I stay here every year traveling to Ontario to visit family. This year is the first that I have been disappointed with this hotel. There was no luggage holder in the room. There was no refrigerator in the room. The mattresses were creaky and you can feel the springs at the edges. Previously the beds have been awesome. I think they just need to be replaced. If you can't trust a room to have a good bed you might as well stay somewhere cheaper.

Area under construction. Don't expect a nice view. The hotel is brand new and decorated nicely. They offer a free shuttle service to the ferry terminal. Then you can take a short boat ride to Old Quebec.

Nice, clean place. There are lots of shops near by. They also offer free shuttle service to and from Quebec ferry terminal. Only two short comings. 1) all the restaurants close at 8 or 9pm. 2) there is no indoor pool. Wonder how outdoor pool works in winter!

Beautiful Hotel from an aesthetic point of view. The big snag, in our room 804, during our stay from August 17-19 last. The person in charge of the household seem to have forgotten the bathroom. Hair in the bath, as well as the trash filled with pretty hair other than ours. The towels were stained and some appeared to have already been used by other guests. Once we clean ourselves everything the bathroom. The bath cap didn't work very well during the first shower. We had to call the concierge who himself found the cork difficult, we had to force it to open this one. When we arrived at the counter when I talked about the bathroom, we didn't seem very concerned about the room's cleanliness problem.

It was fine the pool was really small and the pull out couch was tiny. My feet would hang out and I'm not that tall. Otherwise service was great, staff were really nice. They came too help when we couldn't get the pull out to work. Also nearby there is a really good restaurant called cosmos and it's really nice not even having to walk more then 100 meterz too get delicious food!

Ask for renovated rooms on higher floor On a long drive back to Ontario and was looking for a place to sleep mid-drive. Got a really good rate being an SPG points member online — rates here are 1/3 cheaper than in Quebec and you’re getting a MUCH better room. Thanks to other reviewer tips I asked for a renovated room on the higher floors. Got a beautiful room, love the hardwood floors with nice rug in the bed area. Big room, big TV, fridge and simple coffee maker. Washroom is huge and Scandinavian design of grey stone and white fixtures — loved it. Stand up shower was great. Only drawback is the “pool”, we had small kids with us and this was a big reason we booked here after a long drive — but it’s a very very small pool. It’s outside and essentially a large hot tub. Was wonderful when we were alone, so warm and fresh being outside… but then a big group showed up and it was not fun. Poor design with the change rooms and having to go to the front desk for towels. That being said this place is attached to a conference centre and this would be awesome alone on business. Staff are friendly and used to English speakers, another thing you won’t get in Quebec City.

The poutine at the restaurant was incredible! Room and hotel are beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Would have been nice if there were a fridge in the room, and if the bathroom door had a lock.

The menu is much much too expensive. $6 for a bobbin? $9 for two toasts? The view goes far but mostly construction sites and wastelands, empty stationements. The room is comfortable (spring bed) and there is a lot of pillow. The shower is gigantic and the accommodations are perfect. The staff are smiling and warm. The hotel is close to everything. I'll give 3.5 * out of 5.

Clean and spacious rooms. The check-in was extremely quick, which was much appreciated after a long day on the road. The hotel is quiet and perfect a good night's sleep. Located close to shopping and restaurants.

We stay here frequently on the way back form our summer vacation in PEI. The hotel has large, quiet, clean rooms, the hotel staff are friendly, and the location is convenient to the highway. Dining options are available nearby.

Have been staying there regularly for training. The staff is courteous and helpful (I'm including the staff from Cosmos). The rooms are spacious and clean. They are currently remodeling rooms unfortunately I have not yet seen the new design and I have yet to find time to make it to the outdoor heated pool which they keep open in the winter. All in all this is a very good hotel to stay at.

Very good but Jaurais liked a small table to eat. It was not super eating on the dresser without being able to watch TV.

No microwave no fridge cheap presswood furniture on site restaurant way overpriced!

Great hotel. Close to everything and very clean. The kids also loved it.

Amazing hotel. Only stayed one night, but the hotel restaurant is actually one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. Staff was bilingual and very accommodating. The bar was fantastic as well. The room was in fantastic condition, with a great view of the surrounding city. Good location in terms of other dining options and activities as well! Would stay again for sure!

