Very nice place to stay then visit downtown Quebec city using the 15 minute ferry crossing the St-Lawrence river. Room was nice and clean, quiet. A generous breakfast buffet type is available and very good. Staff is patient and helpful. For sure will be coming back at this hotel for our next visit to Quebec.

Very impressive hotel. The room is outstanding with great furniture and layout, excellent comfortable beds, and was even outfitted with a dog corner where we found a dog bed, bowls, bags, and treats! The staff definitely go above and beyond here. I truly wish I was staying here longer.

Nice clean hotel with very good breakfast. Just came back one night found my room door left open because the metal lock arm was stuck between the door and the wall, probably forgotten by the room sevice staff. Nothing was stolen, but I was scared to go into the oom and had to go back to the receptionist to report the issue and ask for someone to accompany me.

One of the excellent experience we have. Room we got is excellent, daily room service was perfect and morning breakfast is one of the best we have in comparison to other hotels stays. 5 min drive to fairy terminal from where you can go to quebec city and explore on foot.

What a great pet-friendly hotel! The bilingual, helpful staff were outstanding. For example, I accidentally broke a doorknob and maintenance had it replaced before I even made it back to my room! The bed was soul-sucking (that means we had a great sleep). The washroom had a large jet tub and beautiful shower. It was just what we needed after a long day of driving. We wish we had more time and energy to take the ferry into Quebec city. We had my little pup with us. You have to call ahead to let them know about your animal so they can deck the room out for them. There was a dog bed, bowls for food and water, a poop bag, and a little treat waiting for her. The room was so spacious that I could play fetch with my fur friend. It was the best stay she ever had in a hotel. We want to go back to visit Quebec city and we have already decided to stay here, at the Quality Inn in Lévis, instead of in Old Quebec. I'm going to make it a point to stay here every time I need to stop over. This place deserves all the stars! ☄️

Beautiful hotel, clean and welcoming. Courtesy staff, friendly Large rooms. Only downside, in 2018 hotels with carpet floors is unpleasant. I prefer hard floors. Otherwise I'd give 5 stars. Lunch included is one of the best buffets included hotels I have frequented. I recommend this place.

Beautiful, clean room. Friendly, helpful staff. Pool was a bit small. The free breakfast was amazing! Plenty of hot, delicious food! And coffee, juice and water any time of the day! Highly recommend!

Quality inn is an amazing place clean well decorated in immaculate condition. Breakfast in the morning. You can have coffee and juice all day long. I would give 5 star.

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. Nice room, comfortable beds, very good breakfast. Well kept property, very clean and very friendly staff. The pool is the icing on the cake. There is a good restaurant just across the street.

It’s a little on the more expensive side, but it’s very popular and the building is very new and clean. Rooms are large and very comfortable. Breakfast choices are the best out of all the hotels I have stayed at.

Very courteous Service, the places are clean and comfortable. The soundproofing of the rooms is not at the top, I heard the sound of the TV from the next room… The morning buffet is varied and the fruits are fresh. No problem to park since the parking lot is great.

My husband and I are traveling back to Ottawa from Newfoundland. This was one of the best hotels. We had a suite for a great price. Very clean and quiet. Room had lots of space and extra in the room, robs! If you have to stop Levis, this is the place. Breakfast was very good lots to choose from.

A nice hotel near the freeway. We stayed there for a weekend, but we will stay there again. Good breakfast included.

This is our second stay and certainly not the last. In 3 nights, only negative point is the matelad too firm to my taste and feather style pillow… no support. And I would add a little near the motorway (noisy, although soundproof compared to other hotels) but for all the rest, nice home, hot and varied breakfast (small buffet + continental + waffle with real maple syrup) coffee machine and Hot drinks, as well as juice machine, all free and at will 24h. The pool clean and beautiful style with the patio set.
The equipment in the rooms is functional and well arranged. A lot of surface. Nice light and warm and modern decor. Small fridge, Keurig coffee maker and microwave! Large flat screen with local stations (cable). Safety box. Smart Plugs (USB) very convenient. Bathroom standard but very clean and everything worked fine. Plus value for free products such as Q-tip, Cleansing wipes, bath cap, ear plugs and eye cover mask.
Basically I would recommend and I would go back again without hesitation.

Stayed there at short notice. Two kids and a dog. Room great and equipped with dog bed and bowls. Great breakfast as well.

It was time to get off the highway and find a place to rest our heads. We were pleasntly surprised. We would recommend it and hope to stay again one day.

We have stayed here a few times. This is a great hotel especially with dogs. The parking lot is surrounded by grass so not like some other hotels where there isn't a close place for dogs to relieve themselves. We have two German Shepherds and we like to stay in a one bedroom suite. They always have a dog bed and treats for our dogs in the room waiting for us.

Hotel catastrophic. Noise due to the animals and motorways. To avoid absolutely. Of scammers they charge hidden fees. They charge$ 41 a simple local telephone call. The swimming pool is too small. Gym to a single person. Staff not nice and not respectful. Loss of money with this hotel.

