➜ Nice and friendly staff, great room with lake view, indoor pool and awesome billiards!
➜ We were very disappointed with the service and the hotel in general. We were 2 adults and 1 children so we had a room with 2 double beds.
1 — when we arrived in the room there were only 2 towels and 1 washcloth and this was also the case when the housekeeper is going to change the towels.
2 — we did not have hot water for a whole morning.
3 — The maid was frankly not very impressive. She simply covered the sheets and taponer pillows with the bedspread. That's the kind of thing an 8-year-old does when he tries to convince you that he made his bed.
4 — we were supposed to release the room at 12:00 and since we had not had time to pack the bags before we were still in the room at 12:02. Well, the housekeeper came knocking on the door to put us out.
5 — Cleanliness really left it wanting… so much that we had to rewash our shower to remove the pubic hair of a stranger, a horror what.
6 — The payment of the house was made on the credit card without our authorization, in our absence and when they were specifically told to multiple repossession that we pair in cash.

Don’t expect a palace, more like a well kept Super8. Some direct motel like rooms. Some rooms with a nice view on the river, outdoor chairs. Indoor pool. Pastali restaurant on site see review. Bar realy in need of updating, now looks like left in the 80’s. Not a bad place, clean rooms and in general, nice polite staff, in the process of a slow but ongoing major refurbishment.
