➜ Warm atmosphere, excellent cuisine, nice place to stay during our trip to Gaspésie.
➜ On my last stay, I had my room late, so I was taken with my spouse and child to drive around for a good hour and a half. I was told that my room was not yet available because the housekeeper had not finished yet, but just before we had just rented a room to someone who did not have a reservation… The receptionist allowed herself to pass me a derogatory and unsessional comment about the room I had rented the day before. The whirlpool in my suite was not functional every other night. It's flat a bit to pay and have that kind of service.

No! The room was still good but the service was not! The staff at the reception, with the exception of the girl, really lacks professionalism. I must tell you that the smile was really not present. Even if we wear the mask, a smile can be seen in the eyes, the intonation of the voice, etc. Our stay took place during the Dodge Cup so yes we were among the families of hockey players!
No room service! We had to take our dirty towels back to the reception to be able to receive clean ones; we had to pick up waste bags at the reception to empty our waste ourselves.
The staff even allowed themselves to tell me: "I like hockey team groups the least! And by the way, you will sleep in the same dirty sheets during your 5 nights! ». I therefore advise them to avoid accepting this type of reservation in the future.
I do not recommend this establishment because of the poor service.
