Had a BBQ that made it nice for having a few guest over for some food. Nice jacuzzi on the roof top was a plus. Medellín usually has great weather so having a roof top area was very nice. Highly recommend staying at the casa del reloj.

I have just returned from one of the more magical trips I have been on. Every year, I take the family (wife, kids, their spouses or significant others) on a vacation. We’ve been all over-from Paris to Costa Rica to Napa, etc. This year, at the suggestion of a friend, we tried Medellin. He suggested we stay at the Casa Del Roloj. What a find! The pictures don’t do it justice. Because we like to stay at a place with the bedrooms attached to a common area rather than a typical hotel where there is no place for us to congregate. This set up, an apartment with four bedrooms, seemed ideal. It was. Due to the year-round mild climate, the living room is, in part, roofless. The indoor/outdoor combination was sensational. The bedrooms were very nice and air conditioned. The view from the upper deck was great. It was as nice of an experience as we have had anywhere and the kids (aged 23-30) loved it. But, there was more. The building is located in a quaint area with literally dozens of great restaurants and bars. It was quiet and lively at the same time. We felt safe and the locals were very friendly toward Americans. The highlight, though, was the level of service. The owner, J. P. Was wonderful. He would walk us to restaurants if we didn’t know how to get there. He knew all the locals and would help translate the menus. He helped put us in contact with tour people.

What a great place to stay. Right outside the front door is El Poblado where you can walk to Parque Lleras for any great international restaurant. Inside Casa Del Reloj we found amazing attention to detail. A brand new colonial modern furnished short term apartment rental for individuals or larger groups. I've stayed in several units. The Cascada apartment has a jacuzzi and waterfall feature right in the living room. Great way to relax at anytime of day. The massage jets will work you over like a massage. The beds are extra long and nice and firm. Extra pillows included. Rock carved bathroom sinks, 150 year old railroad tie hand made lamp. Custom sofas with ergonomic lower back support. (Why can't they do this in the USA? ). Ceiling fans made it feel like the AC was running. Light switches at the bed so you don't need to get out of bed. Extra power outlets and reading lamp as well for our convenience. Exceptionally well thought out to the last detail. All the units I stayed in were open to the sky with 'vacios' that make you fell lime you are bringing nature right into your living room. Enjoy the gardens 'Jardin' apartment as well. The service of the owner and host were fantastic as well. Quick responses to all my questions. For all of you that consider luxury as an important part of your life, consider Casa del Reloj for a great experience in the heart of Medellin.

My visit to the beautiful city of Medellin was fascinating, living with my boyfriend in The Sky of the Clock House, a place very relaxing, natural, rustically luxurious, with an elegant colonial style, amazing gardens with bbq facilities, a rooftop terrace and a jacuzzi lovely, very romantic conducive to enjoy it in a group of friends or as a couple, as well as my experience, so nice with several tourist attractions close-to-eat dishes of national and international, to buy, a stroll in the park, going out to clubs and above all to take an exquisite colombian coffee, I would recommend a long stay in the apartments exceptional Clock House.

My girlfriend and I stayed here several nights. The waterfall feature drops water into an amazing in-ground Jacuzzi, where we soaked and relaxed and could see the huge 60" flat panel TV. We were walking distance to all the best restaurants imaginable; Indian, Thai, Japanese sushi, Colombian, Italian, Mexican, Fusion, American, Mediterranean. And for desserts, ohhhh, la la… gelato ice cream, coffee shops, and so many more. Jean-Paul, the owner, was an exceptional host, pointing out all the intricacies of the colonial style design elements. There were hand crafted circular stairs and 150+ year old railroad ties fashioned into an overhead lamp, and so much more. This place is much better than the pictures. If you're looking for a great place different than the everyday hotel world, this is a MUST STAY RETREAT!
