I highly recommend! Front staff are kind. Room was very spacious and clean. Bed was so comfortable and shower had great pressure. The only negative I have is the breakfast room is way too small. Breakfast was goid but no room to sit and eat. Next visit I will bring my breakfast to my room.

It was a very good stay. The employees were friendly and caring. The lunch buffet was very good and varied, the room was comfortable, and the place was convenient for a stop on the way; close to the highway. The room was quite clean, but there were old glasses hanging around when we arrived. We'd stay there again!

All right, I was in the bottom of the hotel so little noise. Seems that the rooms are closer to the entrance have more noise in the morning because of the lunch. The room was very clean and comfortable. The water was not drinkable because of renovation but we were offered bottled water at will.

Stay was excellent and the front desk staff was wonderful. At one point we hoped toorder delivery to our room but because we spoke no french we were unable to easily communicate through phone. The front desk staff was very kind and made the call for us.

A fine mid quality hotel. Basically clean. Breakfast adequate. Pillows very nice. Didn't interact with the staff much. Handy location to Levis ferry and other attractions. As a penny pincher, I'm satisfied.

Good enough. Nothing fancy but clean and comfy enough. Does not have baggage storage if you arrive early for check in or need to switch rooms for multiple reservations. Edit : finally the manager authorized me to stay in the same room for my second reservation! Thanks.

Rooms are nice and clean, but the heater was so loud that we couldn't keep it on overnight.

Excellent service. La dame à la réception nous a appelé à la chambre pour nous demander si tout était à notre goût. Les lieux étaient propres et le déjeuner était bon. J'y sénourne une fois par mois et je ne suis pas décue!

Polite, efficient and courteous staff. The rooms are quite good The comfort of the beds is remarkable! Good breakfast. We hear a lot of the highway but we are really close so a little normal. Well liked my experience. Good price.

Ok. Cheap at all. Reception a bit cold but for the price even if the staff is not too smiling it does the job.

My husband and I got to the hotel moments before a couple of bus loads of tourists arrived but lucked out with a room as they had just had a cancellation. We were thrilled to get a suite with a king bed for $125 for the night. It was very clean with a wonderful amount of space and the bed was super comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great! This is by far the nicest Comfort Inn we have stayed in and we highly recommend it!

We went for the long weekend of thanksgiving, we stay two nights, both days we were please with our rooms, clean and spacious. Attendants were kind, breakfast was fine, don't expect a buffet as this is a small overnight hotel. Overall we like it even though is around 20 min. Away from old Quebec city.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, clean room except for a sticky spot on the nightstand and an unknown hair on a bath towel. Reasonable price.

Room had a comfortable bed, mini fridge, and microwave. Hotel is right off the Trans Canadian, and has a hot breakfast featuring waffles. Front desk staff are bilingual (french-english)!

Has everything you could expect in a comfort inn. Clean, comfortable rooms in a cute charming setting. Building appears to be recently updated. Free internet and free breakfast added to the experience. If you are planning to head into Quebec City I highly recommend driving to the ferry and taking in into the city. It's a short drive from the hotel and drops you in beautiful old Quebec! Overall, this has been an excellent place to stay and a real money saver.

I wish it was a little less expensive BUT the room was lovely and clean. The bed was perfect and the pillows luscious. The staff were fantastic and knowledgeable in both languages. Overall a fantastic stay!

Decent, the rooms are just too small. The breakfast wasn't the best: the eggs we're watery and the sasagues we're hard.

Well first of all my husband and I travelled a cross Canada staying in the comfort inns along the way. Everything was pretty much the same till we arrived at this one. It was Double the price, the pet fee was double the price, and they charge you for the bottle of water that's in your room. It's unreal. We've travelled to Third world countries and have never been charged for what should be complimentary water. I'm not one to write a bad review and I've written may. But this place although clean they charge to much for a one night stay. Very disappointed! Will not stay here again.

Location is very good close to main roads, shopping downtown and easy access to get out of town. Staff are very good. Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable.

Very good hotel which has just been completely renovated. Staff are welcoming and there's a good hot breakfast. We enjoyed our stay so it is certain that we will be back.

Convenience — Located just off the Highway and is great to stopover on our semi annual trip to Montreal. And the restaurants are a walking distance so once you park there is no need to get in the car again until your stay is over. The breakfasts are also a nice feature.

Close to highway, complimentary breakfast set up early so travelers could get a good start, very accommodating staff, quiet and comfortable.