Really good, reasonable price, very friendly staff (Allo Alexandre and Francois! ), polite and helpful, clean room, comfortable (with a microwave this is great! ) and rather well soundproofed, good breakfast included (with lots of choice). A nice addition: coffee and juice available at will 24 hr, swimming Pool A little small but clean and well maintained. Close to everything by car, I recommend!

We stayed here with my son's hockey team during a tournament. Excellent stay! Rooms were clean and up kept. The breakfast was very good as well… maybe a little more variety, but very good. The coffee was great! From regular coffee to lattes to capacuinos… and all day! Can't ask for more. Would stay here again and recommend this place to friends and family.

Like the last Quality Inn we stayed at, the bed was hard as a rock. It would not have been my first choice, but we had to take it. I gave the hotel 4 stars for the amazing service. We had a dog with us and they provided food and water dishes, a feeding mat, a dog bed, a dog blanket, poop bags and even a treat for our dog. Never seen anything like it. I was very impressed. Room was clean and modern.

We were pretty pleased with our room. It was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The only complaint would be the ice on the window and the room didn't get super warm. But besides that, the room and breakfast were very good.

I've stayed here many times in the past travelling back and forth from Ontario. The Staff are very courteous and friendly, the rooms are always clean and well stocked with the basics and the hotel itself is very neat and tidy. The free breakfast is very nice. There's a pool and small gym as well. I upgraded to a room with a whirlpool when I arrived and it was no issue as it was available and, it was perfect for after a long drive. Rates are very competitive to any other chain and worth every penny.

Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good — one of the better hotel complimentary breakfasts we've had. Service was also good. Great location if you want to park your car at the ferry in Levis and spend a day in old Quebec.

Very clean room, and up to date, beautiful art work in rooms and hallways. Breakfast was wonderful. We checked in around 9pm and they had coffee, juices, cappuccinos, fruit, even some oatmeal packs, that was great for a lite supper. Staff was friendly and kind.

Front desk service was top notch, and very helpful, even in a foreign language (English). Rooms were clean and well kept. Location was fantastic, very close to an excellent Quebec-only chain rotisserie restaurant which was a pleasure to try for the first time.

Called 2 hours before we needed a room and they had availability, this process was easy and friendly. We were upgraded to a junior suite, it was a lovely room with a king size bed and jacuzzi. Tons of room in the room itself, we could have ballroom danced! Free breakfast that was serving until 10:00 am, we showed up at 9:50 and they were still adding hot food for us stragglers. Only issue was the ductless AC was directed right at our pillows, had to turn it off as we could see no way to divert the direction of the air blowing on us even at the lowest setting, this is a design flaw in this room, no idea if the other rooms are similar.

This was our second stay at this hotel in the last eight months. We called in advance to tell them we were bringing our three month old puppy and they were happy to accommodate. When we arrived our room was clean and they even had a dog bed, dishes, and a hand towel laid out for the puppy. The staff was stellar as always and the breakfast was superb as far as hotel breakfasts go. This hotel has quickly become the landmark hotel when we travel. We will continue to contact them first for availability when planning future trips!

I was so pleased with our stay! The rooms are nice and clean, nice pool (which my 5 year old loved), play room for the kids as well as a play set in the back. My husband was very happy with the gym. It's not very big, but nice. He was able to get a workout in at the end of the day. The beds are not the best I've ever slept on. But they were clean, and I still had a good sleep. The staff set up the playpen for my 10 month with no extra charge like the bigger hotels. Which was …so nice. The breakfast in the morning was awesome! I have a food allergy to MSG and find it hard to eat at these types of things. I left full, they have real eggs! Not the box stuff. They have waffles, cereal, bagels, breads, rolls, fruit, hash browns, sausages, juice, coffee and so much more! It was wonderful! We will be stopping here more often, so pleased with everything. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay. Thank you. We will be back.

Great customer service. The people at front desk are very helpful. Great breakfast. We love that there is a play structure, playroom and pool to keep kids busy. Unlimited coffee and juice is great too. Rooms are nice and clean.

This was a great stop on our way to Vancouver, staff were very friendly, but my room was next to the construction zone so it was loud at some points.

Awesome hotel. Staff was super polite and friendly. Rooms were modern and clean. The free breakfast was awesome as we could take as much food as we wanted. They also provide free orange/apple/iced tea juice near the front desk for free at all times. Very generous place. HIGHLY recommend!

Moreover, she went above and beyond her duties suggesting local cousine, translating from French to English plus she called out and placed order on my behalf. With service like that I'd gladly stay there again…

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It is brand new and very tidy. Everything you would expect at a high end hotel but at a fraction of the price. Located in Levis which is just on the outskirts of Quebec City, it has MANY close ammenities. My next trip through I will definiately be staying here. Highly recommended for anyone travelling to or even travelling past, Quebec City.
