Extremely clean, large suite with fireplace & jacuzzi, 2 tv. Separate bedroom which works well for us as I go to sleep earlier than my husband.

Very nice and clean. Staff was excellent. Although not worth $747.00 for two night. Realized it was the long weekend but that was Abit extreme.

Clean, nice, updated hotel. 4 pillows per bed, comfortable mattresses, nice sized TV. Was disappointed that we couldn't book in Kingston but this hotel and town is a nice surprise, plus the drive to Kingston from this hotel is not a big deal. Would come back here in a heart beat! ❤❤❤

Clean room. Good AC. Breakfast buffet is decent. Comfortable bed with choice of firm or soft pillows. I like all while bedding/comforter — can tell it's clean. Very friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Nothing spectacular but I have no complaints.

We are a family of 4, we stay at motels all over Ontario doing family things. This by far is one of the best places we have stayed at. The rooms were clean, beds were super comfortable. The pool was nice and warm and there were always lots of dry towels. It was quiet relaxing, staff was friendly. The hot breakfast included was amazing!

Had to stop for a night thank goodness it was late and had to leave early, had to get someone to open window so I could breath in room $180 for 1 night king room bed was comfortable but wouldn't want to spend much time in room awake.

Beautiful hotel, recently renovated, rooms spaceous and clean & you have the choice to open your window 4-5 inches rather than have a noisey A\C running! Great breakfast, hot choices and incl. With room price! Staff very friendly and cordial! Will definitely return! Best motel in Gan for the price!

Big rooms and clean. Nice and modern furniture. Patty at front desk was super sweet and made my check in super easy and fast. Only problem I had were a couple of files in the room as the weather gets hotter but I took care of them with the hair spray lol.

Great modern hotel located near the highway and casino. Perfect location to stop for the night or plan a weekend visit to 1000 islands area. Very nice rooms, lobby, and complimentary breakfast.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Great breakfast. Had the pool to ourselves. Room could have been a bit cleaner … dusty in bedroom and microwave was dirty. Heat didn't work in bedroom but we didn't need it so only informed front desk as we were leaving. Staff very friendly and courteous. Grandson loved the jet tub in living room … he could watch TV while he soaked.

Beautiful hotel. We had a suite which was just outstanding. Clean room great jacuzzi tub. Bed was in a separate room and very comfortable.

Excellent hotel with exceptional, friendly, yet professional, staff from reception, housekeeping, and maintenance. I stayed in a suite one time, and a 2-bed room another time. The suite was one of the nicest rooms I've stayed in compared to other hotels. The 3rd floor suite had a view looking out toward a pond and forested area. Modern accommodations, with a great indoor pool, exercise room, plentiful breakfast buffet, and fresh coffee available 24/7.

Your normal Holiday Inn. Nothing different from what you got used too. The suits are spacious, clean and they updated them a little in the windows treatment area and with electric, fake fireplace. The express serves the all known breakfast. The hotel is on the main street, near quite few restaurants, many car service or dealerships and Tim Horton's in about 500m. Overall a good hotel to stop ut; they also have a pool and a fitness room.

It was a fantastic stay. Hubby and I dished out a little more for the king suite with jacuzzi and it was so worth it. Staff was friendly, the room was extremely clean and there was a sense of comfort everywhere you went.

One of the finest little express around. Tracy was a front desk delight. Knowledgeable, friendly and intelligent. Wow. Go enjoy.

This stay was hands down a GREAT experience and am very happy to recommend. To give a quick start to my wife and I vacation we checked into another hotel in the same down which was less then a 1 star. We then checked out this holiday inn express with no clue as to what we were getting into and were both very happy with the customer service, accommodations, breakfast that I felt it necessary to pass along such good reviews. Also I hope you have the privilege of checking in when Patty is working, her customer service skills and attention to detail put her in a small percentage of folks who do this job. I frequent a lot of hotels for business and pleasure and she could work at a big resort and have no problems with doing a fantastic job, but we were extremely glad she was at this small town hotel for us and our visit. So if your passing by or making vacaction plans in this town don't look any further.

Recently located a couple of kilometres from the centre of Gananoque. The room was large and spacious but not very clean, the bed really comfortable. Breakfast Mon bad among other things included in the price of the room. Wi-Fi slow. Staff very cold and spicciativo.

We always enjoy staying at this Holiday Inn Express. Wonderful, helpful staff. Housekeepers do a great job of providing a clean room. The hot breakfast is delicious.

Nice hotel with large rooms.

This was the cleanest hotel room I have ever seen in my life. I'm serious! Beds were super comfortable. Very quiet — never disturbed by hallway traffic. Great service and the breakfast in the a. M. Was comprehensive! Included hot items like BACON, sausage, eggs, pancakes as well as hot and cold cereals, toast, bagels, yogurts, juice, and fruits. Coffee was good! Nice little pool. Dog friendly. My ONLY complaint is lack of towel racks in the bathroom — there were hooks for only 2 towels so we had to hang facecloths and hand towels on the shower curtain bar and around the room. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay again soon.

TERRIBLE HOTEL! Our coordinator books 1, 000s of room nights monthly. He pays for all rooms. We only EVER provide a credit card for incidentals. AFTER we had checked into hotel they lied about agreed terms and DEMANDED full payment for all rooms up front. When told that was not agreement they threatened to bill all of the individual credit cards they had from us. LIARS! 33 more identical reviews will follow mine later this week. AND another 36 for the hotel next door sharing same owner. Don't trust them.

Nice, clean and modern up to date rooms. The breakfast is complementry. The pool was cold and there was no bar. We had a pleasant stay in Gananoque.

Fresh and clean rooms and common areas. Large number of suites with jacuzzi tubs and larger than average rooms. Full banquet facilities for business or pleasure and centrally located on the 401 corridor as well as being close to the Thousand Islands bridge and within walking distance to the Shorelines Casino.

I am very pleased with the room we recieved. It was extremely clean and very comfortable! I was happy to learn it has a pool and they serve breakfast from 7am-10am.

Nice clean hotel. Renovated floors, new carpets. Smells brand new. Front desk guy was very nice on the midnight shift he even gave me a deal on the room then the actual price.

Everything was great, big spacious room, clean big bright bathroom. Breakfast was ok as one would expect from a hotel. Definitely would come back to stay here.

We stayed here about two months ago and it was lovely. The room was really spacious and it came with an amazing hot tub. The room was clean and service was great. We had breakfast there as well and it was good — they have machine where you make your own fresh pancakes. I had quite a few.! If you are in the area, I definitely recommend. We had a great experience.

Confortable et bon service.

We were there for a hockey tournament must say beautiful hotel very clean and friendly staff and very accommodating. We had a minor problem in our room which could not be repaired right away so they upgraded us to a suite very nice. Free breakfast which is nice. I recommend this hotel and I would not hesitate reserving again.

Very nice hotel and friendly and courteous staff. Located just a short drive from the 401. The room was clean, and modern with wife screen TV, cable box, mini fridge and microwave. Couldn't use my Chromecast though as input selection was disabled on the TV. The breakfast was so-so, but it was free.

Friendly and helpful staff. Free HOT breakfast. Complementary Internet and Ethernet and business center with printing. Overall great place to stay in this small town of 5000. Thousand island cruise dock was only 10 min away.