Great Hotel! Friendly, friendly, clean and the staff is very nice! Lunch is not included, but the hotel offers a discount applicable to the restaurant Le Cosmos located in the building.

Very good service and comfortable room. The heating and air conditioning system is silent and the finish is spotless.

Excellent hotel is also close to the ferry is father that experience, also get into the pool with warm water with a climate of — 25 ° C.

Very nice hotel. Was automatically upgraded and the king room has a massive bath tub. My only complaint is they need larger tv's in the room. Mine was 24"

Great hotel, good service, only downside is that there is no USB plug in the rooms.

The rooms are beautiful spacious and comfortable and the conference rooms are ideal for working meetings.

Only snag! My room was too close to the elevator which bothers a few bit. In addition, the insulation of the door leading to the corridor was poorly installed so I could see the lighting in the corridor and heard the people being talked about. There's room for improvements.

Clean, professional, and overall well run location. The staff are friendly and although the location is a bit out of Quebec City, you hey what you pay for.

Overall pretty good hotel. We ended up in room 816, a room with a queen and a pull out sofa mattress. The double bed was comfy however the pull out sofa bed was much less comfortable than most hotel sofa beds and you could feel every spring. However, I don't believe this is the standard in the hotel as we have stayed here before, and we were simply unlucky this time. Staff were very kind and there is a cosmos restauraunt attached which I would highly recommend.

Nice modern hotel with great service. It is in a French city, but they were very accommodating for English language guests. Rooms are clean and the cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. Central location and they have a shuttle to the ferry which takes you to Old Quebec. I've been coming here for years when I travel.

We were on a floor renovating then bguitare and dust at the rendezvous. … also I if asked for a room with 2 queen beds and we have UK a queen bed and a retractable bed. Very uncomfortable beds. I don't think going back to this hotel unfortunately. …

I arrived late at the hotel, the front desk agent was working alone. And she was very busy. There was a line up. But she was friendly to everyone. Explain what was open at the time we arrived. The room was nice. The A/C was just at the right temperature. Excellent customer service there. Thank for making my one night so comfortable.

Best accommodations in Levi's, QC. Hotel is comfortable and the rooms are decorated with modern decor. The hotel has Wi-Fi complementary and fitness center. There is a small bar in the lobby and conveniently located with conference space for any visiting business needs. Cosmos Levi's is right across the hallway for breakfast or dinner options. Located within 5 min of all major employers within Levi's. I stay here at least 3 times a year and would be unlikely to go anywhere else.

Always stay here when in the area. One of the better Four Points I've been to across the country. Super clean, great staff. Everything really nice.

It is a good value for money place. Provides you with Sheraton expected standard of service. The neighborhood is quiet with options for shopping within 5 minutes of drive.

Nice clean modern renovated rooms. Lots of outlets for all our devices. Excellent house keeping. Decent free Wi-Fi. Plenty of parking. The ferry is a 8 min drive straight down a single avenue. Minor gripes: Bathroom sinks could be wider and don't expect to go swimming in the pool, its more like a really big hot tub.

Good place, but far from old Quebec, there is no bridge T~T.

Regular room, difficult access to the hotel, parking and gravel without security camera, inadequate service from the receptionist, poor sound insulation, we were woken several times by the construction, doors banging all night, women in households that vacuuming in the hallway etc. Uniform dust on the headboard and the drinking glasses. Very small gym.

What a beautiful hotel. We stayed there as our mid-way point on a drive from Toronto to Halifax. What a treat! We had a room on the top floor, right on the corner, so the view was amazing. The floor to ceiling windows were great. The room was well divided into a sitting room, office area, bedroom and even had a small kitchenette. The bathroom was big, clean and bright. The deep soaker tub and separate shower were an unexpected treat. BUT, the best part. The outdoor pool/hot tub. We went at night, it was — 14 degrees. The water was so warm and the pool was beautifully lit. It was amazing to sit in it, warm and toasty with snow and ice all around us. We actually woke up an hour earlier to go in again before we left. You MUST try it if you go.
